      How is this company even still in business?! If I could leave zero stars and thats what they deserve. Have had a broken washer purchased from Lowes for a month and a half and unfortunately the warranty was through ***********. If I wouldve known that I wouldve never purchased the washer. with us just going through our fourth cancellation from this company. I am beyond disgusted with their customer service and lack of communication. Called to see why our appointment was canceled. Spoke to a supervisor that said a manager would be calling me back by the end of the day three days later and still no call. I return a phone call again to speak with a manager and all of a sudden they are on leave, they dont have any excuses for their cancellations and dont communicate at all. I will never purchase anything from any company that has a warranty through *********** repair. This company should be ashamed of itself, and should no longer be in business. It is beyond me that Lowes contracts with a company that treats their customers so poorly.

      One star is way too generous. Totally incompetent. First tech diagnosed and ordered parts. Different tech shows up and refuses to install 2 of the 3 parts ordered by the prior tech and leaves. Washer still doesnt work. This is part of an extended protection plan so you have no leverage and they couldnt care less. You have no recourse unless you are foolish enough to hire an attorney over a $300 appliance plan and they know it. You are screwed

      A and E does not deserve the one star that I had to give them. After waiting for three weeks on a part, I called GE and the part that A &E had said was back ordered was in stock and overnighted to me. I then called A & E to install part and was told that the part was not available and that their first available appointment was two weeks out. No way would they believe I had the part because their system said it was not shipped. Again they would not listen. !Impossible to speak with anyone that can speak English! I called GE again explained situation. They in turn sent another company out for installation. I honestly should have know I was in trouble when the A&E tech ask me how to turn the oven on! Do not allow A&E to be involved in any warranty work. They will not come when scheduled and are not capable of providing customer service

      You need a "zero star" option for this company. I was forced into using them because I bought a worthless extended warranty. Our first repair appointment was just to have some "technician" look at our dishwasher to tell us what we already knew, and had told them prior to arriving. Of course they don't have even the basic parts to fix anything. Then they have to order the parts which of course didn't come in time for the second repair appointment, so we had to reschedule that while we waited for the parts to arrive. Then the same technician arrives, fiddles around seemingly repairing our dishwasher, literally talks to the dishwasher, has us sign off and leaves. Our dishwasher leaks worse than before his repair, and the cycles don't work anymore...the 60 minute cycle ran for over two hours! Third repair was scheduled with a 4 HOUR window, nobody shows, I call to see when they're coming and they give me another window and still nobody shows. I call again and am told I will get a phone call from technician with an ETA, and now, 8 HOURS later, NOBODY, No text, no phone call, no nothing...they are horrible. Should be shut down.

      service person VERY rude. When he arrived I asked him to be careful as **untertops in kitchen brand new; He told me range was put in wrong; that he **uld not be held responsible for damage to **untertops as he had to move range out; told me it was actually MY responsibility to move range: kept saying that I was " refusing service" and he would take all parts back; threatened to call your insurance ** and cancel my policy, etc This is third time a rep has been to my house for same issue. I advised person today that last person said it would take two people to service so THEY/your **mpany **uld move range out. Today's person said it was MY responsibility to move range out...which is it?Person today took all kinds of pictures (not sure why), said the range was already scratched on top and that I should not blame him (I NEVER blamed him or said ANYTHING about the scratches it was all horrible. I almost called the police to ****** him from my home I was frightened and upset. and STILL after 3 service calls my range is not fixed.I have warrant on product; called assurant who holds policy for warranty. They were no help; told me to call A&E directly. Problem is there is no way to speak to an actual person at A&E...i tried 3 times.WORST COMPANY EVER. The worst service by terrible people.       Most unprofessional company. Have been waiting to get my dishwasher fixed since July. Its now September 27. I had to cancel the first appointment due to covid. Two appointments canceled by them. A third no call no show after telling me to be home from 8-5. Three different technicians now and no one seems to know how to fix anything. Still waiting for my dishwasher to be fixed.

      Horrible, Scheduled between 9-3. No call - rescheduled between 3:30 - 5:00. No show. Now call the number and they say between 7:00 PM and 8:47 PM - An absolute farce. This company is horrible

      Id leave 0 stars if I could. My repair date was scheduled by Frigidaire 10 days ago. 3 times in the last 3 days I was contacted reminding me I needed to be home between 1-5 as their repairman would arrive in that window. My husband called on our scheduled day at 1:30 and was told they would arrive in an hour. At 3:30 we received a call canceling our appointment with no plan to reschedule!! We changed plans to be here on our ASSIGNED DAY and they just cancel? We asked to speak to a manager and were told he does not speak to people on the phone!!

      They give you the run around I have extended warranty I have sent emailed that was a joke waited for them return my call They didn't ask me anything about my repair put me on 28min. Then got disconnected They didn't return my call after we got disconnected f

      If I could leave 0 Stars I would! GE contacted A&E for my frig repair, sent confirmation email and arrival window 8a-5p... I needed better time frame as I work part-time. I called ph# in email, but got auto response - never a human at either prompt to get a better arrival time frame. I clicked their link and I end up getting a bunch of auto-texts reconfirming 8a-5p. I could not hang around all day waiting for this tech and I couldn't get a person. That was frustrating and unacceptable. So I went online to get some info and there I found all of the BBB complaints and I immediately went back to all of those text messages to cancel. I never receive a response when I request to cancel. So now I'm calling GE back to send a more reputable, reliable and considerate company tech
