      Be careful! Walgreens is using deceiving advertisement!Walgreens advertised a product on the internet for a price (my product was advertised for ****), but in store, they wanted to charge me over **** for the same product, same SKU. I understand this practice as advertising that deceives the customer.They refused to sell the product to me for the price advertised online.That is dishonest!

      We have used Walgreens Pharmacy in ********** on ************** for years. My husband had a TIA ****** and stayed overnight in the hospital 2 days ago. . They put him on a blood thinner to prevent another ******. The hospital called in the blood thinner yesterday. We called twice today and held on for over 20 minutes to see if it was ready. FINALLY at 6:20 p.m. I spoke to a pharmacist, who very shortly and uncaringly told me they were out of this medication. He had other meds there so I told her which medication to make sure she knew the one we needed asap and she very rudely told me she was a pharmacist and she knew what a blood thinner was called! After a stressful hospital stay we sure dont need an uncaring, hateful and unsympathetic employee being a jerk to us. I asked her if we could get some from another pharmacy because he needed it so he wouldnt have another ****** and she said no, they all closed at 6;00 that I could call around myself tomorrow to see if any other stores had any. She was VERY unprofessional and did not represent Walgreens well at all. She needs training on customer service and having compassion for people in the field she chose to go into. Thinking seriously about moving all of our familys prescriptions somewhere else.

      Walgreens pharmacy in North ****** ************* is the worst pharmacy Ive used ever. Twice in the last two months. I go in to get my medication and they say oh its not ready. Itll be ready in 10 to 15 minutes so I say OK Ill wait then I go up and they forgot about me and they put my medication back in the safe and then they tell me its going to be over an hour ridiculous

      The Walgreen's store in *****, *********** is a very badly run store and the store in ***********, ** is not much better. Neither store answers the phone - I've sat on hold for 30 to 90 minutes at a time with no one picking up the phone. I use the app to order my medications and often can't get those medications and can't get any explanation for not getting them because of the lack of people answering the phone and the long lines in the store. I don't have time for this and my time is not respected and I am not getting my medications. I will transfer the prescriptions but if I can't get through, how does the new pharmacy get through? This company needs to drastically reform or they need to go out of business.

      Sneaky, tricky way to make you buy stuff stating that with a minimum of XYZ dollars you would receive a free (and tempting) gift. You get to that amount and the bait is never delivered. I called customer service and they say that it is first come, first serve and that by the time I placed the order they had ran out of gifts. A serious company could pulled out the promotion but they left it to keep luring customers.Now I am returning all the extra items I ordered. And of course I will take my business elsewhere.

      I have had nothing but incompetence from Walgreens service. Last year they gave me the wrong prescription but would not take it back or refund.Now I have 2 prescriptions to fill and they tell me my ****************** is not active.I go through this almost every time I have used them.I have to stand & wait for them to put it through to ********* This pharmacy is ****** ** is saying that my coverage is no longer active!!! What incompetence .

      All I can say is count your pain meds the minute you get home.I have been shorted 40 pills twice in a row. If I am being shorted how many more people are running out of meds before they can refill.You do not have to believe me, just count your pain meds

      Very poor and unprofessional service at the Milford, **. location. Drive thru.We were told our prescription was ready, however the pharmacist was busy at the moment so I was told to take a lap around the building and it would probably be ready when I came back around.I thought it was a joke? I rolled up my window and the tech just starred ******* at me rushed back to the window in a rage and yelled keep the line moving and do a lap! I said you can't be serious? his reply was yes I am and if you don't do it I won't fill your prescription, (this is for a child with a fever mind you) I said I'll wait right here.Now the pharmacist walks to the window and says your prescription isn't ready, I said we called and your tech said it is. Her reply? what name is it under? So she didn't know who the prescription was for yet somehow she knew it wasn't ready?Now she says it'll be 10 mins! I drive around the front, park and go in, all three employees are having a pow wow talking about me, expletives and all, this goes on for 30 seconds as I listen.Suddenly one tech sees me but doesn't recognize me from moments ago, he asks, can I help you? Yeah, I'm the one that you are complaining about! He hands me the prescription, it was ready all the while.I let them know how very unprofessional they have acted and how shameful he should feel threatening to not fill a sick Childs prescription. Absolutely unacceptable !

      I am immunocompromised and must take anti-rejection medication. Because there are not many places in ********** that offer my medications, I have them mailed. I was mailed another persons HIV medication. Because I had the other patients full contact information on the delivery, I contacted him. He received my medication. This was a high priority. I had run out of medication because the Walgreens app said that my meds were in process and I had to call in for the rush delivery. So, I had to drive 100+ miles. I have only asked for a call from Walgreens management for the ***** violation. Have been promised calls 5 times. Nothing.

      Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I have had nothing but awful experiences. They repeatedly time after time give me the wrong medication. When they say they will fill the correct prescription they dont. They send me to a different location just for them to also give me the wrong medication. I had repeatedly had to start medications after I am supposed to due to their lack of being about to do their job. Ive even had employees tell me their pharmacist is lying and they do carry my medication and it doesnt need to be special ordered yet still no one can get my prescriptions ready or get the correct one. I would never recommend walgreens.
