      We would like to share our appreciation for 2 of your pharmacy technicians in your Walgreens ****** ** Main Street location ****** and ****** Today our family of 5 needed to get a Rapid NAAT Covid-19 test as we are cruising to ******* in 2 days and were required to have negative test results to travel on the ship. Our original appointments were pre-scheduled in advance with your ****** ** **********************-location. When we arrived we found out that the pharmacy was closed due to an emergency. Your ****** ** Main Street location went above and beyond to manually process our order and we were all able to get tested.We are very grateful for their amazing customer service and appreciate that they went above and beyond to help us out.Sincerely,**** and *************************

      Don't buy CD,DVD,and USB, equipment and merchandise defective, they'll not honor your returns. Star rating below one.

      Walgreens processed a refund incorrectly giving me less than owe. When they were to refund the difference, they deliberately canceled the rest of it. Shorted me a lot and then kept the reciept to hide it. Horrible service.******************** in ******** **.

      Walgreens pharmacy would not allow me to purchase my medication and put me into WITHDRAWAL. They have also charged my insurance for medication I never picked up. WALGREENS PHARMACY ON *************** IN ******* IS TOTALLY INCOMPETANT.DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY. ZERO RATING. These people dont care about human beings, just payments. I give this place zero stars.

      I had a prescription sent by my doctor on 8/7 and when I went to pick it up the Pharmacy at this location told me that they were able to complete the order except for 1 med that they could give me half 8/7 and half the next day 8/8.I waited all day for the Pharmacy on 8/8 to call me to let me know when to pick up my prescription and I never got a call. I had to call around 3:30pm which the system told me they were working on it.Then a few minutes after that call, I get a text to pick it up. I live close by so when we get there to the drive through at 3:55pm the lady told us that they already shut down the system and picked up to go and shut the shutters on our face. There is even a posted hours in front of the store that say both store and pharmacy are open until 8pm. Very misleading. The person who was rude and shut the shutters on our face was the Miry B.I then proceeded to call and ask to speak to the store Manager *********************** whom I was told was on vacation and wasn't coming for another 2 weeks. I then asked for the name of the Pharmacy Manager whom I was told is Lata and they told me that sometimes she is in sometimes she is not and wouldn't provide me an exact time when I could call.This was very unprofessional from this store. We have a very important medication that I could end ** in the ** if I don't take it and yet I was treated like nothing and no care what so ever nor 1 single effort put in to help me.Why is the Pharmacy closing 5 minutes before the time they suppose to close? Your hours say until 4pm and we got there before. You can see your video camera we go there way before but yet we were refused service.I will most likely be filing a complaint with Cooperate and the BBB. If you have the time to close at 4pm , don't close before. We are very disappointed with the way that this Pharmacy treats people. Very rude and disrespectful. Even on Walgreens website it says the Pharmacy closes at 9pm. There is no correct information available to th

      This is the ************************************************************* complaint. If I could give 0 starts I would. I've been manually hung up on trying to get through all day about my medication since I'm away on vacation and need it fixed/canceled so I can resubmit and and have it delivered instead. They don't pick up the phone, they are rude. Always lose my medication or never have it. Once one of their pharmacists pretty much announced one of my controlled medications in front of the whole pharmacy too (I always ask about new medications cuz...new medication? I think it's appropriate to do so?) and he questioned why I needed so much and I kept telling him it was for a neurological disease (an approved use of the medicine) and that there is no mistake about the amount or instructions. Like call my doctor if you have questions instead of announcing to the whole store I'm picking up a controlled, highly abused medication while I have to walk home. Like thank you for putting me in danger? They are just terrible in every way. seems like it's not just this location though.

      I've had the worse experience at the walgreen's on santa ************** island road the manager there is the worse today the pharmacy was close do to no pharmacist i was told to go get my meds at another walgreen's, when i asked why does the drive thru line takes an hour to help customers i was told covid my response was that they take care of a customer then they walk away from the window as soon as that person is gone and no one returns. then I asked why is it inside the same way her response to me was "well this isn't ********** what the h*** does that mean? I asked why if its slow why aren't you trying to fix the problem she tells me I'm in the back every day helping them My response was i've been here 3 days in a roll funny I did't see you anywhere in the store. she never introduced her self to me all she kept saying ok yeah ok yeah to every comment I made unprofessional. acted like she didn't care when I mentioned I had called corp Office her response was well I'll be calling you back I guess. everything had an answer or an excuse.

      The pharmacy is getting worse and worse. I dont know if its because of the pandemic or what. I used to think this was a decent pharmacy, and its conveniently located near my home.I came in today for my 2nd Covid booster. I was told by a pharmacy technician that I could walk-in to have it done. I asked her, are you sure I dont need to make an appointment, she assured me that I didnt. Walk in, she said, didnt specify a time. I walk in today, in a heatwave, and Im told its at the pharmacist discretion if she wants to give you the vaccine, you can go online to schedule an appointment or come back after 5pm They couldve spared me aggravation by giving me complete, and truthful direction on how to get the 2nd shot. Wasted my time out in 90+ degree heat.Ive been a customer here since 2016 but seriously thinking about finding another pharmacy that respects their customers. Without customers the business would fail, so treat customers better.

      I would give them less than one star if possible.This is, by far, the worst pharmacy I have ever used. (the one on ********* in **********/********)Not only do you need to be on hold for an unacceptable amount of time (1 hour), but they they hang up on you. Several other have shared this experience.Today, my daughter stood in a line snaking around to pick up my Covid prescription.......only to be told they didn't have it. They cavalierly told her to go to another Walgreens and that the information was all in their computer. However, THE OTHER WALGREENS DID NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT MY PRESCRIPTIONS!!! They found me i their data base, but no Rx.I gave them the prescription numbers that Walgreen--********* had provided, but it simply wasn't there.Avoid this pharmacy. (I'm switching to another one.)

      On August 1, 2022, I went to the Walgreens store located on ********************************************. I needed to get a passport photo. I was charged $15.99 for two small 2"x2" photos. When I questioned the cost, I was told it's because you get 2 photos! Really? At the same store I can get a 4"x6" print for only 27 cents and an 8"x10" is only $3.99.Then I was told it's because it entails extra work for the photo tech. I hardly think so. This is totally a rip off.I think Walgreens needs to reevaluate the pricing of the passport photo.Thank you for your attention with this matter.
