    After the service, we still have spider, flies and swamp in my front door and patio door, I even got a sting from swamp in my face. I am very angry and calls in to terminate the service, but got threaten from the company to collect termination fees and send me to the collection agency. I was wondering if EcoShield not do the job, the contract still valid, if they breaching the contract first, the customer have a right to terminate the contract. Right now, I still have black spots in my face from swamp sting, and have to deal with EcoShield and they only offer some discount to complete the last service, I am not happy about their reaction. I will leave negative rating if I have a choice.

    These creepy badgering door to door salesmen, will not take no for an answer. Came to our house twice. First me, then my husband. They lie about servicing your neighbors. Then, the icing on the cake. I have video of this loser peeing on our fence in the alley.

    STAY AWAY - trying to depart from this company even after fulfilling a one year contract is WORSE than getting a divorce! They make you call and call and call back and threaten you with monetary penalties if you dont follow their script. Not a customer friendly company and their product is nothing special. THEY ARE *******.

    this company is a SCAM. DO NOT USE their services. Reference all negative reviews below. Somehow they stay in business with enforcing made-up fees and don't care about the customers.

    I'm only giving one star because it won't let me leave zero. This is an absoutely terrible company and tried to scam me out of $10,000. After being a very loyal customer for years, on a monthly program to the tune of several hundred dollars per month (not a complaint, just showing I was loyal), they offered to do an "inspection" of our home. Their "salesman," ******************* came to do an "inspection" of my home, and all was fine until he came down from the attic to tell me that I had a very bad RAT problem, and that it would be $10,000 for the exclusion + full attic remediation. Having just bought this home and having a fresh inspection and general contractor at hand, I was a little skeptical, so I arranged for several other pest control companies to come out to give me another opinion. EACH of these companies confirmed my suspicion, that I did not have ANY rats, there were no rodent droppings or activity whatsoever, and this was an attempt to scam me out of $10k. Of course, I called the company to report the issue and the "salesman" but they do not care, and it's impossible to get ahold of the "local office" as even the local number just sends you to some call center. No one cares about the problem, they just try to collect a "cancellation fee" of whatever your so-called initial discount was. I just said no, absolutely no way are you collecting more money from me and she said "ok have a good day." What a collasal disappointment and disgrace of a company - zero dignity and shameful that they would do this. DON'T FALL FOR IT!

    I am an eldery person who was pressured into contract for one year.After 5 or so applications no noticable change in the amount of bugs or mice was seen.I told them I did not wanT the service any more and now they are charging me a cancel fee.Taking advantage of eldery people is not nice!!

    If I could give them negative stars, I would. Horrible company to deal with! Stay away! Looks like I am not the only person having problems with them. Wish I would have known this before. Door to door Salesman was misleading and lied to me! It took me over an hour on the phone to cancel the poor service and they sent me a confirmation the service was cancelled. Now they are harassing me for payment of a service never performed. They know I am a senior and think they can pull a scam on me. Shame on them! My advice to everyone is to be aware and do not believe them.

    Salesman lied about the service. I tried repeatedly to cancel the service explaining how the salesman was misleading, Same response with no regard as to my complaint. After one discussion i was told that they would continue the service with an additional $35.00 discount for the remaining applications. When I received the next statement the amount was the same. I called to ask why and in a ******************* a** remark "well you signed a contract".Still have not had any resolve and they intend to continue billing me. A real shame that a company does not communicate nor respond in a positive way to solve a situation.If anyone actually reads these, do not use this service.

    Like panhandlers, these guys approach you every spring and summer and pressure you to sign up for their services. They even goes so far as to say that the neighbors use their services and they recommend you to us. Over the years, I declined to use the service, but last year I finally caved in and decided to give them a try. The guy assured me that the $200 fee would be waived when I cancel the service no problem as I would only be here for a short period of time. I did not intend to keep the service long term and he said that’s fine cancel anytime without the $200 fee. I informed them back in December that I would not require the service at this time, their reply was ok. This happened towards the end of December and the beginning of January when the temperatures dropped below zero freezing. Suddenly, they appear unannounced to perform a treatment. Mind you, it is below zero and the yard is covered with snow. I’m watching this guy so called treat the outside of my house which was only about at the most ten minutes. I called up the customer service to tell them that I was canceling the service and they transferred me to a few other people the last lady I spoke to I told her that I was getting ready for deployment and she said I need to give her my military paperwork. After we got into a brief conversation of why that wasn’t going to happen she proceeded to advise that the $200 would be waived. It didn’t happen she **** I go into my account to pay the overpriced $169 service charge and there’s a $200 commitment payback fee also added to the account. I wish that I would of just said no like before because their business practices are very shady and the service is not worth the money.

    Signed up for this service through a very young guy promising e that I eeded their service (I was new to the area). Needless to say, after just 2 visits and having paid for the 2 visits, I knew that their service/product was not working, so I requested them to cancel the service. I called the office muliple times to ensure that all was canceled and good. I was assured that the servie was cancelled and that I didn't owe anything. Ever since, I've been getting letters from debt collectors demanding $190 cancellation fees. I just paid that today for THE WORST POSSIBLE SERVICE EVER! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! ***** ADVERTISING.........
