      Placed two orders with this company.1. Ordered on 6/30 have not received the items as of today order #*****. I was supposed to receive 1 GTT BRUTE LEASH, 1 Custom Name Patch 1. SFCBeast Collar 2.5" Thick Black in color for a total of $80.91 2. Ordered placed on 7/2 have not received the items as of today order #*****. I was supposed to receive 2 Custom Names Patches and 1 SSGLex Dog Harness Black in color for a total of $90.88 I emailed several times, attempted to contact on social media platforms, left comments. I have one email response that said it would ship by the end of July. It's almost September and I have nothing. This company is ripping people off left and right. They are collecting money and sending no product. Criminal charges need to be filed against these people. As of today, I have contacted my bank and filed a dispute. I will be calling the police department in the area and seeing if they know anything about this company. SCAM DO NOT ORDER

      On March 2, ************************************************************************************* the amount of $67.49 for a "SSGLEX Tactical Dog Harness". To date I still have not received the purchased item. An email was sent questioning order status, and a reply was received on March 16 stating they had a fire at their warehouse, and that the company is "prioritizing getting back to you as quickly as possible. Our team is working tirelessly around the clock to ensure orders are shipped without further delay."While we are empathetic of the situation, we are also a paying customer. No further communication has been received. We seek a full refund for this transaction. Thank you.

      Purchased a dog harness in January. The company lied and said they had a "warehouse fire". I graciously accepted this as an excuse and spent several months waiting. They have sent me emails stating they were shipping the end of the month. Those months passed without a product. I followed up to request a refund. They immediately stated they would have to ask their team if that can happen. They are a scam and it's a shame they have duped so many people and to claim that it is a veteran owned business when clearly it is not.. If the BBB cannot do something, the *** should and will. I will also be filing a complaint with the *** and I hope everyone who reads this does the same.

      Goat Trail Tactical did not ship everything on my order , kept my money and now will not answer my calls or emails. I would like them to either refund my money or ship what they charged me for.

      Ordered product 7 months ago and still have not received product or refund. Company has rarely replied to emails and keeps giving the runaround for a timeframe. No answer from the company when I asked for a refund. Researching the company more it seems Im not the only one having issue with this company/scam.Previous complaint #********

      Hello, this company requires new leadership, accountability and legal recourse for customers. Had I looked on the ******************** website before being compassionate and understanding with them about my missing dog harness involving a fire, I would not have waited two months to file a credit card card dispute with this company, which I have finally received my refund for. I am grateful we paid with our credit card because with what we have just experienced ourselves, in what now appears to be false statements and delays by many emails, as well as the complaints with the BBB, another person would never get their money back paying another way. I have never seen a company with so much money invested in their website and advertising, only to be undone by complete BS and stories intent on deceiving customers and holding their money. We now feel there is some sort of revenue scheme going on that we are certain the *** would be interested in. I don't usually write complaints without offering a solution, however there is something fundamentally wrong with the management and ownership of this company to allow this to go for this long, as I originally stuck up for them with ***** It has been awhile since I visited *******, however making a personal trip to this business address and making sure law enforcement knows about these people is necessary after reading over forty complaints and knowing they still operate with the fire excuse. In conclusion, we did finally receive a refund through our credit card, only because we had this dispute option and Goat Trail did actually ship us a dog vest yesterday, almost four months after ordering, that does not fit our dog. If ever there was ever a business that fronts and portrays professionalism, that actually has no clue what professionalism and integrity are, it is Goat Trail Tactical and according to the internet, the owner ***. Who knows. This is just another person and company, who needs business and ethics training. Smoke and mirrors.

      We ordered a collar for our dog on July 3rd, 2024, After a month and several emails to their support team, we finally recieved shipping information. As of 08/01/2024 we recieved word an email stating that a shipping label was created. Since 08/01/2024 the shipping status has not changed. When calling customer support it takes you to a automated message stating to reach out to them via their email at *********************************** Their responses to their emails have been 6 weeks out at best, if they respond at all. Their customer service is horrible. Once we emailed them and asked them to cancel our order they sent shipping information. However the shipping information has not changed since August 1st, 2024. We have tried several times through email to reach out to them about this order and we have gotten no response back from them.

      Had two orders from this company on 5/31/24. Company contacted me and told me that they had a fire in their warehouse, so order would have a slight delay. On 7/3/24 I asked for a refund, after several attempts of asking to be refunded they keep giving me the runaround and now wont answer me back.

      June 6th - I placed an order for a dog harness through Goat Trail Tactical for the price of $68.99. The shipping method i selected stated that my item would be delivered in 3-7 business days.June 17th - I reached out to customer service as 7 business days had gone by and my item had not even been shipped. I was informed by Neck that the company experienced a warehouse fire which delayed the shipping. I requested a refund for my purchase as i no longer needed the item given the delay. June 18th - ***** from customer service informed me that they had reached out to "the team" for approval of my cancellation and would get back to me June 24th - I followed up on the status of my refund as i had not heard back from customer service June 26th - ***** from customer service informed me that they were handling numerous cancellations and were "thoroughly reviewing my case". He then informed me that i would be notified once my cancellation was approved. June 27th - The item was delivered 21 days after the order was placed and 10 days after i requested a cancellation/refund July 6th - After yet again not hearing back on the status of my refund I followed up a 3rd time informing the team that the item was delivered well after the cancellation request and asked for instructions on how i can return the item for a refund July 8th - ***** from customer service informed me that he followed up with "the team" one more time and would notify me once the cancellation was approved August 5th - After yet again not hearing back i reached out for an update on how to facilitate my refund August 13th - I never heard back and am now submitting a formal complaint

      Transaction Date: June 10th 2024 Amount of Money paid: $225.17 Purchased: Two Dog Harnesses, Two Leashes, and two Patches Dispute: Items were marked shipped so merchant could collect payment, Merchant didnt send items. One month later after contacting the company, I decided to cancel my order and get a refund. Merchant still has not refunded me for my purchase.There has still been no resolution.
