      I was in need of a hot water bottle and other items while in town. I did not have time to order online and I prefer to see what Im getting before paying for it. While trying to find the item in store I went online to see if there was a location. There was not but I did see that the price was $7.99. I find it on the shelf 15 min later because the cashier had no idea where it was. When I found it the price was $19.99. I took it to the front to inquire as to why it was so much more expensive. Her excuse was that it was company policy to not price match online in order to encourage me to order ahead and pick up. That was the stupidest thing I had ever heard of! Needless to say you have lost business from me my family and my extended family. I have a screen shot of both online and my receipt. That *** not be a big deal for some people with a lot of money but someone living paycheck to paycheck that is a huge difference. DO BETTER!

      The website for vaccination appointments has been busted for more than a year.When you make an appointment you have to fill out some basic info for the ********************** Record. But after filling in the multi-page form, it always fails in the last stage:We're sorry. Due to a system error, we're unable to recieve the digital version of your VAR. But no worries, you can complete this at the pharmacy.And it's been this way for more than a year. Fix your broken web page and show a bit of respect for customers who don't want to spend time filling out forms in you stores. For goodness sake, you should have this pre-filled for prior customers.

      The service at all most Walgreens near me is terrible!! It takes to get a script filled. My husband was discharged from the hospital and was required to have meds filled asap. Our usual Walgreens did not have it and didn't bother to inform me. He was discharged on Friday and the script will not be available until Tuesday! Since he has major heart problems I guess he could be dead by then!! We will be changing pharmacy's asap. I can see why they get nothing but one star, they don't even deserve that. I waited for 20 minutes before they answered the phone. Appalling!!

      I went to Walgreens on **************** ******* ******* I have been a Walgreens customer for many years and never had a problem until today...It was 1:25 when I went in the store went to the pharmacy to get my medicine one lady in front of me when she was done they said were closed for lunch I said I was already here and in line and the other lady said we are closed shut the window. I have never been disrespected like this ever very poor behaver..... yes it may have been right at 1:30 when she got to me but it would of only taken a second as it did when my husband got to the window after two...They have a sign saying how much they care well I didn't see that care at all.... we are now thinking about finding another pharmacy that really cares....

      Walgreens at Nebraska charged me ****** dollars for a covid test. When online they offered free vouchers. They first stated they didnt apply to me. Then told me at first that their digital credit card machine didnt work, then come to find out I had covid since December of last year. The pharmacist even told me I could not have a covid voucher

      No one In the pharmacy EVER answers the phone. This pharmacy cares nothing about patients. I had surgery Monday and called every single day for 5 days to try to get my prescription filled. I sit and wait and wait and wait.. and no one ever answers the phone. One call I waited for over 2 hours. Finally I spoke to the general store manager who put me through to the pharmacy very quickly. The pharmacy is ignoring patient calls. This pharmacy has made my surgery recovery feel like a living h*** And I hope someday someone makes them all feel this utterly worthless at one of the lowest points of their life. Thats what they did to me.

      What is going on at Walgreens Macon/Germantown pkwy? I have never had worse service and in some cases, no service in my life. This pharmacy needs serious attention. The average wait time at the drive thru is 1 hour. I have waited as long as 1 hour and 45 minutes. What could be taking almost 2 hours to deliver at the drive thru. It is absolutely horrible. The lines inside the store to pickup prescriptions are extremely long and average wait times inside are 45 minutes. While waiting in line, I tried to figure out why the wait was so long. I did discover that the people delivering the scripts, most of the time cant locate them. They have tubs and tubs of prescriptions and the clerk/tech has a hard time finding the correct one. Their turnover rate is astounding as every time I go, there are new people who are completely lost. They have the folks requesting shots in the same line as people just picking up meds. Insane!!! I sometimes use their App to request refills. They will send me a text stating that they have received my order and to wait 2-3 days. After the wait time, I check the status to see if its ready and get a message stating that they have no record of my order. Incompetent!!!! They will hang up the phone when you call, or never answer the phone at all. This store is in trouble and has been for some time. They apparently cant keep pharmacists or even techs. Its because they refuse to hire enough staff!!! They need better organization skills, AND more than one pharmacist. The area is very busy and they are not handling the workload. Walgreens you get an F from me. Your pharmacy is the worst I have ever visited!

      This Walgreens is close to my home, so I decided to try the pharmacy for a flu shot. Set-up appointment online and received a confirmation. I arrived 15 mins early as required. After waiting 30 minutes, I checked to see how much longer and was told "she" is drawing the shot up now?? Another 15 minutes and still nothing. I told the girl to cancel my flu shot and left. I could understand if the pharmacy were busy and full of people waiting. I was the only person there waiting! I will never walk through their door again!

      Terrible customer service. The pharmacy never has my medication in stock. 6 out of 6 times recently. I asked them to please order more and was told no as they have more people who use a stronger dosage. Then was told they have plenty of the higher dosage ones and to ask my doctor to raise my dosage up. REALLY! I place all my prescription renewals days ahead of time and still they can't fill it. I then was told to call another location to get it and had to drive 20 minutes to get there. They then told me the pharmacist was about to take lunch so it would be ***************************************************************** The counter person said it does only take 30 seconds but they wanted to take lunch. I was amazed. Then they suggested I might try another walgreens even farther away. Jewel ********************* go anywhere else. It's not worth it

      Booked a flu vaccine online and received a confirmation email. Arrived on time for the appointment and told the person at the pharmacy counter I was there for the flu shot. She asked for my name and birthdate date. After checking her computer, she told me she couldn't find my appointment. Waste of time! Additionally, there was lots of trash next to the sidewalk leading to the front door. The floors in the store were littered and very dirt. So who knows maybe it was serendipitous, I might have missed a flu injection with a dirty needle.
