      Walgreens shouldnt even be allowed to be a pharmacy anymore they have gotten so bad. You can never contact them on the phone you go in or go through the drive-through youre gonna wait up to an hour. And just now they told me that something wasnt covered on my insurance when I knew good and well it was but the pharmacist put a wrong code in. Thats whats filling our prescriptions between life and death is a pharmacist that doesnt even know what proper code. Ive made complaints I never get a response back nothing changes something needs to be done with Walgreens

      The worst part of the bad experience we had is that we have an official complaint number, were promised a call back from a more senior Manager than the one that abused us, and have heard nothing. The social media outreach was responsive and filed the complaint, but corporate ignored the email version of the complaint and didn't follow through on reaching out to us despite promising to do so.

      Today I needed urgent delivery and I ordered online. They duly received the order and confirmed it. After an hour I received a message that the order has been cancelled! No explanation! I contacted customer service and they "saw me off" in a very rude way! Shameful! They canceled without explanation, and the service for more useful people is garbage! Rude, rude and unprofessional. I will never buy from this garbage company again!

      I went to ******* ** walgreens on congress. My Doctor sent in a prescription for pain meds due to I need knee replacement. Walgreens recieved on Tuesday. They sent a message stating they would need to order it. Never heard from them. Went there on Saturday to pick it up and was told they needed to order it. I told they told me that on Tuesday. They were rude and told me to have my doctor send it to a different one. Really cs *****.

      I had an appointment in the pharmacy drive-thru and this miscreant had me waiting while probably playing candy land on his computer. He was lazy and his name was either ****, toto or whatever. He had the nerve to tell me they're short staffed and there's paperwork he had to do with my appointment (not my problem) and had me get out of line because he didn't want to do the paperwork or wait on me as there was a long line behind me. Infuriated as I was I went inside and complained to the manager and she stated she will cancel my appointment along with apologies and stated she will inform his manager. I won't be returning there again and they should fire that lazy-***.

      I have experienced low level of service from this store in the past but tonights was the worst so far. Walgreens store # ***** located on ********** / ************. in ********, ** is staffed by the most unprofessional and unreliable employees. No matter when I call or for whatever reason (urgent or not), they REFUSE to pick up the phone. I will have to call multiple times and be forced to be put on hold for an average of at least 45 minutes before giving up. Tonight, after holding for over 30 mins I hung up and called again to speak to the store manager. After holding for another 20 mins for someone to search for a manager (dont understand why it would take so long to do so) a young woman by the name ************************* stated she was the manager. I complained of all I went through to speak to a pharmacist and she defended then stating they were busy with flu shots. She offered to transfer the call and I instead requested she walk over to the pharmacy to tell them to pick up the calls coming in and she agreed. We hung up and I waited ten min to call again. Again, no one picked up the phone. I can hear the phone ring six times to have the call picked up and be placed on hold to start the loop over and over again. Tonight I decided to ride it out to see just how long it would take for someone to pick up. I was on hold, looping from my call being picked up then placed back on hold for well over an hour when apparently they got tired of this scenario and hung up the phone. What if this was an emergency? Dear Lord do we really want this pharmacy to be our lifeline to medications? Unethical, un empathetic, cavalier, cruel, unprofessional, disrespectful and disgustingly blas with their customers health. I will be reporting them to other government agencies.

      If I could I would give walgreens #***** ********* ** A deserved zero*not even a half a star, but this review requires a star. It is absolutely disgusting as a medical representative to the healthcare business that they are so uncaring, rude, impatient, inappropriate As it relates to customer service and any other words that defines the gravity of the disgraceful company Walgreens.I have been on the phone and continue to be on the phone on hold for currently one hour and 36 minutes. While on hold I called corporate In ******** and got customer service. The customer service rep who is mono tone and didnt seem to care about my Complaint took my information to send to upper management with a request for a callback. As a customer which I will no longer be, but as a future nurse practitioner, provider who will be prescribing soon I will do everything I can to avoid using Walgreens including advise anyone about my personal experience. I think Walgreen should be ashamed of themselves. As healthcare professionals they are an embarrassment to the profession. They absolutely, unequivocally DO NOT care how they treat people, some of which are life-sustaining medications such as insulin. Unfortunately due to Walgreens being one of the 2 monopolizing companies on the stock market, consumers are extremely limited to other options. Interestingly enough while I was doing this review they finally picked up after 1hr and 45 minutes on hold, and I pleasantly with a no attitude good or bad, I expressed my frustration about being on hold so long and the technician stated they are shortstaffed and said I can speak with somebody else, put me back on hold About 5 minutes later, someone picked up and immediately hung up. I wish there was some legal action that could be brought against Walgreens as a whole but unfortunately there is not. I hope everyone reads this review and strongly considers finding another company to manage your healthcare needs.

      This is the worst pharmacy. They are consistently late filling medications and have to be followed up on multiple times just for them to get a single prescription ready.

      i filed a complaint and was told there would be no retaliation well they had a different pharmacist call me stating they would no longer file my prescriptions anymore she stated it was the new law that was a lie i have been at store number **** for over seven years and they stated i had to use store number **** which i had already tried and was told no you would think if they needed to change walgreens they would call and do it no they had me call prime and wait three days to get one of my medications im still waiting on the others the store manager stated this would be the last time they fill my medication what can i do i really need some help i really think you should treat others how you want to be treated i am some ones mom grandmother ect your telling me its the new law and its clearly not i just want to pick up my medicine with no issues for real

      COVID vaccination appointment at 5:15. Drive across town and they said I could not be seen until after 6. They took my license, insurance cards and asked if I had my prior vaccination card. I had all 4 but my vaccination card was held in my phone pictures. As my phone was running low on charge I asked if they could take that information. Pharmacist said to turn phone off and he could only take info later. Very **** and unfriendly. Understand they are under stress but why have a system that accepts appointments when they are running at least 45 min behind? Very bad service and communication skills.
