    I bought a power smart push lawnmower from ******* about 8 months ago. I broke the handle on the lawnmower. I looked online to get a replacement, but the only handle on the website was for a different model. I emailed the company. No response. I called yesterday and today during business hours. Waited on hold over half an hour both days, just to be told no one is available to take my call!!! I just want to know if the handle online will fit my mower!!!

    I started having issues with my lawnmower and have been trying for days to contact customer service and have been unable to reach anyone. Every time I call and I am next in line I get a voicemail recording and no one calls back.

    I purchased a Powersmart mower through Amazon. I have had the mower about 15 months. It has stopped cutting, the motor works but the blade does not spin. This is not the first issue, within a couple of months I had problems with the handle (a s**** fell out and I could not find a replacement). A couple months ago the plastic piece holding the pull cord broke. again, no replacement.When it stopped cutting, I attempted the phone number on the 3 year warranty. I get a recording that does not get answered. The operator option is a loop. The parts selection continually has 9 people waiting, I tried numerous common first names in the company directory but did not get connected for any of them. I even tried the option for service providers and was sent to a message machine. I have left messages on the parts line and service provider line without response. I have tried to locate a warranty service center on their web site, and it only shows places on the east coast (I am in *****). I have left messages on the web site contact form and sent an email to their service email. no response. If you ******* the company reviews there are numerous people who have the same problem. I am looking for a replacement or refund. I would prefer the refund as the product does not seem to stand behind their warrantee.

    Better Business Bureau:

    The Business has addressed my concerns outside of addressing the BBB in reference to complaint ID ********. My issue is resolved, and my complaint can be closed. I would however like it noted that the business did not respond until after I filed the BBB claim and filed a complaint through Amazon where I mentioned taking the issue to the State Attorney General in *********  I would also like it noted they did not provide local warranty support here in ********. They had me take the mower apart to trouble shoot it and then sent me replacement parts so that I could fix the mower myself.   To me a warranted item with broken internal and external parts should be serviced by a repairman. I also should point out the broken parts probably cost less than a dollar a piece, yet I had to jump through several hoops including photographs, looking up part numbers on the internet and proof of purchase even though the item was registered when I purchased it.

    **** saw stops working while using. Tried to contact company by phone and getting no response, Tried though email no response, wal mart has contacted them for me and still no response. I am trying to get a refund for defective product.

    I purchased the power Smart mower from ********** online while mowing the wheel fell off, I'm still under warranty I've tried numerous of times contacting the company through emails only to go back and forth with the same information they repeatedly keep asking for, I've sent proof with receipts,order page,pictures,serial number, pictures of lawn mower ,the box it came in and a video and all I wanted is a replacement wheel or a full refund to purchase a mower with 4 wheels,because I can't use a mower with 3 wheels..it's getting ridiculous they only answer emails at odd hours 12-2am ,the phone calls are a waste of time, I've even reached out to them on ******** ,let's just get this resolved so I can finish my half mowed lawn. The customer service is really awful. I have lots of photos and proof but too many to upload ,company keep asking to send same thing over and over.

    Bought the snow blower of power smart in sept ****************************** march 2024 as it snowed first time and saw that it is not throwing the snow. The product is faulty and power smart is not picking the call . Their customer service is not responsive and they are not responding to their emails.

    I would like for PowerSmart to honor my 3 year warranty on the making model order number 114-3604006-4095447. I brought this lawnmower online. It havent been fixed yet as promised. I barely got the chance to use it , because it would start leaking oil. It made strange noises and also started smoking when turning it on. I purchased this product on October 15, 2022. I contact them several times and was given the run around. I just want them to honor the warranty and fix my lawnmower or send me a new one. I even told them I would like to send the lawnmower back and get a replacement one. No one reached out to me about it. Im fed up with this situation.

    I bought a now PowerSmart snow blower from *********** It worked one time and now it does not engage the blades. The company never answers their phone and the extent of the factory warranty they indicate that they just send the parts. But a new machine should not need new parts or fixing.

    Ordered and paid for an electric mower from Powersmart on Powersmart web site. Received it, tried it once, and found it inadequate. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company and learn how I might return the mower. Inquires have gone unanswered. Details as follows. Model no PS76826 Serial no ******************* On 3/**/** I made my first attempt to reach the company via phone *************). I followed menu prompts which directed to an "operator" which never connected. I then sent an email to their customer service (support amerisuninc <***********************>), which responded that I should return it to the retailer (they are the "retailer"). Since the initial contact, I have tried 3 more phone calls (waiting over an hour on one occasion) without speaking with anyone. I finally received an email asking for details (model, serial, proof of purchase, etc). which I provided on 3/25/24. As of today, 3/29/24, I have received no communication. I simply wish for Powersmart to contact me with information on how to return the mower for a refund.
