    Horrible customer service. This company is notorious for package negligence. Against my will I used this companys service as I did not have an option. Sure, my package was delivered with photo evidence, right under a sign that says specifically not to leave in said spot. **************** will gaslight you then proceed to not help. Package has now been stolen. DO NOT use this companys services as it will cost you.

    I apologize for your experience, I looked into your delivery and from the photo it appears it was left next to another package in a mail room. You sent us a sign indicating to use a luxor system in which only certain companies have access to. We apologize for this, with your next delivery please email us instructions on where to leave your delivery next time to ensure you receive it on the expected delivery date. Thank you.

    Ive had several packages delivered with this company, customer service always corrected issues and responded promptly to concerns. Most drivers are courteous and give notice, and *** only had issues with one driver not updating information or waiting. This issue was corrected next day with customer service, ***, emailing me about it. *** was really nice.

    Horrible delivery service. I agree with the other reviewers, I can't believe Better Trucks is still in business and have to question any business who contracts with them. I will not do business with any business who uses Better Trucks because it's a guarantee you will not receive your package. They don't update their tracking and then they act like they've made an attempt to deliver your package. If a signature is required for delivery, the tracking should be "on point" so accommodations are made. I personally think there is theft going on here! I have spoken and emailed their customer support several times and they just lie...telling me they're looking into the matter and someone will get back to me or...they're trying to locate the driver...the driver still hasn't returned the package to the warehouse...blah,blah,blah. And still no one has contacted me with an update, and its been over a week. I placed an order on June 2nd and the tracking says delivery attempted on June 12th. What...you get only one shot to be around to sign for a package based on incorrect tracking info that shows still at the warehouse? Give me a break. This is unacceptable

    I'm sorry for your experience. We try to keep customers informed through our online tracking as best we can. For packages requiring a signature, our driver should contact you with an estimated delivery time. It appears that the issue has been resolved, and we have reached out to the merchant to arrange for the reshipment. We hope to serve you better in the future.

    Great company! A distributor put in the wrong delivery address. When I reached out to Better Trucks via email to change to the correct address they did so with ease, professionalism and even followed up to ensure I received my package. It was my first time using Better Trucks service and I look forward to using them again.

    The tracking page shows that delivery has been attempted 3 times, but to my knowledge, no one has ever rung our doorbell or showed up to the front door without dropping anything off. I live in a single-family home, so there is no confusion about where to drop off, apartment numbers, etc. I have called **************** 5 times now --I have remained on the line for 3 minutes until the automated message tells you that all reps are busy and that you can email them for help. The webiste chatbot says that they will transfer your message to a live employee, who will respond by email, but they never request your email -so how will they be able to contact you? Truly horrible and disappointing service.

    Doesn't update tracking until after delivery attempt so you will never know when to expect to be home to sign. I was home at the time they said they attempted delivery and no one knocked or contacted me. Was told over a week ago that I would recieve an update soon about my package and nothing but crickets since. Tried contacting them multiple times with no answer. Fed up at this point and I will never purchase anything from vendors who use this company again.
