      Does it make any sense to be able to buy a product 2 dollars cheaper online than instore from the same vendor? Walgreens is trying to tell me I can only get the clorox spray for **** online and I have to pay **** in the store? But I can buy it online at **** to pick up in the same store trying to charge ****?

      The pharmacy was closed on Labor Day but the website said they were open. What a massive waste of time, researching a store online only to find a closed pharmacy with no signage, all the while their website inaccurately states they’re open. We deserve better.

      Couldnt give Zero, if I could I would. Ive never seen such carelessness towards sick people. They just put you in hold time after time. After waiting on hold for 30 min they hung up on me. I called back and tried to speak to the apathetic store manager who just said that they were busy and he just rushed to put me on hold to get rid of me for another 20 min until I finally hung up. I strongly encourage anyone who reads this to switch to a local neighborhood pharmacy where they appreciate your business

      Terrible pharmacy. Drive through takes ***** minutes PER CAR. The slowest service you can receive. Staff is rude no customer service whatsoever. Its pretty awful they can run their business that bad and continue it that way.

      If I could give LESS than 1 star then I would. This place had me waiting for 30 minutes AFTER HAVING AN APPOINTMENT!, just to get my second dose of the COVID shot. HOW DOES THAT EVEN MAKE SENSE. I came at 12:35 and right now its 1:15 and still NOTHING, their excuse is “theyre waiting for the vaccine to thaw” WOULDNT IT HAVE BEEN SMARTER TO MAKE SURE IT WAS READY PRIOR TO ME ARRIVING FOR MY APPOINTMENT. Never come to this location on flagler, theyre not welcoming whatsoever and they obviously dont go by appointments.

      I had made a purchase over a holiday weekend and had troubles with my HSA card so I decided to purchase with personal debit card so that my HSA card can reimburse me later. I was told the transaction didnt go through and so I purchased all except one item and left.y Walgreens account is set up to email me when I have a receipt available which I didnt get. So I came in and told them what was going on and they said it would be ***** hours before I can see the refund back into my account and there was non after that timeframe. So I came back Friday 9/9 and was told that I should see something by Monday and if there wasnt then to go back in and they can refund me. So when I came back in on Monday 9/12 I let them know nothing came back to my account so they attempted to refund but couldnt find a way to refund my voided transaction without a receipt/debit or the actual item itself and they couldnt even find the voided transaction itself and couldnt do anything without a receipt unless I wanted store credit which I did not want because I dont buy a lot at Walgreens. I do no think their system is a good system in this instance because it was very inconvenient that I came in 3 different times and my issue was mot resolved and that their resolution was to contact my bank because they couldnt do the refund themselves due to their system and I was told writhing a timeframe this would automatically go back into my account I which it did not or Walgreens themselves not being able to do a refund without certain information and seems very odd if any of that information is not given then a refund cannot be issued even after showing the Walgreens associates that it was taken out of my account and for them to see nothing is being pended back into my account. I do not plan on making any purchases at Walgreens unless necessary this has turned me away from knowing they can help with any issues. Especially when the employees openly told me they cannot figure out how to refund me.

      In ***** there are problems are at every store. Pharmacists dont show and they close. The frequency this happens is to many times. Leaving people with no medication when it happens on a Friday. No weekend hours so you are left without medications for up to 3-4 days. I now have been on hold for a refill for over two hours and counting. Website has no submit button. If I could give Zero stars I would have

      I took my mother to your Walgreens location (17938) at 350 CAMBRIDGE ST, in Woburn the evening of September 7 around 6:45 PM to pick up her prescription.
      At the pharmacy counter, a young lady with glasses on (didn't get her name) was very rude to my mother. This lady refused to scan a few products my mother had in her hands. She told my mother she can only pay for her prescriptions, but not the other items because she was busy and there was a long line behind us. We looked behind us and there were two people with their Walgreens items in their hands. My mother paid for her prescription, and we proceeded to the counter at the front of the store to pay for the items my mother had. While at the counter, my mother realized that the prescription she received was the wrong one. We proceeded back to the pharmacy counter and while we were in line, this same lady that refused to scan out items was scanning other items for customers.
      This lady has no training in customer services. She was very unpleasant. I'm not sure if she was stressed, angry about something, or just didn't want to serve for whatever reason. Her behavior was unacceptable and very unprofessional.

      If I could, I would leave zero stars. It is a shame I made an appointment online yesterday, September 6, to get my booster shot. I received a confirmation email stating that I was good. I proceeded to go today. I arrived at 4:15, and my appointment was at 4:45. I waited 25 minutes, but the line didn't move. A family of three was in front of me, waiting for the same thing. The pharmacy tech grabbed their card and wrote that they had received the shot but told them to return later because the doctor was out for lunch. I watched how one tech took someone to the small room and gave another woman and a child a shot. It was my turn next, and I was told to come back at 5:30. I told them that I had an appointment, and they said that I should have called to verify and that they don't have control of the system. I did call the day before and waited for them to answer the phone for 30 minutes. At that point, I had to hang up. It is unsatisfactory that this store wastes people's time, and the managers are not scheduling employees accordingly. There should always be someone available to provide the service they are offering; everyone has things to do. I'm sure I'm not the only one they have done wrong; I saw a gentleman leave before me without his medicine. But they sent him a text that his meds were ready for pick up, so he came right after work to pick them up, but they told him they couldn't give them to them because the doctor was out to lunch during the evening rush. Once again, it comes down to the managers and what they are doing to hold their employees accountable.
