We placed an order through the website of Goat Trail Tactical for $62.09 on 6/12/24. Order #***** per our confirmation. As of 6/18/24, our order status still shows as pending. We are unable to speak with anyone over the phone as the companys customer service number directs callers to the website and disconnects the call. We have emailed multiple times over the past several days and received no response. We feel this a scam and want to cancel our order and receive a refund ASAP.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on February 16th 2024. The order was for: SSGLex Harness | Tactical Dog Harness 2 Black / Extra Large ****** lb Part of: SSGLex Harness | No Pull Dog Harness + Leash.After waiting for about a month, (March 16th), it stated it was shipped. I was provided a tracking number. After about a week, (March 22nd), I inquired as to why it was showing that the delivery merchant was still awaiting the product and only the label had been created. On March 27th, I requested a refund. I didn't hear a response or confirmation until April 3rd. I waited approximately 2 weeks, (April 22nd), and reached back out for an update. I was then met with a, "I have followed up with our team". On May 7th, I once again reached out for an update. They then stated they're handling multiple cancelations a day (I wonder why) and they had a warehouse fire. It is now June 16th and I still have not received any information.Initial Complaint

On 4/6/2024 I ordered a dog harness from this company w/ dog patches Then on 4/10/2024 I made another order for a dog collar and more dog patches...I inquired through email ytwo weeks later asking about my items and was told about some warehouse fire ...told to be patient...acquired again in April told my item was set for delivery end of April..company won't answer phone and their address is a P.O. BOX not a buisness address.. ( RED FLAG ).. ************ kept up the excuses through May...delivery will be beginning of May, middle of May, end of May..beginning of June..I sent over 12 emails in the course of trying to get my products ..2nd week of June I sent a email for a refund per the *** 30 day rule..company said they'd get back to me...have not heard from them again ..sent another 2 emails informing them I am a disabled senior citizen that used their ssi to purchase items for my service dog after my two eye operations in may ....I have all email communication and bank receipts from my ssi debit card..HELP...!Customer Answer

I ordered a dog harness from this company in November of 2023. They never sent the harness to me over a month later so I sent them an email asking where it was. They said it hadnt shipped yet. I told them to cancel the order and refund me. That was in December. I still have NO REFUND and NO PRODUCT. Ive emailed them SO MANY TIMES. They also do not have a phone number that actually works. You can not actually talk to anyone at this company. They may be a fraudulent company and just taking peoples money, like they did with me. I want my refund.Initial Complaint

Ordered a tactile vest for our dog after 10 days we emailed them because we never received an email or shipping notice. We got the same canned responses as other complaints, that they have had a huge disaster and are working diligently to solve the issue and get our order to us right away. A week later still nothing from them so we asked for a refund and they never responded. Called and they said we were calling outside business hours, however I called several different times throughout the day so how could I be outside their time zone, especially when I live in their time zone! Sent an email telling them I was filing a grievance with my bank and we finally got a response stating that they made note of it and would pass it higher up for review. We then received an email last week asking how we liked their product!! Told them we never got it and have asked several times for a refund, their response was the same canned ones they already gave us but with a smiley emoji this time. If they knew they had a fire in March as other reviewers have said the why were they taking orders in early April?? They obviously cannot fulfill their orders so why are they continuously accepting orders? **** never order from them again and I warn people against doing the same. Over a month past ordering and we have no product and no refund. My bank is investigating them for charging me for no product and no refund.
