      On 8/27/22 I contacted ***** concerning my washing machine not working. It would wash but not spin the water out. They got A & E to come out on 9/15/22, over 2 weeks later. They had parts sent (washer clutch, motor coupling and a washer gear case) for when the technician got her to use. On 9/15/22 the technician didn't show up. I called and was told they didn't have anyone to send, and rescheduled to 9/28/22, another 2 weeks out. On 9/28/22 the technician came said the parts ordered was not the problem and had to order a timer. Came back 10/6/22 and found the timer to be faulty and would not work. It was also a refurbished part. Had to order another timer and also ordered a control k*** that the technician had broke on the last visit. They were scheduled to come back 10/24/22. The timer part came through mail but the know was backordered. Using their part number I ordered the k*** myself off **** and paid for it. Had the k*** in hand along with the timer and called to let them know I had the k*** although they were showing it on backorder. They said they could not use the part I ordered, it had to be from their warehouse. They had to cancel the 10/24/22 appointment because they didnt have the k*** and rescheduled to come back out on 11/3/22. I called and told them I was tired of this ****, had been over 2 months and had not been fixed and I wanted a replacement. I was given a replacement confirmation number and told I would be contacted about getting a new washer. The very next morning I was contacted by phone (recording) saying they had gotten the backordered part (knob) and would receive in a couple days. I received the part couple days later and it was the EXACT K*** FROM THE SAME COMPANY that I had ordered. I called back and they now changed the date from coming back from 11/3 to 10/27/22. So now i'm waiting to see if they even show up and what excuse they will have now. Would rate a 0 if i could. DO NOT USE A & E FACTORY SERVICES.

      This is by far the worst company we have dealt with in years! Their service rep totally lied about fixing the microwave unit. He cancelled service appointments 5 times over 2 months and stated on the records that he returned and repaired the unit !! Now at he company is refusing to do anything and the rep has even blocked our phone number ! Stay away - far away !!

      A and E out of ******* ** are the worst including their new supervisor handling the ******* region. They are a contractor with ****** They love to just throw parts at appliances like my dishwasher. My dishwasher has been broke since April 2022. They have sent out many technicians saying this old dishwasher needs replaced but their new. Supervisor just has them to order new parts. Well here it is October 2022 and my dishwasher is still broke. Here is another funny story all there technicians in the ******* region have quit their job at A and E factory services because of issues like mine due to their new rude supervisor that knows it all. This is a human rights issue with employees and customers. This is the worst company ever. Im actually talking to a lawyer about them.

      Bought a ** Refrigerator, from Lowes and they sent this company to fix it. First technician replaced compressor, said it was fixed and to give it 24 hours. One day later, didnt work, the freezer part was working before but after he was through, no more. So I called Lowes, they sent another guy. He said the compressor had a leak and thats why it wasnt getting cold, said he fixed it, wait 24 hours. I did, nothing. This was 2 weeks, without a refrigerator. So ***** schedules another appointment, a week later. No Show! Ive been without a refrigerator for the whole month of October. I dont know whos worst, the company I bought it from (Lowes) or the idiots they keep sending. Im at there mercy because its under warranty but Im done with ** and Im done with Lowes and any other company that use A&E Factory Service. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!

      Like many others, I have been lied to by this company about repairs to my refrigerator, Appointments have not been kept, the one 'technician' that showed up only took a picture of the refrigerator (a Frigidaire) and left. I received an email saying that the order was closed and comments about conditions in my house that had absolutely NO impact on any repair that might have been made.I was given another appointment that required me to stay up (I work nights) awaiting a different technician, that never showed up, yet I got an email that the job had been completed, and showed an invoice that just had a big 'X' for my signature. I have been waiting for over a month for this repair, and need refrigeration to keep my insulin refrigerated. I had to purchase a small AC/DC refrigerator to keep the insulin safe.

      A&E Appliance Repair... sort of... if they show up. If they don't reschedule. I guess everyone can just take time off for a service call. Typical service call flow:1. Place a service call...2. Wait two weeks for the tech to arrive. Then the tech says: "I will order the part."3. Then a week later, you get an email saying the part is on backorder. Even though if you do a search, you can order the same part in nearly any quantity. 4. Then when A&E finally makes a date... they show up. Oh gee, we are sorry, we will reschedule.5. Then they reschedule... who knows if they will really show up. Oh... I forgot the best part. If you call them, you get to listen to the same on hold music over and over and over.....I hate dealing with A & E.

      I waited all day for the technician arrive. I received a text msg @ 8:49 that the technician was on his way. When the technician did not arrive, I called at 10:33 and was told he was still on his way. Called again at 10:45- same status. Called at 11:46, spoke to a rep who informed me the technician had until 5pm to make his visit. Called again at 6:47 to be told the technician came to my house and no one was home and that they will have to reschedule me. Ive read through these reviews and now see this is a pattern with this company. I took off work without pay to have my brand new GE Dishwasher repaired and at the end of the day, no one showed up. How disappointing!

      WORST COMPANY EVER besides American Home Shield. If I could give negative stars I would. We have had an ongoing appliance issue since April. There has been different techs yet the issues does not get resolved. The tech is a no-show, or they will reschedule and not contact you, reschedule again, telephone numbers do not work, when you can finally reach a person they say they can't do anything unless the tech comes out. The window of arrival time will be vague 8-5PM. Then it will change to 5:12-5:42PM after calling 2 different numbers. I don't have the luxury to work from home and have had to take time off multiple times for an issue to never be resolved. Lost wages and time spent calling, waiting for nothing. They could care less of your situation. Both A&E/Sears and AHS will tell you to call the other company. Each company does not hold accountability or provide the service that you paid for. Never have I experienced such an unreliable company that could care less about you or resolving the issue. This company should not be allowed to do business ever.

      This company doesn't deserve 1 star. The first time they didn't show up. The next time they came said they needed to order part. So then it was another 2 weeks, they replaced the part charged ****** and fridge still didn't work. Called them again they said they would come back and not charge us. Our next appointment was Oct 4, 2022 they confirmed appt and never showed. This company is a joke and should be shut down

      Service tech never showed to provide scheduled service. Over 10 hrs of waiting for service tech on 2 different occasions for fridge repair that has taken 3 weeks. If you use this company expect to wait and plan to be disappointed when they NO SHOW for appointments.
