  I was here on 9/23/22 to buy several items and asked the cashier if there were any carts. He said no, they can't have them because they just get stolen. How about the hand held ones? Nope. And he walked away.As I was in line (without a cart) I saw a lady stuffing her own huge IKEA bag with candy. The good stuff. I mentioned it to a cashier who replied that there was nothing they can do about it. I'd much rather ship in a business who cares about the needs of the customer and the inventory they're losing. You more shoplifting you allow, the higher our prices go right?We will not be back to the store even though we live only 3 blocks away

  Walgreens on ************* and ********** in ************ ********, went 9/22//22 for covid test for appointment on Monday 9/26. They messed it up and couldn't get reading. Went back Friday for 2hr rapids test. No results, called and you are put on hold until system hangs up on you. Insurance charged twice for test never completed. But don't worry, husband has ALS and needs to have breathing evaluation today. Thanks for your crappy service and customer help. ************

  Outstanding **************** at the Pharmacy at the **********************'s location in ******, ** today. The Pharmacist, ***, went out of her way to make sure that I got a much needed script this afternoon even though it appeared that I would not be able to make it to the store prior to the pharmacy closing for the day.This level of customer service is very rare today and needs to be recognized.Great job and thank you ***!*******

  Did price comparison prior to coming into store. Found that the site listed a much lower price, went to the store to purchase to find out items are priced differently and they do not price match their own site. There is no indication on their site that store vs online pricing would differ or that online pricing would be cheaper. This is intentionally malicious and deceitful on the companies part. I ended returning the items, purchasing it online and picking it up from the exact same store. Im failing to understand how this puts the customer first.

  Walgreens is the absolute worst store. I have been trying to get my meds for 5 days. I was in hold for 2 hrs yesterday only to get disconnected. Called back today and actually spoke to someone (first time) who put me on hold to talk to manager and never cam back, now they are closed for lunch. This is the ******** waste of my time every month. I need my meds. This is insane. I will NeVER shop here again, but want to report how they have prevented me from medication in which I need.

  Sign at the front door says " FREE FLUE SHOTS SCHEDULE AT WALGREENS.COM" I got on line scheduled an appointment for my wife . I drove her there ,she had to do more paperwork .after 1/2 hour of waiting,she was told they don't take her insurance .What part of FREE FLUE SHOTS did we get wrong .They owe us 1 hour of our life. That we will never get back ! **************

  We have been going to Walgreens for decades in *******, ****** and ******** *********. The Walgreens located on main St. In ********, ** is the worst we have ever gone to. The have absolutely no customer service, they do not care how much they inconvenience their customers. The prescription is never ready when it is supposed to be, or not even the next day. This Walgreens needs to increase the size of the pharmacy and double the staff, or just close its doors.

  I am writing this to express my disappointment with my local walgreens store located at 701 Nolana Mcallen, TX 78501.
  I booked an online covid test 2 days ago for my 14 years old son because he is presenting some typical Covid symptoms.
  I received the Walgreens appointment confirmation and also another one like an appointment reminder for today September 21st 2022 at 445pm. When I got there on time I was told they are out of testing.
  Why didn't receive an email from the pharmacy to let me know.
  What am I supposed to do now? Wait another 2 days for another appointment somewhere else. My son is missing school because I am responsible and I do not want to spread virus. I am a customer in this particular Walgreens for over 15 years.
  It was very good and nice staff. However lately I am presenting so many issues. The pharmacy is schedule to close at 6pm. Do you know they stop helping people at 5pm>>.? It is so ridiculous. I arrived there at 5pm a couple of weeks to take my 2nd shot for Shingles and I was told that they could not help me because they close at 6pm. I got there at 5pm!!!

  Terrible customer service at the pharmacy! My son is sick with the flu and his fever will not break with OTC medicine. Dr put in for amoxicillin and the pharmacy told me when I went there (2:45pm) that it will be a few hours. So after patiently waiting I called at ******************************************************************** an hour. Never heard back from them and they just closed at 8pm! I am so furious that they would just not fill it and close their doors knowing that people are waiting on a prescription since 245pm!!! Location was ********* and ************ in *********** **! Will never trust them again!
