****** was very helpful from start to finish. He helped us with both of our houses and another friend of family's with our storm damages to get insurance to pay for it. Highly recommend A+

1 starI have called a number of times to complain about my gutter guards that were removed and replaced. No response in several months. When my roof was replaced, some guards were broken or missing. Someone came out to repair but it's still not right. The roof was replaced in the Fall of 2023. I was told a few months ago that I would be low on their priority. I get robo spam calls consistently from this business when I NEVER reached out to them. I have blocked the number and yet they still are able to leave a VM. I would never, ever go with this roofing company in the future or recommend them based on this alone. There's a reason they only have 10 reviews on ****** and a ton of complaints with the BBB.AmeriPro Roofing

This company has ruined our home. Showed up without notice and put gutters on, then show up unexpected before New Years Eve and snow and drop off supplies for siding, tear off new gutters and did siding. Siding fell off surrounding our home, heaps of garbage and nails, dented scratched new gutters put up wrong and scratched. Roof put on now have leaks and mold. They opened are garage and came home from work to find these people using my Husbands tools and working unexpectedly. Left garbage, cigarette buts everywhere. Used 6 inch nails and ruined every outside wall in our home and needing new paint and drywall. Have 6 inch nails through my walls even hit wire. Left outdoor electrical plugs open and ruined. We had 4 flat tires from nails. They opened our gate and lost our dog. Demanded manager to come out, they said ****** would. Nothing come home a few months later without notice and a crew showed up to work on our home. We refused and said the manger was supposed to come do a walk through to see all the damage. A while later crew comes back and starts on our home again, non speaking English and said they were from ******. They had no license to show and had already begun tearing off prices of siding. Moisture barrier was not replaced, nails everywhere, some pieces put up with glue. All different sizes of siding cut. Bowed all over and falling off again, new gutters were taken off again for 3rd time and scratched and dented all over. They told us to paint them. The back of the house gutters were installed backwards. This company has left thousands of dollars in damage, way more then the work done. Gutters are falling off the front. Shingles are now lifting, moisture barrier ruined. Electrical issues from nails, nails pops and drywall still damaged. Siding Falling off for the 2nd time. They said nail pops are not covered the. Pictures sent and proof of faulty material. Contacted lawyer they said to fire them. Hire new contractors.AmeriPro Roofing

Thank you for taking the time to report your experience. We have worked together to address your concerns with your roof replacement, siding trade and gutter trade. Your roof replacement occurred on August 31, 2022. Until this complaint there were no reported issues with the roof replacement, and we have worked with ************** to rectify each of the situations you reported. This compliant is being posted after we have resolved every issue as we now are requiring payment for your completed projects ***** months ago. We would welcome the chance to come to an agreeable solution.

AmeriPro Roofing has continued to request an additional sum amount of money that was not included in the deductible under insurance. This company has claimed they have completed work that has not been done and has continued to call and send statements requesting to settle the remainder balance. AmeriPro Roofing claims labor was high-risk and was charged extra including quoting home was a two-story home. Nails from roofing work continued to be found throughout my yard and neighbor's yard. I would not recommend using them as a company for any work.AmeriPro Roofing

To Whom It May ************** An AmeriPro representative sent a letter, the insurance estimate and the invoice on 5/10/24 to the email on file. The AmeriPro representative was directed to do so by a social worker but gained verbal approval from the homeowner who is over age 65. AmeriPro has not claimed to have completed work as homeowner representative stated. Rather we have explained that the insurance company included on the insurance summary and distributed $1,264.01 for interior damage to the family room. We contract for roofing, siding, and gutters and are not an interior company. We did not bill the homeowner for the family room funds of $1,264.01, it was not on our invoice. The homeowner can use the funds paid to her by the insurance company to fix the interior family room repairs through a company that does that work.

this company is nothing but bunch of liars that don't want to fix things that they need to. I have mold in my house. from an hole in my roof them when they put it on. and they are refusing to fix my house. that is damaged because of there careless.AmeriPro Roofing

AmeriPro has been working diligently over the last month to address ************** reported concern through phone conversations and text messages. We certainly can empathize with her as most homeowners assume any leak is coming from the roof, especially after being replaced recently (replacement was *** 2021). AmeriPro has been on site three times to inspect the reported issue and address a shingle on the roof, that the homeowner stated was the source of the concern. (Ameripro has photographic evidence). AmeriPro reported to Ms.*** the source of the issue was the window and addressed the shingle on the roof as a courtesy as it was only cosmetic and not the source of the leak. In an effort to improve the customer experience and confirm our inspection results AmeriPro paid an independent attic inspection company. The inspection company's report determined the root cause of the leak to be lack of caulk on the front bay window (AmeriPro can provide the inspection report). Currently AmeriPro does not offer window replacement or repair services so the customer will have to address that repair with a separate contractor. We also want to be clear that we will continue to honor our warranty and address any potential future issues regarding the roof installation.Review fromde c
