      Walgreens Pharmacy is a terrible place to get COVID Vaccinations. We have used the online system to schedule appointments four times. Each time we receive a text confirming the appointment, and a text reminder on the scheduled day. Three out of four times we arrived for the shot only to find they were out of the vaccine. The one time I received a shot, I waited for over 2 hours after the scheduled time.Never again.

      I used the Walgreens App to prepay for a purchase with a credit card and didn't receive the ** code/6-digit code for pickup. The Econ customer service representative says the payment will "roll off." So I will need to pay for it twice for the time being. Warning to all about the prepay option.

      I have never heard of a pharmacy closing because of no pharmacist! We were told we could go to the other store. Then the clerk said one time we had to get a pharmacist from **********. Sounds like. Major corporate problem to me!!!! Since we have always had problems at this store with the script, I can not wait to see what the next store says.

      I am sending this letter of concern. My husband and I have been a customer with ********************** for many years, but in the recent years your customer service, alert communications to prescriptions readiness and staffing shortage and call-in services are to be desired. I understand during COVID with these situations as I had to experience myself with the corporation, I work for but now COVID is really over and the issues still remain. I like to address my frustration and disappointment in Walgreens in which I should not have to chase down a specific time to when your inhouse pharmacy is open/close with no set schedule or wait in long lines in a drive thru in getting prescriptions that are needed as a true medical need which these medicines cannot be stopped for a long period of time. This was the case with my husbands medical condition which he was out his medication for several days and today (8/29/2022) the medicine was not filled as promised. This is not the Walgreens I use to know and adore. Also, this is not the first time this has happened in the recent year. I do not know what changed in your organization but your leadership really needs to address the customer needs not the corporations business needs to cut cost, or miss the target in addressing staff shortages and communication alerts of prescription readiness or you will begin to lose your customers no matter what medical coverage they have. Just saying.

      Terrible customer service. After waiting for meds for 50 minutes for prescription with my husband in the car in pain because he just had surgery, I asked them if their was a problem and **** was so snotty. Then this ***** person told me I could apply for a job and after telling her thats beside the point she proceeded to tell me I couldnt handle it. I think my Walgreens days are over. ********** ********** **

      Who could imagine that the sole Walgreens Pharmacy in **************, ***** is not open or keeping regular business hours. Incompetent lower AND upper management. No more dollars for that location from me. What an embarrassment.

      Stole 70$ from me!! I placed a prescription refill order through the app and chose express pay- forgetting that I have new insurance. Walgreens took the $69.99 the meds were WITHOUT insurance and then when I got to the store I paid my new copay 6$ and was told the $69.99 would just fall off my account. Its been 3 days and the charge is still pending in my account! I cant dispute it because it hasnt actually posted and no one in Walgreens customer service has any solutions.

      Upon arriving on time for my Covid-19 and pneumonia boosters at the Walgreens at ********************************, I entered the empty line with a prominently displayed overhead sign "Covid-19 Vaccinations". The other line, separated only by a rope, also had a prominent overhead sign, "Drop Off/Pick Up Prescriptions". "Becca" - about 3 ft from me - waited on customers in the other line. One employee worked the drive-through; a pharmacist worked about 8 feet away. All but Becca made eye contact with me on several occasions but said nothing. I assumed a dedicated vaccine worker was occupied and would eventually appear. Passing time, I searched in my purse for my insurance card; read news on my phone; gazed all around; watched customers trickle in, etc. No one spoke to me! Eventually cars stopped. Astounded, I watched the drive-through employee stand with her back to me, tapping her fingers on the counter, staring out the window. I spoke, "Excuse me, I'm here for a Covid vaccine." Within arm's reach, Becca said, "You need to get in this line". I said, "I'm in the covid vaccination line." She said, "There's only one of us here today." I said, "I've been standing here for 15 minutes and you didn't say a thing to me" Her reply, "I thought you just put your purse down there to go through it." Stunned, I moved to the other line. The woman in front of me turned, and said, "You'd think they'd take down that sign" (the Covid vaccine line sign). I agreed and told her I was so mad I was going to leave. Halfway to the door, I went back and addressed Becca and the others, "You didn't even acknowledge me, and I was NOT going through my purse for 15 minutes. I am leaving." Becca cheerily said, "OK. Goodbye, Ma'am!" Not even an apology. Even kindergartners know this is unacceptable behavior. It is a very sad world when adults in a pharmacy refuse to treat others with the most basic of human courtesy. Surely Walgreens could hire employees with better manners than most 5-year olds.

      Walgreens on ******************************************************** the pharmacy is absolutely horrible. They are always short staffed. I get a call saying pick up your meds or we'll put them back. I've been up there 3 times and they are closed. Lady says they open 8am-8pm I go up there at 4:30pm and I'm told by store pharmacy closed early and will be closed all weekend

      horrible service, horrible hours, what pharmacy closes on the weekends? The staff is not trained properly and just want you off the phone by giving you incorrect information... do not use this pharmacy to even buy dogfood.
