      Walgreens has a posted notice that says Covid test kit is FREE, ask the store staff. So I ask the staff after getting my prescriptions. She asked my insurance and I showed her my card. She asked someone and came back afterwards. She said my insurance was not in the list. I was surprised! The note explicitly say "FREE" and nothing about my insurance. The posted notice was misleading and embarassing to the requesting party, only to be told "my insurance is not in the list". That notice needs to be torn down and replaced specifying precisely was is required. I am sorry to say this, Walgreens is no better than other pharmacies, maybe even worst!!

      In the span of a week, attempted to pick up a prescription and was told there was no pharmacist on site, so no prescriptions could be dispersed, and made two appointments to get a Covid boosteronce was told there was no one to administer it, the second time that they had no vaccine in stockno one called to notify me in advance and I was given incorrect information both times about availability at other locations. I was on hold with other local Walgreens each time for 20+ minutes only to be told their online systems were down/not functioning properly. Totally dysfunctional and inexcusable as a health care provider. Not to mention dangerous and disrespectful to not provide essential staff to ensure people get their prescriptions and medical care. Will never use a Walgreens again, and plan to obtain my prescriptions elsewhere from this point on. So angry.

      I am a physician and I had respiratory symptoms after an overseas trip.First day of symptoms, I booked an appointment to get tested for COVID knowing that I had had a known exposure.Test was done on a Monday, called them on Tuesday because I had to make arrangements and cancel my clinic depending on my results. I was asked to cAll the lab.For 2 days the sample had not been sent to the lab.The third day my results come back. I knew the results by logging on the labs portal that was provided by the lab when I called them after the sample was collected. Today is day 5 from testing and noone from Walgreens called nor was it in the app.Never ever going to get COVID tests again through Walgreens

      hates older people and disabled store wont even answer telephone on hold three times for over 1 hour and no answer worst company ive ever dealt with have had to contact complaint **** 7 times in one year

      This is the second time walgreens had something on back order and then gave to someone else without letting me k ow or giving me a chance to pay for it myself, just because my insurance didn't want to pay for it. That doesn't mean i still dont want it people still pay for their medications rather insurance pays or not. Then when i ask why they did it the technician said, and i Quote well your insurance didn't pay for it and it's expensive so we just assumed you couldn't pay for it. So what now ********** can predict who can and can't pay for something. That's my decision dont you think. Shame on you walgreens on ********** in ***** ********.

      ****************, **. Is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Have been wanting for a week for heart medicine. Again today. 12/27./22 went to pick up meds. Again was told we ordered it. Has been over week since I received a partial of what Doc ordered. I'll never use this place again and will tell everyone I meet not to either. Plus post this online.

      Have never written a review but finally after being treated so rudely at the Walgreens on ************ in **************** I decided to write a review. 5 of my last 6 visits to this pharmacy have been a horrible experience. I was treated rudely for no reason. Changing my preferred pharmacy tomorrow with my doctor

      Tried to order free at-home COVID test kit, provided all info and got a confirmation that the order will be ready in 2 hours. Nothing happened. Called the store, and they told me that no order was received and I have to do it again. Did it again, same result (or no result, for that matter).

      I sat in the drive through (for a 10:45 Covid test) from 10:35 until 11:00 when I finally got to the window. It took a while for an employee to show up. She kept going back and forth and 20 minutes later she had me sign a form and told me to come inside!!! What? I have a fever and they want me inside to spread this to everyone??? I went in and the pharmacist told me to take a seat next to a huge line of elderly customers! Of course I was masked but I told him Id be standing in the corner with my back to everyone. I stood there for over 30 minutes!!! How unprofessional and reckless making people who are sick exposing others! They told me they cant do the testing in the drive through anymore. This should have been stipulated on the website when you make an appointment. Im never going back there again. Ive already removed my prescriptions from this store for a different reason that happened earlier this year. Stay clear to avoid unnecessary frustration! In total it took 1 hour and 25 minutes to get a test that only takes 10 seconds!
