    Awful, Awful...delivered a package to my office on two separate occasions. Both were addressed to someone else, at a different address. The driver the second time refused to take the package back. No customer service, the phone number simply disconnects you after being on hold for a few minutes. No one replies to my emails about this.

    If I could give a negative review I'd do so. This company must hire gorillas to handle their freight since I had a small, but heavy package (a mini-court pickleball net and frame) delivered from *********** to central **************** (took about 4 days) and in that time the entire ends of the shipping box and the product box were mangled - I could see the components of the net and frame through the ripped ends (I have no idea if parts were damaged or missing). For a driver to allow this to happen and to dump this problem on a customer is not only careless, but irresponsible - not attributes of a quality company.

    I had multiple orders days apart that state delivered- they were not delivered to my house!!!! Nobody answers the phone or replies to emails! Terrible company!

    Horrible service. My package ***** moved in over a week and Ive attempted to reach out multiple times via phone and email. Nothing. No response, they dont answer the phone, they dont respond to emails despite an auto reply with a case number thats useless because you cant get ahold of anyone to need to reference it. If youre a company considering using this service, dont. Itll make you look bad.

    One of their drivers placed my package in my mailbox, which is illegal for anyone other than **** to do, while the flag was up and the mailman took it thinking the package was for ****. Now they refuse to acknowledge they made a mistake and $200 worth of merchandise for my small business is gone. If I could rate them 0, I would. Honestly companies need to stop using them because they are not a good company even if their prices are better. This was my first time purchasing from a company that used them and while I want to give them my business again, I can't warrant it given the situation with Better Trucks. If you see that your shipment is using Better Trucks as last mile, you would be better cancelling the order because you more than likely won't get it.

    I have been trying to contact better trucks for over 5 days through email and phone. All I want is my items and when I try to track my items it says return to sender; when I try to get a refund from the company, I purchase my items, they keep telling me it's with the shipping company at this point there stealing my money and not getting back to me. My tracking number is You guys have the wrong zip code listed can someone please check their email and get back to me I've sent several.

    For a company that strives itself on great delivery I couldn't get anybody on the phone and I'm still waiting for an email for items that were delivered clearly to the wrong house.
