      The store in ************ Arlington and 10th needs to do something about their phone system Ive been on hold over 25 minutes.. still waiting.. was number 3 in queue ridiculous!

      Honestly probably the worst pharmacy, been using them for a while but it seems they only get worse with time. Everything from a miserable staff to medication delays for weeks at a time for 'supply issues' while I switched to CVS across the street and never had an 'supply issue' and the pharmacist greets you with a smile. Walgreens makes everything the customers or doctors problem, even with things the pharmacy is legally required to do...

      Horrible customer service and the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. The staff talks over you and is not educated. There is one lady in the pharmacy that gives you wrong information, never apologizes, and hangs up on you. The pharmacist, *****, is also rude and doesn't understand how it is the customers right to get information about their own medication, however silly the questions are. Even after my doctor has called multiple times saying how its ok to fill my prescription, they judge you if you run out early. Ive been out of medications for weeks as well because of them. I am so livid with this pharmacy and definitely will not be using them anymore. What a nightmare!

      The Walgreens at ****** and ********, is the worst pharmacy I have used in my life. If it wasn't so sad it would be funny. I was trying to refill a prescription, when the recording first came on it said I was 3rd in line to be waited on, after 30 minutes it said I was 2nd in line after about an hour and 20 minutes the recording said I was 1st in line, now at 2 hours they are still saying I am 1st in line. I would advise everyone to avoid this place. I tried to stay on the line just to see how long it would take for them to answer I give up, after 2 1/2 hours. This is not the first bad experience. STAY AWAY.

      *** Walgreens in ***** ****** is the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. *** front staff is rude and condescending and have no customer service skills at all. If I didn't need to go to a Walgreens I wouldn't go here. I will try another one even if I have to drive 20 miles. *** store staff is great. But don't use the pharmacy you will leave very disappointed.

      I have been blessed by Walgreens for over 30 years AND THEN...they put profits over customer service.I personally have many health issues and need multiple meds. Initially I used them for all (12 scripts) then went to competitor when things started to go ****.I have yet to pick up my perscription from the same place for the 3rd time... price is ***** yes twenty dollars and 72 cents of which they keep telling me my insurance needs preauthorization. That last phrase is a lie. My insurance does not require. Also I can afford 21 dollars FOR PAIN MEDS FOR MY HIP REPLACEMENT, yet they still dont fill it. Well, since they refuse to take care of my needs and they keep swithcing pharmacists, clearly downgrading to cheaper people. Still dont have my perscription, they still havent started it so at lunch today, I calmed down and thought they just dont care anymore... its about the money. SOOOO i be all like taking ALL of my money to their competitors from now on. I wont even buy a pack of gum from them. Also isnt there a way to give negative stars? Giving even 1 star is like giving a trophy to show up for doing nothing. Someone needs to change the star system. Just an FYI for anyone reading this far. This specific situation has now happened to me 4 times in 2 years and i have 8 scripts left so when I go in today to get the final one, I will gladly stand at the counter and tell them to cancel all of the perscriptions I have on file. Then I will be at peace knowing I dont have to deal with pure garbage anymore.

      Terrible service. They just delete prescriptions with no notice, refuse to call physician to renew prescriptions . Chat doesnt give you anywhere to input anything half the time and keeps threatening to end the chat through out the conversation and eventually does end it, ignoring your questions. Nearly died before they would fill a prescription.

      Poor customer service, item prices are inaccurate when at the cash register. The sales floor prices of items on the shelves state a cheaper price. None of the price check machines work. The cashier by the name of *** was unprofessional, ignorant, and lacks customer service skills. Also, the cashier refused to give me my receipt. Compared to other Walgreens stores this was the worst shopping experience. And do not recommend customers to that specific store location.

      Walgreens on Washington Ave; *********, **. If I could go to ANY other pharmacy I would!! Ive been taking the same med for 10 years, same allergist prescriber - Allegra-d 12 hour. Its now considered a narcotic so its been a hassle to renew. My doctor/prescriber is outstanding. His office has to call EVERY single time even though the prescription is on file repeatedly. Now ************** at Walgreens told me it was denied so I called prescriber back #2 time, who said it was called in. I call back & ************** outright lied & said thats what I was trying to tell you. She did NOT; Im 71, with clients waiting for me. Why would I waste my time?? This goes on every single time, some version or another. Then the drive thru takes 20 mins to get thru. This is theeee worst. Ive been going there for years. It just keeps getting worse & worse. Either give better service or close!!! I was on hold a total of 42 minutes & had 5 calls in, had to go through the main system repeating the same ******************* before getting through to the pharmacy, on hold. Cant you take a ****** from better models of care????

      un trained, lying staff. horrible phone customer service and all chat does is to tell you to call customer service. worst ********************** ever!!! if you're an idiot and don't want training, you should totally work there! I'm sure they're hiring!
