      Walgreens Store # ***** has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only was the Cashier disrespectful and rude, she had no idea what the value of **************** means to every **********************. The manager wasn't any better. Placating wasn't in his vocabulary or any desire to keep me as a recurring customer.Which is never going to happen. I am finished with Walgreens and the type of employee's they hire.SJN

      I received an email stating I was pre-approved for a Walgreens credit card. Not pre-selected to apply, pre-approved. After going through the form, I was denied. Seems like a scam and now I have a hard inquiry for 2 years that I shouldn't have, nor would I. I do not have bad credit. They should not send these out if it's not true.

      I have been a loyal Walgreens customer for years. They have always been very helpful and professional in the past. But unfortunately I have had numerous issues with my Walgreens. I have had issues with their app being wrong. I have had numerous issues with getting my scripts filled. Cashiers telling me incorrect information. Now they have cut their hours and closed on the weekends. I can see the writing on the wall. It's time to jump ship and go to CVS.

      I have had scores of problems since I transferred my prescriptions to Walgreens, ************* in ********* **.My latest has been in the last two days. I realize Ambien is a controlled substance and the rules are strict. My problem is, I was never informed that refills could only be picked up based on the last refills pickup date. Had I known that, I would have picked up my prescription on the day it was filled. I was unable to drive because I sprained my foot and it was in a boot but I could have made other arrangements. Why was I was not notified of this new protocol from the **** ? I have been picking this prescription up for 5 years and this has never happened. Now, I will have 3 sleepless nights and I have a procedure on Wed. I am Again, why was I not told of this new system? This is a real failure in communications. Therefore,, I will be changing pharmacies and transferring my prescriptions. This is not a first time mistake. I have been told a certain med will be ready on a certain date and then it turns out it was never ordered.

      One *********** ** Walgreens location is off 41a and ************. I go there most everyday.Purchased three different frozen food items. Took them home.Opened one bag. Cooked and ate product.It tasted weird.Checked expiration date, which was difficult to find. Found frozen food was grossly expired by months.Checked the other two frozen items. They were grossly expired by months as well.Threw the food away but decided to e mail Walgreens informing them.They have not responded.Now, I'm here with my negative review.It's interesting what consumers can do by reviewing services offered, whether positive or negative reviews.I understand the meaning of CONVENIENCE. It's convenient that Walgreens is located just down the street from my apartment. I enjoyed it but, it's also a convenience to Walgreens that I shop there.Walgreens offers what I need BUT, Walgreens sells grossly outdated food, I want good food not old food, therefore I can and will shop somewhere else.It's THAT simple and THAT easy. Shop there last week. See something wrong WITH FOOD, last week report what's wrong last week, get ignored, ignored, ignored.I refuse to be ignored so, give review and shop somewhere else from now into eternity.?? ?? ?? ??

      Im talking about the pharmacy. The staffs are great, theyre very helpful. BUT the pharmacy hours is really really bad ! They closed on ****************** They open Monday-Friday from 9am-1pm, 2-6pm. Not convenient at all. The automatic answering system dont respond at all. Im changing to a different pharmacy now after almost 26 years a loyal customer sad but necessary.

      Walgreens pharmacy, ************************************************ is the worst pharmacy I ever had to deal with. I have been waiting for a prescription to be filled for over three weeks. They keep you on hold for hours and then disconnect your call. Their complaint department is just as bad. I contacted then on two occasions and have yet to be contacted back or have my issue resolved.It is criminal that they can get away with service like this.Should be a negative 5 stars

      Walgreens lost my ******19 test andWalgreens lost my ******19 test and NEVER REPORTED my results to me. On July 22, I followed the links and requested a drive-through appointment for the ******19 PCR test at my local Walgreens on ************************************************* in ************ **, Walgreens #*****. When I arrived the pharmacy tech was unmasked and did not understand the procedure. Another tech came to help her, but there was obvious confusion. They gave me the test materials which I self-administered. All of the information in the printout for my contacts was correct. I had already received two emails confirming my testing appointment. I subsequently called two or three times trying to obtain my test results and the robots told me that test results were not available. In a third call attempt, I tried calling the store and instead reached some global customer service rep who was unable to help me. She suggested that I RETURN TO THE STORE where the test was taken and demand my results. Since I suspected I had the virus, I was unwilling to RETURN TO THE STORE. That is horrible advice. Losing my test is completely unacceptable and irresponsible.

      Well I went back there today to return two pairs of manicure scissors. They were too tiny for me to use, and cost me .$30. Bucks for the two of them! Outrageous!After I did the return at the photography counter, I noticed that they had a cute greeting card, with no price on it. They said it was a deal ( I say gimmick)! If the customer had made a purchase of $10.00. I asked for some slack, as I am a regular customer there, etc. they gave me zero wiggle room, so there was very poor customer service, I will really think twice before I go there again! Plus they have these chintzy coupons they give out: the print is so grayed out that it is barely legible! So I never think to be bothered to use them. Left there an unhappy customer! If they want to keep their customers and get in their good sides, this is not the way to proceed!

      At the ************* store in ***************, **. 8/10/2022 at 5:40 We have had multiple issues over the past year with staff at this location. for some reason they always told me that my personal prescriptions were at another location and would give me the run around every time I asked them to fix it. This last time I was told it was in a location ten miles away and would not be able to fill it as they where closing. a closing time of 6pm is not conducive for a working family of any size. This was the at least the third instance of this specific issue in six months. Further more both my partner's prescription and my infant Son's have been continually mishandled, mislabeled, lost and we have been forced wait for refills by the inept staff at this location. each occasion we received a text stating the prescription was ready, this is the service we have come to expect along with incriminating and looks from the technician. We have moved our prescriptions to another pharmacy entirely and will not return to Walgreens due to the Rudeness, lack of attention to detail and and the sheer deceit of care from your pharmacy team.
