      I had oral surgery at 9am, prescription was called in at 10am. Never received call to pickup prescription until 5:45pm!

      Always horrible customer service and employees act like its an inconvenience to do their job. This has been going on for awhile now and my family will be pulling all of our prescriptions from this company and taking them elsewhere.

      I needed antibiotic ear drops for my infant, who just had surgery. I dropped this prescription off at 2pm. She told me it would be ready by 4:45pm. My husband came by around 7:30 to pick up the prescription. They had over 4 hours to call me or the doctors office to inform them that the prescription was written wrong. My baby needs the ear drops TODAY. Now he has to wait another day and risk an infection because of this incompetence. Beyond furious.

      They are over worked which makes them rude and treat the customers like c*** Really upsets me to be treated like dirt beneath their shoes. Always rude, *** never had an encounter that was pleasant at ********************* Why are we treated with such disrespect? I bet they wouldn't like it at all. I guess I should go in from now on and be a rude person to them!!! But I won't cause that's not in my character

      I will never have my doctors to send another prescription to this place called Walgreens Pharmacy they always short me my quantity on the pill count I take it up on themselves to feel your prescription how they wanted to be filled I've always had a 90-day Supply they took it upon myself to do me a 20-day Supply then I raise the question that's why they are feeling me a 20-day Supply versus 90 day that I'm supposed to get so I finally got them to feel about 90 day prescription and they shortened me 10 pills I will call each and every one of my doctors to help them to stop sending my prescriptions to Walgreens in ******** ***** on Ridge Road

      Walgreens needs to fire their ***! Are you seriously putting quotas on *********************** per shift? ******************* are quitting left & right! Dont blame the workers for the chaos at stores across the country! Store pharmacies in MA are now closed on weekends because they cant fill pharmacists position. Many have quit & gone to less stressful hospitals. Our local store has stopped giving *********** boosters for at least the next 13 days because they dont have the help! Ive emailed POTUS, my senators, my Governor about this mess! Time to look for a ********* pharmacy again. Oh the *** makes over $8,000,000/ year! They made their biggest profit last year because of Covid! Billions!Hold these Corporate executives responsible!

      I will never use Walgreens again. Their customer service is pathetic. I wanted an hour for a whooping cough shot, I had made an appt for. Never got it....They kept saying they are preparing the shots to all those waiting and after over an hour, I left. We all had an appt except for the one man that was a walk in. He got his shot before all of us and was on his way.Really rude staff and the store always looks dirty. I don't know what has happened but this isn't the only Walgreens I have been to. They are all terrible.

      set up 3 apps for 3 flu shots, 1 covid shot, arrived 5 mins before appts, been a half hour and just now filling out paperwork 3x's, wrong person listed, wrong address listed, wrong phone number. not much sense making a appt since they are understaffed, and get to you after they've helped everyone in line first. Do not use Walgreens for anything, go to ****** for flu shots, easier, faster and much more pleasant experiance.

      Unprofessional and rude Walgreens on Broadway **** pharmacy. Never enough staff and will hang up on you without even saying anything. Tired of needing them and always being disappointed
