HARRASSING PHONE CALLS AND VOICEMAILS!!! WOULD NEVER USE A COMPANY THAT HARRASSES THROUGH PERSONAL CELL PHONE CALLS! DON'T USE THEM! IF THIS IS HOW THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS!!!

Showed up on time and work was started and finished in a timely fashion did an excellent job repairing my roof then did a good job cleaning up behind themselves no material or nails was left behind I highly recommend.AmeriPro Roofing

1 starI've gotten around a dozen robocalls recently about roof inspections from AmeriPro Roofing. I haven't given permission to get calls from the company and my number is on the Do Not Call Registry so the calls are likely illegal under ********* telemarketing laws.Review fromDarrell M

1 starIt should be minus zero Worst experience ever. I have contacted the ************************* To investigate them for FRAUD . They are scammers. This was an insurance claim. They gave me an estimate for around 20k. I agreed, ******** came out for 2 days. Completed the work. Unbeknownst to me, they went back to my insurance company for an additional 30k for a total of $51k for a small single family home roof job They are absolutely scammers and cheating scum. I never saw a change order, nor was any additional work performed Outright liars, and I'm not giving them a dime extra for schemes against my insurance company. And they never presented me with a city permit. And you have to have a permit in *******.STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE ??????Review fromRyan B

5 starsI had both siding and roofing work done in *********, ** by AmeriPro Roofing and am pleased with the results. In the beginning, *** was my representative and was very helpful in starting the claim process with my insurance company for hail damage. I had never had a homeowners claim before and *** was very available for me as I had many questions after the conversations I had with the insurance representatives. *** left the company, and ***** took over as my representative. ***** was here whenever the insurance adjuster was here and even went up on the roof to make sure the adjuster didn't miss anything. There was an issue with one of the window wraps and ***** made sure it was re-done to my satisfaction. My other company contact was ******* at the headquarters I think in *******. She also was friendly and prompt in returning calls and answering questions. The house looks great! A big improvement. The work was done quickly. Everything was picked up and cleaned up. Everything was done within the parameters of the agreement and there were no unexpected additional charges. I'm happy!Review fromThomas C

1 starI am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by AmeriPro Roofing. In November of 2023, I engaged their services for ****************** to be met with a series of disappointments, mismanagement, and unethical practices. During the initial assessment, I was informed that additional work was necessary, particularly the replacement of the decking. I was assured that the required information would be promptly sent to the adjuster for approval before commencing any work. However, this process was not only delayed but executed in a manner that has left me in a highly undesirable situation. To my dismay, it was revealed by the adjuster that the pictures of the decking were not submitted until after the roofing project had been completed. This negligence on the part of AmeriPro Roofing prevented the adjuster from accurately assessing the damage, and the provided pictures lacked sufficient evidence to justify the complete replacement of the decking. AmeriPro Roofing's contractors failed to exercise due diligence in their responsibilities, leading to a situation where I am now being unjustly burdened with a $7000 out-of-pocket expense. The lack of professionalism and adherence to industry standards is truly disheartening. I urge anyone considering AmeriPro Roofing for their services to think twice and thoroughly vet alternative options. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my grievances to warn others about the potential pitfalls of entrusting their roofing needs to AmeriPro. I am appalled by the lack of integrity displayed by AmeriPro Roofing throughout this entire process, and I sincerely hope that my complaint serves as a cautionary tale for future customers.Review fromJose C

1 star********** After doing the roof in my garage, I noticed a leak in the chimney. I contacted AmeriPro roofing to let them know about it. They even admitted it on the phone call that they didn't seal the chimney correctly, and that they were going to send someone out to fix it. I haven't heard from them, I keep texting and sending emails to them and they haven't responded. This never happened before until they worked on my roof. All I want is for them to take responsibility and do they job right. They haven't refund the money left from the insurance check. I spoke to the supervisor but he keeps ignoring my phone calls and text messages.Review fromCory B

2 starsThis was an insurance claim. We had multiple issues with getting work done correctly. Also, they took wood off our house when they were asked to leave it. Then proceeded to try and charge for extra siding needed when it was their mistake. Promised to put new wood back on at no cost to us. Haven't heard a thing for over 3 weeks now. So we will just keep the siding there instead. Yard/patio was left a mess (we have pictures). Also, sent our insurance company the final bill that was almost $7000 over our contract cost. We never signed any change orders or authorized any extra work so not sure where that came from. Quote sent to insurance company said they put aluminum siding on house. They installed vinyl siding. Owner/manager then proceeds to call our insurance company and tells them to decline so we are on the hook for this excess cost. Thankfully insurance company said no. Needless to say, outside of the initial steps, its been a headache from the off. Had I known, I would have done what our neighbor did, got a quote and then went with somebody else to B perform the work. They had a much better experience with a different company.
