      In May we called The Sears home repair Services to have our Frigidaire door gasket replaced. We called to have a technician come over, we scheduled the technician, he came over May 29th. he confirmed we needed to replace the gasket. He ordered the gasket, charged us $129.00 for the diagnostic, and added a $356.00 installment fee. Since then we had several appointments scheduled (No shows) we call the customer service and they have been slow walking our refund. We've called every week to confirm the refund processing with no luck. We keep being told to wait for Sears' Billing department to contact us for the refund confirmation, it is June 23rd. and still no confirmation. We were told (today) we must wait until July 3rd. to hear from the billing department to receive refund confirmation. This company is terrible and will not recommend this business to anyone.

      I am totally disgusted with the service !!! My washing machine broke April 1st. I have scheduled 5 appointments: May 9th, 12th, 23rd June 12th,25th. Hoping they show up on June 25thand all were rescheduled except for 1 (tech came and looked on 12th) They continue to take the $59.99 from my credit card on a very timely manner. I have yet to get a REAL person on the phone. What has this world come to. NO work ethics !!!Signed: tired of dragging clothes to neighbors house

      Attempted ********** on my Kenmore refrigerator per my Sears Master Protection Agreement. Technician arrived and was willing only to clean condenser coils - stated "I am not a refrigerator tech... I do stoves and microwaves... the frig tech is on vacation - but I can use my phone and see if I can find out how to do this"!I was uncomfortable with this and requested that he reschedule me for a PM by a REFRIGERATOR TECH. He did so and I was given appointment for 2 days later - again 8 AM - 5 PM. At 4:45 PM, **** called and said he was running late but would be there. At 5:35 PM, **** called and asked "Are you in a high rise?" to which I responded yes. To which he asked, "do you have your own vacuum because I am not going to carry my equipment up there (of course we have elevators)... I don;t have two hours to do this now." Before I could elaborate for him that my PM to include on board diagnostics from the control panel ( 10 - 15 min max) as previously we have had problems with the thermistors, condenser coil and drip pan cleaning, door seals check and refrigerator level - totally should not take more than 30 minutes, **** **** up stating "he did not like MY attitude and he was going to reschedule." A look out my window revealed that Bill's truck was bearig the name "A & ******************* Minutes later I received yet a 3rd date for ********** on a date when I will not be home.This is UNACCEPTABLE. Not only have I had to curtail my business for 2 full days and stil have not had my PM completed on a contract for which I have prepaid, but I have also been insulted and hung-up upon.

      This company is a scam. I have a warranty for an air conditioning unit. They sent someone 4/2025 to evaluate it as it was not working and they stated that there was an issue with the electricity/breaker. We brought an electrician and paid for him to fix the breakers and the air condition still did not work. We then had an electrician come 5/27/2025 and he stated that the air conditioner was broken and required a part that is not in stock anymore. He stated that the air conditioner needs to be replaced. He submitted his recommendations on his app and allowed us to take a picture of his submission. We followed up with this and were given a runaround that his recommendations were not submitted and a technician needs to be rescheduled. They rescheduled for 6/11/2025 during a window from 8-5. My wife ensured to be home all day and they contacted us stating the technician was not available. When we called back they said there is no technician available. They stated that someone would contact me in 24 hours. Since then, no one has contacted me and everytime I call back I am getting to the same department in ***** and am told that they are working on it and someone will get back to us, but no one ever does. This appears to be one big scam. I am forced to give a start otherwise if there was an option to give zero stars I would.

      If no stars was an option then that would be it. My appointment was scheduled for 2 weeks. I get a TEXT the day of and they canceled my repair. No appointments available until NEXT MONTH?! Absolutely unacceptable. My $400 microwave is just a ornament at this point and is only 2 months old!

      I have been trying to get my dryer repaired since June 24 now it is June 25 it is sitting in my living room in parts. They keep canceling my appointment. I am paying monthly payments for this service and I am so fed up with them. Can't get a repair person here. If one come they order more parts and leave. No one comes back to fix it.

      Not sure if this is the correct location as it is impossible to tell on their websites. I do live in ****, but no clue where the request went when I scheduled online. ***** showed up for the appointment that I scheduled despite multiple reminder text and emails. I've tried calling and messaging online but it is impossible to get a live person. It finally said at one point that they do not offer a live person any longer for calls and only have AI available. Would not recommend.

      Requested Sears Home Services come to my home to repair a craftsmen riding mower. They showed up on 4/21/25. Took a look at tractor and found out what parts it needed, asked if I wanted it done by them I said yes. The Tech call is home office and he told me the price for labor and the parts would be $399.33 and set a date for May 20, 2025, I had to pay the $399.33 up front since this was the first time I used their service. there was a no show or call to tell me why they did not show on the 20th. I called Sears, they were sorry and set a new dated for May 29, 2925, again no show. New date was for June 9, 2025, for 1:11 pm again no show. Tried to call but now all I got was a automated answering. Tried many other numbers same thing. Call the Corp. automation also left a complaint said they would call me back and never a call.I canceled my order and requested a refund, again this was automated. So how do I get my money back. I am a 75 year old man living on SS and I cannot afford this kind of SCAM from Sears. I have many craftsmen equipment but never again. Someone out there please help. Why are so many scams going on.

      Im really disappointed with A&E **************** This was supposed to be a warranty repair through a paid maintenance agreement, which makes the lack of service even more frustrating. I scheduled a repair for my washing machine, and they canceled the appointment without any explanationjust an automated text message.Theres no way to speak to a real person. No call, no email, no chance to ask what happened or when it might actually get fixed. I rescheduled through their automated system because thats the only option. Then on the day of the rescheduled appointment, they canceled again. Same automated text. No human contact. No accountability.When youve paid for a service agreement, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. If youre looking for a company that respects your time and follows through, A&E is not it. I am leaving 1 star because it doesn't allow me to leave 0 stars.

      Our fridge has been broken since April 3, 2025 today it is June 4, 2025.Weve tried 4 separate times to get it repaired. 1 of the 3 times, the *** says he showed up and he never did and canceled due to us not being home. There are 7 people who live here. All were here that day. We have cameras all over our property and not once did they show up to our house. The next three times an appointment has been made, they canceled the day of. The customer service was rude to my mother when she told them her frustrations. My mother waited all day for those four appointments in the living room by the door just so she can be right there when they arrived only for her time to be wasted waiting on false promises. This is absolutely disgusting. We have children, two disabled people, and a cancer patient who live here and have been without a fridge for months now. This is abhorrent.
