      At Walgreens in ****** ******** repeated bad performance by staff. This time wrote a check because I'm in between credit card renewal, check wouldn't go through their machine they tried it several times. I wrote a second check from another bank it didn't go through either. I've lived here 16 years 1 mile away from Walgreens in a fairly small town. I had to drop the pharmacy for unprofessional behavior. I thought I'd try again to make a $71 purchase. Went home finally and called the TeleCheck that Walgreens uses. I had already called my bank and they said everything was clear on their end. TeleCheck was in ***** or *********** and not in our country so they denied my check cuz they didn't ever hear of **** of America or Flagstar. Although she approved my check when I was at home. The corporate office Auto rethink a lot to rethink their use of TeleCheck. I used three employees, and then they'll have to return all the stuff in my bags. I'm 72 and I was trying to get a few items before the winter storm.

      They understand how the **** pass work yet they lie and misrepresent how it works to make money . They refuse to refund the amount on the card. They said that loading it with value was immediate but that information was not true.

      Normally I have no problems with the Associates and Managers of Walgreens, *****************************************, but yesterday, 12/20/2022, I went ro exchange their product ME foot massager and warmer because (1) when I looked at reviews and it was rated 1 stars; (2) the mgr **************** refused to exchange Walgreen's product to Modern Expressions male robe because he said I was being unkind to his employee.**************** was not present when I originally spoke to another employee, who couldn't find bar code of the on their app, but purchase was there. You can't receive discounts from Walgreens unless you download their app. The employee who worked at the Photo Lab kept interrupting the employee and myself who were trying to figure it out She was VERY rude!When **************** came to assist us he also didn't know where to find the bar code. The rude employee from the Photo Lab interjected AGAIN, and I asked her if she could please stay out of the conversation because I was talking to the manager! She said something smart and I told her again to stay out of my business. **************** then asked me if I wanted to make the exchange and I said yes. Then he said that that he wouldn't help me if I was being rude to his employee. I told him that he wasn't present when the other employee tried to assist me and employee from Photo Lab kept interrupting and being VERY rude! **************** said, "I'm not going to exchange this product! Take it to another store. Good luck!" I was so angry that I called the Walgreens customer service number to file a complaint and spoke to a **** who said I would hear from someone the next day. I took the product to Walgreens on Lafayette Street in ****** and manager there had no problem finding bar code and refunded my money bc they didn't have a robe for a male. Buying for my son for Christmas who is Staff Sgt in Air Force. He is being sent overseas for 3 yrs fright after the holidays, so Ive been trying to get him some things I know he needs and wants.

      The pharmacy in ************, ** just gave me a prescription that has a different name on the label. I attempt to call, and they put me on hold for an hour. They consistently send texts to tell me a prescription is ready for pick up, and then make me wait, to fill it, once I reach the store. Calls are not picked up, without an hour wait time. I would not give it a rating of a 1 star, if that were an option.

      This by far is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to. Located off 21st St. in *******, ********. I was standing in line behind another customer at the photo station waiting to be serviced. During that time, a customer and her daughter walked up behind me to wait in line. Another employee comes up to help, and I had assumed he was going to help me thing I was next in line. Instead of helping me, he helped a lady behind me. Who got there five minutes after I was already standing in line. The manager who was helping the customer in front of me was finishing checking her out at the register so I assumed that he was going to help me next. Boy was I wrong! He actually walked off. Not until I pulled my mask down and my attitude was visible did he ask if I needed help. I stood in line for ten minutes and there is no way you couldnt see I was next in line. The worst customer service ever !

      Had my prescription "on order" and didn't bother to tell me they were never going to have it in stock again. Ever. So I ran out of my medication while waiting. Will never use this store again.

      WALGREENS IN *******. SHIPYARD LANE STORE. THIS PHARMACIST AFTER 7 YEARS JUST SAID SHE WILL NOT DISPENSE MY HUSBAND PAIN MEDICATION. THIS TYPE OF ACTION IS ALLOWED IN **********. *********************** AND ************* JUST GOT IT IN THEIR HEADS ONE DAY THAT NO MORE OF THIS MEDICATION WILL THEY DISPENSE TO MY HUSBAND. HE IS SO TAKEN BACK AND MOST OF THE PHARMACIST ARE PLAYING LIFE THREATENING GAMES. BY SAYING THE MEDICATION IS ON BACK ORDER. BY CHOOSING WHO THEY CHOOSE TO SERVE. THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM. THE CORPORATE OFFICE DID WIRST WALGREENS BY FAR ESPECIALLY THE SHIPYARD LANE SITE IS TERRIBLE. THE DISTRICT LADDER TO WHOM I COMPLAINED TO. SAID I QUOTE ASK THE DOCTOR FOR A PHARMACY. NOW THEY KNOW SO MUCH THAT IS ILLEGAL. THE BOTH PHARMACIST YELLED AND DISRESPECTED THE DOCTORS. ONE ******* SAID YOU NOT THAT SICK ,YOU ONLY HAVE BACK PROBLEMS. VERY SAD WHEN A ELDERLY MAN HAS TO GO BEGHING FOR A PHARMACY TO DISPENSE HIS MEDICATION . AFTER 7 and 1/2 THEY JUST GOT IT IN THEIR HEADS TO STOP FILLING OUT THIS MEDICATION. NOW I TRIED TO CONTACT *********************** BY EMAIL. HE HAD HIS OFFICE GIRL GET BACK TO ME. HE MUST THINK HE IS HIGH UP ON THE FOOD CHAIN. ALL BULL. IT IS PHARMACIES LIKE THIS THAT ARE CREATING A PROBLEM IN THE STREET. WHEN YOU ABRUPTLY STOP FILLING OUT A PAIN MEDICATION YOU CAN SERIOUSLY HARM SOMEONE. THIS IS PART NOT ALL WHY PEOPLE RUN TO OTHERS FOR HELP. THEY GET SOMETHING TAINTED AND DEATH. ********** SHOULD ENFORCE A LEGAL PERCEPTION CASHING. THEY ARE AFRAID OF OVERDOSES THEY COULD BE CAUSING THEM . NOT TO SPEAK OF THE WITHDRAWAL AND MENTAL ANGUISH. KARMA PEOPLE LIKE THESE SHOULD NOT WORK WITH AILING PEOPLE OR NO ONE FOR THAT MATTER. WALGREENS HAS THE WORSE STAFF. ESPECIALLY ******* WHERE SHIPYARD LANE AND CONDOMINIUMS GO FOR **** MILLION. EVEN THOSE WITH BIG MONEY WRITE BAD REVIEWS ON THAT SITE. TODAY MY HUSBAND IS RUNNING AROUND BEGGING PHARMACISTS TO CASH HIS PRESCRIPTION. GOVERNOR ****** DO SOMETHING AND NEWLY ELECTED ******************************** STOP THIS DRUG DEALING .

      The Walgreen in ******* ** on ********** and Sage is awfull! **************** is terrible the speaker in the drive thru does not work so you are yelling or asking them to repeat and they get annoyed. My Medications were not filled after I had called my doctor 3 times thinking it was on their end and found out it was them and the meds were ordered and the "I don't care attitude. I am giving a 1 star because I cannot give a zero!************

      I've never seen such a lackadaisical approach to customer service. Took me almost 2 hours to get a COVID-19 booster because they put my birthday in wrong, and had me call customer service and then when customer service for ********** called them back. They put them on hold for 30 minutes twice. Unbelievable!
