      The worst experiences ever with the pharmacy. Long lines, minimal staff. Left a prescription to be filled immediately. 3 hours later they hadn't even started looking at it. This is happened many times. Slow, maybe what they need is just more conscientious employees and more pharmacists. Will definitely not use Walgreens for pharmacy again.

      Tried to order online. Wouldn't take my scan. No explanation as to why. Called the store. Waited on phone for 20 minutes then cut off. Called back and recorded voice said one customer ahead of me. I waited ********* and then I gave up. No one needs to spend 45 minutes with one customer. This has happened before. They are under staffed. Always have been but it's worse now. I decided I've had enough. Switching to a new pharmacy.

      Ive been to a couple of different Walgreens in Queens and its been good.?? Most of the time I find the things I need such as coffee?, ************************ without no issues, the establishment is clean??, workers are pleasent & always working.??I do recommend. ????

      The Walgreens on Hillsboro Rd in ***** Hills has the rudest managers. Unprofessional, sarcastic. Clearly are unhappy in their jobs and look and act like theyre miserable.

      Walgreens on First St in ****** ** opened late yesterday. I was told to leave my prescription and pick up the medication today.However, the store is shuttered today. No signs on the front door to say why.

      (1 of 2)...I've been a Walgreen's Pharmacy user for over 40 years. The last 10 here in *******************. Love the Walgreens brand and most all other encounters with any other Walgreen's I've NEVER seen the sheer childish and manipulative behavior as I have at the *** Walgreen's pharmacy. One pharmacy staff in particular displays the MOST egregious, childish and manipulative behavior I've ever seen from a Walgreen's staff member. First encountered when I needed a rush order filled immediately following my wife's operation. When I entered the pharmacy at that time there was a line of people (around 6+) at the time and she was the only one at the register(s). She was chatting with a customer...obviously pretending to touch the screen to look busy while people in line were complaining. I loudly complained that customers weren't being tended to and justifiably so. My wife fresh from operation sitting in the car waiting for her meds she needed to start asap. It woke someone up and more people showed up at registers and began taking care of customers. Ever since, this individual has consistently used childish manipulative techniques whenever I've had the misfortune to be waited on by her. Such as make me wait until someone else comes available to pass my prescription. Hiding change and credit card in the drive through so I have to search for it in the drive-thru drawer. Most recently, stating I couldn't fill a prescription until tomorrow (6-29-22) even though I was standing at the counter today..."Insurance reasons" ... and on it goes. Another checker she passed me off to wanted to fill the prescription , but she stuck her nose back into our conversation and stopped the transaction. Judging by many other negative reviews of this pharmacy, I see my situation is not a unique one. It's unfortunate that people such as this pharmacy technician are allowed to work their mischief on members of the public with seeming impunity. (1 of 2)

      You don't have a minus star.It totally shocks me how a store with the best staff ever, doing great business in the store and pharmacy to a decision maker that has probably NEVER BEEN to our town turn our store into a closet with horrible phones, electronics, stock always limited or out and you continue to not answer my calls or complaints. I just spent 38 mins on hold for one question.

      On Sunday, October 2nd, 2022 I was racially profiled and accused of stealing At ****************************************************************** I was able to rate this store a negative score I would. I went to this location to pick up some healthcare items and when I proceeded to the cashier, I was approached and surrounded by 6 ******** officers who asked me to step away from the counter, and then they proceeded to inform me that they were called because an employee saw me put something in my purse. As blown away as I was... I told the officers that this has to be a mistake and I was being falsely accused. The officers asked if they could look inside my purse and I allowed them to search my purse the officer stated there is nothing of Walgreens in her purse. The officers then informed me they were going to look at the camera. After 25 minutes of being detained while they viewed the camera, the officer returned and apologized and stated I was wrongly accused and there was no evidence on camera of me stealing.I was so embarrassed and publicly humiliated!!!! I received no apology from no one at Walgreens.I have been an HR professional for 33 years in the valley and this is an UNACCEPTABLE behavior period!!!!!!

      I went into Walgreens to pick up a prescription for a controlled substance (Klonopin). I got home and noticed they gave me the wrong amount. I called my doctor first and she said she ordered 60. I let her know I only received 30 and she told me to follow-up with the pharmacy. *****, the pharm tech, was extremely rude over the phone and said they gave me the correct amount. I left work and went to the pharmacy, I asked her to politely check again. She YELLED that it was a "Controlled substance" and accused me of trying to get more. There were 7 people behind me -- one being a neighbor and heard the entire exchange. I asked her to check the camera and she said they don't keep footage that long. I had to go back and forth with my doctor. I ended up having to halve my medication. Finally, after my physician suggested getting the police involved (controlled substance), I went back and the store manager (miraculously) said she would watch the video. She apologized and said I did only receive 30 -- not 60. ***** (the tech) just shrugged her shoulders and said, 'oh well, my bad.". This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location (the first time was for thyroid medicine - they gave me 3'xs the dosage). I said I would be contacting district and ***** said, "Good luck, nothing will happen.". I called district and was assured ************************* would call me back. He never did. I have followed up 7 times (politely) and keep getting assured that someone will get back to me. Nothing. ***** violated HIPAA rules and my neighbor and a complete stranger were there to witness it. It's extremely arrogant that I cannot get a call back and I want this resolved. She had ZERO right berating me in front of customers and speaking so loudly about my meds. I want a call from the regional manager because the district manager does not care. I will be talking to an attorney about HIPAA violations. This is unacceptable.

      Walgreens *************************************************************** .Why do this Local Walgreens do not hire to many African Americian Employees. Everytime I Shop here they have 1 old cashier sometimes 2 and the line be from Register 1 to photos. Shelves empty floor dirty and workers have a angry look. They need more employees. I tried to ask the store manager about stocking position he ignored me and walked away. They have a huge selection of African Americans in this location. Add more ************************ or any workers. Only time it's clean or have products is when other workers come in from other stores to help I been trying to get a job here for years. They always have hiring info on a table but when I inqury about it I be told they not hiring
