      Technician arrived on time and was very personable. He try to fix our leaky facet by replacing a gasket, a much cheaper solution but was unable to do. He replaced our old outdoor faucet with a new one, including doing a neat job when getting to the pipe in the basement wall was needed to complete the job.

      On time and very informative! Did a thorough inspection including all crawlspaces to make sure the plumbing was sound on my fathers house. Explained all the possible repairs and complete rationale. I plan on going with them for the repairs needed on Dads house.

      had the pleasure of having **** and ****** install my furnace today (Precision Heating and Cooling), and they truly exceeded my expectations. Not only did they do an outstanding job, but they were incredibly friendly and personable throughout the entire process. It felt like having friends over who just happened to be furnace experts! They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I was completely comfortable with how everything worked. Their professionalism was matched by their warm and approachable personalities, making the whole experience a breeze. Courteous, efficient, respectful of the space and customer, thorough, excellent communication skills, and confirmed/explained work with me every step of the way. He also provided two pricing options and Precision Today pricing was better than 4 other local plumber estimates by far. I will definitely use Precision Today again! Thank you!

      Great job going through all plumbing areas in our home. Very good brief after the inspection with recommendations for fixes and costs accordingly. Explained each issue that we could address now or maybe later. Would definitely recommend.
