      This was a horrible experience. I wasted so much time trying to contact anyone constantly about all the issues below. I waited at home 3 times with no shows during this ordeal. Dates promised that people would show came and went with me having to contact AGAIN to try and find out what was going on. They do not value a homeowners time and saying I'm sorry means nothing when it happened so much during this. This was not what was promised by the rep that had me originally sign, which I also found out was gone a few weeks after along with his partner.November 15th - Sent text and email asking for corrected invoice. Nothing, sent this email November 13th - Sent text and email asking for the corrected invoice. Still nothing November 8th - Received invoice, the $311 from the electric meter was not removed, asked to have it fixed and was supposed to be resent.October 31st - ******* again for repairs nobody for gutters. No call/No update - (waited at home)October 30th - No show/no call - said crew will be here for repair work. (waited at home)Also, gutter work did not start today (told it would be Monday or Tuesday)October 20th - Materials still here, no date for gutter work, dent in window trim, boxed in gutter? Gutter downspouts not going into ground and missing.October 19th - Materials still here, no date for gutter work, dent in window trim, boxed in gutter? Gutter downspouts not going into ground and missing.October 18th - Materials still here, no date for gutter work, dent in window trim, boxed in gutter? Gutter downspouts not going into ground and missing.October 17th - Dumpster removed, materials still here.October 16th - Told that dumpster would be removed today and materials removed 17th. Dumpster still here.October 12th - ************* here 8am said crew will be there to meet, no crew until 11:30. October 11th - Crew was to start today and power come 12th to pull power. *******, again. October 4th - ************* here, no crew, not notified until afternoon they were not coming.

      We signed over a check from State Farm and picked the shingle color. Told they would notify us before work began and it would likely be a few weeks after materials were delivered. Material delivery came and suddenly the next morning without warning at 6:30 am there were people on our roof. they worked well into the evening hours past 8 pm Day 2 they were on the roof early again. We noticed midday that the shingle pattern was off and contacted the sales agent ****. He agreed and said he was on it. that is what the warranty **** is for and they will fix it They had every exit of our home blocked with debris falling to the point that we couldnt get our dogs out to use the bathroom. They had debris falling on parts of the landscaping that wasnt protected flattening all of the landscaping and garden beds surrounding the home. Multiple garden beds were destroyed entirely. We witnessed them using the garbage trailer as a toilet from the kitchen window assuming they were using a container until it started leaking into a puddle on the driveway stained with the shingle particles and urine. They worked all day without stopping doing the entire home and detached garage into the evening at **** pm without lights or safety equipment. My toddler saw men outside his bedroom window with flashlights and was scared. We looked out the window and saw that they were trying to find nails and fish an item out of the kids pool that had begun to dissolve. The next morning we evaluated the damages. Broken lights that were thrown away and some just left in the yard broken, damaged landscaping around the entire home, kids pool pump was clogged and motor burned with whatever they fished from the pool, urine still dripping onto the driveway from the dumpster, the garage shingles were not laid in a pattern and portions of the house were the same, broken and sliced vinyl siding corner posts. They fixed the roof and corner posts but are not working to replace the damaged items.$2900

      I went through AmeriPro Roofing to get my roof done and I had given them the check from the insurance $4,444.52 when I got it because they was been very push about the Summary and check. They wanted more money and my insurance wanted the company to call them to talk about getting more money if needed and they refused to call and talk to them. I tried to get a loan to do my roof but was unable to do so. So we had to cancel them doing my roof and they was supposed to send me the insurance check back and that was in October and then I got told that they didnt send it out till November 1st and it would take two weeks to get here and it has been two weeks and its still not here and the person that dose the returns the insurance check is not answering her phone or returning the call her name is ******* number is *************. I have someone that can help me but I cant do anything because I dont have the money and it should not have taken this long. Sincerely ***************************

      I am rejecting this response because:
      The check should have already been here. I was told on October 25th that it was mailed and it would take two weeks. Then I got told that it wasnt mailed till November 1. Now Im been told that the day I wrote to the better business bureau that it got mailed out on November 15 and that it should be here on November 22 and if its not then to give the mail some more time. How can I pay the person that is going to help me fix my roof if I cant pay them because they keep change when they mailed the check out. They should have ***** or *** it instead of going through the mail. I got them to check as soon as I got it from the insurance company and I dont understand why they couldnt do the same and getting it back to me in a timely manner.

      ***** from Ameripro roofing sent over these guys that had no clue what they are doing and not only have they not finished the job she is refusing to answer calls and the guys cut the cable and are trying to say they didn't do it no one has been on the roof but them.

I was advised that the first time they forgot to caulk it. Once he completed the caulking it has not rained in my home, But the water damage that was created during the first job was never fix.

      I dont feel my issue was resolved. I responded to the original email, Im not sure why my response wasnt captured.  I do understand that there are structure issues with my home and additional work that needs to be done, but these additional concerns listed on the reponse did not cause the water damage to my home. After your company came out and fixed the roof water beginnings leaking in my home. After one of their associates came out to caulk a space that was missed the first time around their was no more water leaking to case anymore damage. If the structure of my home was causing the damage why is it still not happening at this present time? 
      All Im asking is that the damage created by the originally unfinished work be fixed. Thank you

      Ameripro installed a new roof on our home on Aug. 29, 2023. Their workers dropped multiple tools on a brand new outdoor ** unit, putting hole and dents on top and sides, front fan casing separated and misaligned, damage to coil, and nails found wedged in unit. Workers failed to mention anything about this to us. Physical damage done to the unit voided our 12 year warranty and the company who installed the ** stated that unit needs to be replaced to reinstate our warranty. Simply replacing damaged parts would still void warranty due to the type of damage done. I have sent detailed work orders and estimates provided to me by **************** to Ameripro in order to resolve this issue. It is now two months later and Ameripro has continued to pass me along to several managers who seem very reluctant to fix this issue and try to offer a cheaper alternative. Replacing parts would prove more costly than replacing the unit as a whole and we would still be without a warranty. Myself as well as **************** who installed the unit explained this to Ameripro multiple times to no avail.I find it unacceptable that Ameripro is not willing to fix damage their workers caused or do so in a timely manner.

      I am rejecting simply because I have not had a response back. AmeriPro insisted on a second opinion. A independent second party HVAC company were sent out for a sevice call on 11-1-23. Their estimate to repair the unit was higher than the original installers estimate to replace. The estimate was emailed to Ameripro on the same day and I have heard nothing. Today is Monday 11-6-23.

      We had a hail storm on July 24th 2023. it caused lots of damages to many properties across the area including my house at ***************. I called to ameripro as i seen free estimate advertisement on ****** search. i was assigned a Contractor named *********************, so came to my houes (**** elspeth ct) on 08/15/2023,i relayed the storm issue to him and advised i have filed claim for my cars and i will be filing a claim for the roof since many of the neighbors roofs were damaged and i wanted to make certain before filing and claims for the roof. **** climbed the roof and came back down less than 5 minutes and explained he can tell right away our roof has dents.He explained upon the insurance approval, their estimated time to order in materials and scheduled time for replacing the roof. i inquired about deductible if there should be any out of pocket money from me. **** advised i will not have to pay deductible or out pocket expense, since their home inspection is free He stated he's been in business for long time and insurance pretty much covers all the expenses,and know many of these insurance examiners. i took his word for it, and i signed the paper he brought and not reading clearly what i was signing. i had file the claim to the insurance and they sent their own roof examiner over. He examined our roof and our claim was approved. i called Josh( ******************** Contractor) to advise our claim was approve and the mortgage company need Ameripro Roofing estimation for the inspection. i had no reponse from him. i texted again in subsequent days and still no response, **** called on 09/11/2023 and said their company does not give estimates but they will use what my insurance company approved to perform the repairs. he then followed up to the next day 09/12/2023 to house and came for the approved insurance estimation from my wife. (i have him on video). i was asleep when **** came to the house.i called him when i woke up to get information on when the job might start. He told me he's looked over the approved estimation from the insurance and i need to pay $1000 in addition to the insurance $11,728.56 approved since that is what my deductible was. i was in dismay as he had told me on the 1st day we met, i wont be paying any deductible or out of pocket money. i reminded him of what he said but he got irritated and said he does not have time for me and too tired and does not understand my accent. i advised, i will no longer work with a dishonest and rude person., i followed up with a text message to him, advising i am not interested in the company to proceed with any fixing or replacement of my roof and also follwed up withe email messages directly to the company, (Please see the attachement, company apolozing for thier agent misconduct)i looked for another company and got my roof and gutters work done. Today (10/26/2023) i received a bill from Ameripro Roofing for$1,342.00 for a cancelation fee, This is false/ Fradulent billing and i never signed any contracts that indicated i will pay $1,342.00 if i do not work with them., Please the front and back of the paper i signed the very 1st day.This is not **** law binding contract and the company is commiting contract fraud, i had given **** number to couple of neigbours to take a look at their roof, as you can see from the attached conversation, he referred them as "my friend". After his dishonesty i toid all the referrals not to conduct business with him.There was no estimation from company. No materials were ordered, No contract indicaiting $1326.00 cancelation fee. i need the company to retract that billing statement and do not send any more fradulent billing statements.

      AmeriPro is not willing to fix facia boards their roofers messed up and only willing to take $150 off off repair cost! I just want them to completely replace what they messed up, because it will cost me more than the $150 to have it replaced or repaired!

      09/18/2022, I had a roof replacement from the hailstorm disaster covered partly by my insurance, and me. This was done by *********** Since the shingles were replaced, on like the old one, the New one started leaking in various spots. I kept calling this company a myriad of times, and sending photos, and after dealing with some very arrogant individuals, they finally sent someone to check on the Leaks. They sent the individual about three times but the leak is still there because this person doesn't seem to know what they're doing. Meanwhile water has been damaging the mattress and rug, and even damaged the cocking of the granite countertop in the kitchen and the area where the leak is now occuring. The leak is also running down the *********** pole that supplies us with electricity and am afraid as I had earlier told this company that this is a recipe for disaster or fire. I called and even keep leaving them messages, but no one returns my messages or call back.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I have called them more than five times and send a written message and equally kept a voicemail but no one has bothered to even reply to my messages. In fact, it doesn't matter how many people or times they send someone to do a job of which they can't accomplish properly. Right now I have footage of the last rainfall and its effects. The wood where the leaks occurs already show signs of decay.

      I don't see how they can act by refusing to act. If they were serious, the first thing they would have done after seeing my complaint, was to call me.

      On or about 07/05/23, Ameripro came to tear off my roof (in the pouring down rain) and replace it. While doing so they did not protect the siding and it left tar marks all over it. After several back and forths, they finally came and painted my ceiling from where there was a bit of water damage and cleaned off my siding, but not until September. My major complaint is that my original estimate was for $14441.76 and their final bill to me was $17777.81. There was nothing added onto my roof, no extras at all. I have made several phone calls and texts to the Quality Control Manager ( ****) regarding the billing overage. Lots of the calls and texts have been unanswered. I have also spoke to her boss (*******) in the first part of August explaining our complaint to him and he assured me that he would look into it. After receiving another bill from them, with the same price I tried to call him again leaving him several messages (with no return calls) .. Then I moved back to **** and finally talked to her after I sent my final payment, with a letter explaining why they were only getting my original signed estimate amount for payment. One of her answers to me, was that we agreed to pay them what the insurance pays us- this never happened no agreements were made about this!!!! We agreed to pay what our signed contract was. When you get an estimate to have a job done- this is what you should pay, unless there are additional things that need to be done- in this case there were not.. On several occasions, I had asked to get an itemized bill from her- even gave her 3 email addresses, she claimed she sent them and could not understand why I never received them?? Sounds a littly fishy to me.. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!

      I am rejecting this response because: In your response it says you have sent several emails and several phones calls.. I have not received any emails and no phone calls concerning this matter. i have only spoke to **** a couple of times and to ******* once- who assured us he would take care of this matter and never called us back.   Your letter that I received only tells me that the estimate you gave us, that we agreed to pay is only an estimate. At the time the estimate is given, all measurements should be done for exact costs- not after the job is done and charge the customer more.   It also says that from there my insurance company sets the pricing.  This is not how estimates work- we agreed to pay a certain amount- just because our insurance company gives us a different amount, does not mean you are *********** the full amount.  You are *********** the original amount in the estimate.  I paid you the original estimate amount, plus the additional permit fees (which should have been included in the roofing estimate total) but I paid for that as well. I feel that this has been paid in full.   As per the original agreed upon estimate price.

      I am rejecting this response because: the Main complaint of this whole situation is your company is trying to charge us almost $3000 more than what you originally estimated the job to be with no other extras that added on! Not this he said -she said c***    And yes **** did test the emails with me on the phone and I told her that I did not receive any of them and that is why I asked for it to be mailed - a detailed invoice which is not really what I received.     I have all of my call logs-emails and texts messages saved as well.   I also was not complaining about any calls early on not getting answered - just before I told her that if she did not resolve the final bill notice within a week or so I would be filing a complaint with BBB.. I also emailed her the link that shows I am not the only one who this has happened too-   I have a whole pile of complaints that I printed off in case this needs to go to court!
