      I have never felt like a valued customer with this abysmal business. Infinite hold times dispassionate pharmacy personel. Slow to non-existant service. I will transfer my RXs as soon as possible.

      Walgreens pharmacy at corner of Front St and ****** in *****, **** is the WORST for service!! The pharmacist LIES about what and when she said they would get meds filled, and doesnt take responsibility for very poor service! I HATE at his pharmacy and I hope it goes out of business!!

      Wallgreens misues "hold" option on phone for ***** minutes, to inform of prescription that do not have, though promise to fill, and then a day later realizes it does not have! It needs to get its robot operations/staff upgraded!

      I would give a negative star if I could. I went to pick up my prescription and the pharmacy was closed for the day. The manager of the store was rude and disrespectful. She said she knew why but couldnt say. I went to a different Walgreens and was told they could pull it and fill. No problem right, WRONG! It was 1 pm, they were going to lunch at 1:30 but they didnt have time, I would have to come back after 2 pm. I explained that wasnt convenient for me. They didnt care. So I sat there from 1 pm to 2:05 pm to get my prescription. I have been a Walgreens pharmacy customer for years but I am done. They are getting worse every time I go there. Received someone elses prescription once, they didnt even know until I returned it. Having all of my prescriptions transferred somewhere else.

      Went to Walgreens for a confirmed covid and flu vaccine appt. For both my husband and myself. Arrived and pharmacy closed. No explanation! Just closed today.

      This review is mainly for Walgreens on church street in ********* this pharmacy has literally got to be the worst experience and apparently Walgreens corporate doesn't care cause the promblems keep continuing they never answer the phone they s**** up my prescription on the weekends when there is no dr available to take care of it they are very unprofessional they talk loud about the customers they literally need shut this Walgreens down take time to read the complaints walgreebs

      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE YESTERDAY AFTERNOON, OCTOBER 8, 2022. ****! HATEFUL IGNORANT! NEVER GOING BACK THERE! WALGREENS ************* ***************************************** SHELBY *** I NEEDED HELP IN PHOTO AND SHE DIDN'T WANT TO HELP ME. STORE NOT BUSY AS USUAL. I ASKED FOR OTHER HELP BESIDES HER AND SHE SAID THERE WAS NONE WHICH WASNT TRUE. ANOTHER YOUNG LADY FINISHED HELPING ME. VERY KIND. **** WAS VERY NICE TO CUSTOMER AFTER ME SHE WAS WHITE. I'M BLACK AND PROUD OF IT! **** MAKES WALGREEN PATHETIC TO ME. DON'T GO THERE IF UR LOOKING FOR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

      I was given a partial monthly dose of my medication and told I could pick up the rest the next day. The next day the rest of my monthly supply was canceled. When I went in to try to figure out why it was canceled I was told I had plenty of medication despite showing them the slip showed I only got 12 days worth and paid for the fully monthly cost. I was told to come back when it's time to fill again.

      I bought razor blade refills and got the wrong kind. When returning the cashier called the manager ********** looked at the box and said its open We cant take these back.I told her thats how I knew they were the wrong kind. They weren't used!They were back in box with top open ******* informed me that it was her discretion and she wasnt taking them back. I practically live at Walgreens and spent 100s each month,Im appalled that some person with a manager name tag can refuse to exchange something that was not used and I couldn't use. $14.99 I suppose I can go to different store What a waste of time! I wont shop there anymore!

      I was second in line in drive thru. 20 minutes before person in front move on. *** behind me very impatient honking horn yelling. I asked what the hold up for 20 minutes. Boy running register said I can make you wait longer if you like. Hold up. First off it was a simple question. Also gave heads up about guy behind me and you want to threaten me. Second it has been in the past if not ready you park, pull back around, or come back later. So in the end the pharmacist is the one causing the problem. Not teaching their employees proper customer service. Because of this won't step in any Walgreens ever again.
