      I had 7hr spine surgery and spent a week in the hospital. Before leaving for home the *** called in a prescription to be filled my my home town (Walgreens-*************, **). I called Walgreens when I got home and was advised they didnt have that med and I should call around town to find who may have it. This is not acceptible!

      Using Walgreens refill prescription Service via telephone is horrible! It seems like it is extremely antiquated from a Third World nation! Walgreens You can do better than this! Expect more from your systems and it will be easier on your employees overall. Very disappointing!

      I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the poor service I have repeatedly received from an employee named ***** at your ******************************************* #****. Ive been a loyal customer at this location due to its convenience, but unfortunately, every interaction with ***** has left me frustrated and dissatisfied due to her consistently rude and unhelpful attitude. On multiple occasions, I have tried to seek assistance from *****, but she continually refuses to help and shows a negative, dismissive attitude.The first time I asked to speak with a manager, I was fortunate enough to speak with ******* who was extremely helpful and addressed all my concerns. However, today was a different experience. I called the pharmacy and was repeatedly put on hold after ***** answered, stating, "Please hold," and then placing me back on hold for over 13 minutes. When I was finally able to speak with her, I attempted to provide my insurance information and inquire about the out-of-pocket cost of my medication. ***** dismissed my request, telling me to use the app to get the information, and when I explained I was trying to get help from her, she said, "Nope, not right now."Her lack of professionalism was astonishing, and her refusal to assist me left me frustrated. I was shocked to find numerous other negative reviews from customers whove shared similar experiences with her. Its clear I am not alone in facing poor service from *****, and theres a pattern of disrespect and rudeness that requires attention. Her actions suggest she does not appreciate her job, and it seems she actively dislikes her position and the customers shes supposed to assist. She interrupts, doesnt listen, and shows no willingness to help customers in need. Its apparent she is not performing her duties with professionalism or courtesy, which reflects poorly on Walgreens as a whole.

      Walgreens pharmacy in ********** on ************ really need to clean house I have experience so much unacceptable behavior from this location it's ridiculous. One pharmacy technician used my card for their personal use and another pharmacy technician has gave me a hard time and nasty behavior including lying about being a manager. I would appreciate if someone could contact me from corporate headquarters

      You hired a new lady in your dunnellon pharmacy , What a waste . I talked with the store manager about her Cold Personality but it will never be fixed .

      I had to wait over 15 to call the store to find out I had to go in to pick up my curb side order. I never once got a call to inform me of this. I have sick kids picking up cold medicine to help them. I am not happy

      This is the slowest business ever. Takes an hour to check out in the pharmacy or store side. The line is always out the door and Im waiting 20 min with just 1 person ahead of me. This place is a joke and Ill make sure everyone I know doesnt go here.

      Spent 70 minutes on hold before giving up.When I mentioned this in person to pharmacy tech, she said they dont answer phone because they are too busy.Result: no way to speak to pharmacist if you have a question Automated system sent an email to me saying a prescription was ready for pickup. Got to store, it was not ready. Tech told me they have no control over what automated system says when it contacts Theres more

      ******** from the pharmacy was very helpful and patient he helped me out thoughtfully and explained everything in a way i was able to understand very well. He made my overall experience here so much better and i appreciate the kind and welcoming atmosphere he and the rest of the staff bring.
