    I bought a PowerSmart push mower from Wal-Mart back in April. Unfortunately, I have had issues with this mower starting only a couple months after I bought it. The mower started making weird noises and smoking. After than within a few days the blood quit turning. Because it was 4 months into having this item Wal- mart told me to contact the manufacture to redeem my 1 year warranty. The problem is this place is really hard to get ahold of and never answers the phones and I began communicating through email, exchanged a few emails and then they have quit responding. I have followed up with 3-4 email to two different people and no response. Its bad business to just leave your customers hanging - I actually work in customer service and this isn't how business is done.

    I purchased 2 Lawn Mowers and both are giving me problems Ive called the manufacturer over a hundred times and they never answer the phone I also have sent emails and no response so I leave this in youre hands

    I purchased a lawnmower through ******* in November of 2022 for ****** plus tax. Order 2000105-48844693 When I used it for the first time in June the whole plastic part that holds the starter handle broke **mpletely off during start up. I have not been able to use the mower and have called the Company several times to get a replacement part to remain on hold and then the ** hangs up. I have also emailed several times and response says we will get back to you and still no response. I even called ******* who cant help because I purchased it over 90 days ago. I would like a refund at this point. the mower is a piece of junk and the ** obviously dont have ***************** I have been waiting for 0ver 2 months for a response.

    I bought a power smart self propelled mower 1/25/2023 thru Amazon for 350$ it has 3 year warranty my drive belt has almost broken will not stay on so it will not self propel. I emailed several times called numerous times was put on hold and no answer and now have no way to trim my yard I have been looking for drive belt at many locations and can not find one model#psm2322sr. Thxs. ******

    I purchased a PowerSmart lawnmower and after approximately 10 hrs of use, the rear drive wheel broke and fell off. I purchased a replacement wheel from PowerSmart on 07-23-23 and to this date, I have not received a response. I emailed twice, I called 3 times and was on hold for >30 minutes each time without a response.

    I purchased a PowerSmart push mower from *******.com in September 2022. It was difficult to start from day one. I used it one time and then stored it for the winter. This year, each time I have used the mower, it's become increasingly difficult to start as well as a couple other pieces breaking/going wrong. White smoke started to appear from the mower along with a sputtering. Now the mower will not start. I've contacted ******* for a refund and return, but they've refused and cited PowerSmart's 3 year warranty. ******** claimed they've contacted PowerSmart on my behalf. I've emailed PowerSmart twice and called four times - twice being disconnected and twice being on hold for greater than 30 minutes without an answer. I believe this mower is a lemon. I expect a mower to last longer than 10 months and I have taken care of the mower. It was difficult to stsrt from the beginning. I am requesting a full refund for the price paid for this mower. I will send the mower to PowerSmart via prepaid shipping label provided by the company. I've retained the original packaging. Attached is my receipt from *******, the warranty information, and a screenshot documenting my final call to PowerSmart. Please note the call duration in which I spent on hold with no answer.

    I bought this lawnmower about two years ago. After just 4 or 5 uses the back wheels have broken off. They don't answer their phone or email. I did finally get a hold of someone and he said he would send me four new wheels. They never came. I just waited an hour on the phone before someone hung up on me. The first time I was on hold 25 minutes and then got hung up on.

    In early June of 2023 I ordered a lawnmower through Amazon from Powersmart USA. The mower was delivered with broken pieces and unusable. I requested a refund and sent all of the necessary information. A representative from the company accepted documentation of purchase and offered the refund via email. I requested further details of how to obtain the refund and then all contact with Powersmart was lost. They do not answer phone calls, and have ceased responding to all emails. Ive sent 6 or 7 emails following up with them for further details on a refund, and have been completely ignored. I have not yet received any refund.

    I purchased a belt cover as well as self propelled belt with PowerSmart USA on July 20, 2023. I paid. $33 for my order and was expecting 3-5 day shipping. Today I looked on to check my delivery of my items and it said it was delivered on July 27, 2023. The shipping and tracking number provided by ***** was the tracing number of a previous order I had purchased back in May 2023. In fact, they picture of the actual lawn mower is visible for that previous order. I have not received my order. I have attempted to contact PowerSmart USA at ************** and no one answers. Im placed on hold for ***** min and then they hang up the phone. I need help.

    On March 1,2023 I order a lawn mower on Walmart.com I used it once and then it started overheating and could use it maybe ***** minutes at a time. Now it wont crank at all I have been emailing a employee more than one with Powersmart for the past month to be told repeatedly that my order can't be found. I have provided my receipt twice and I have given the order number. I would like a refund of $200 that I spent on the lawn mower.
