In 11/21/23 I purchased a 21 inch power smart single stage snowblower model # DB7006A. I chose this particular snow blower due to its compact size, durability and ease of use as the company claim. I did not put it to use until 1/12/24 which is when it showed in my hometown. This snowblower is useless. It will not move forward unless you bend down to tilt the front off the ground and roll it on its ***********. I am a female and I would rather shovel than to use this snowblower. I was in serious pain afrer using because my back was strained due to the hard pushing and having to bend down to lift. It is gasoline powered and the store where I purchased it from have a policy where I cannot return once gas is installed. Also, I only had a 30 day window for returns. I now see alot of reviews where others are experiencing the same problem. I have been contacting the company since my initial use and have been unsuccessful in speaking with anyone. I would be on hold for 30 plus minutes only for it to say no one is available to accept calls. I've sent an email and left a message for someone to contact me and no on has as of yet. I am very disappointed in this product and the way it was constructed. I have no use for this and would like to return it for a full refund so that i can purchase something that is more compact and is able to move. I'm aware there is alot more complaints about this particular snowblower and I'm not the only unhappy , unsatisfied customer. Please refund my money.Initial Complaint

i won a powersmart snowblower from a 50/50 raffle i put the machine together and it broke i tried looking for parts and i cant find them cause the manual and snowblower dont match i'm hoping you can reach out to the company and see if they will send me a new snowblower in replace of the one i have if you need pictures i can send them to you via emailInitial Complaint

I purchased a PowerSmart PSSW24 24 in. 212cc 2-************************ Snow Blower on February 16, 2023; never took it out of the box, the weather was not bad that year to use the blower. My grand recently put it together and tired to use it on January 12, ****. It started and was working just fine, then is stop pushing the snow through the chute. What the part is called that make the snow go up to the chute is not work, the blades work and turn. I have tried to call the company, each time I get to where it is my turn to speak to someone the call drop and have to go back to the beginning process. I would like to know how I can have this repaired or replaced.Initial Complaint

I purchased parts from them. I never received them and every time I write an e-mail to them or try to call them they say that they can't take callers or there is no one available. Also, they never provided me with any tracking information or an order number. They did take the money out of my account, however!Initial Complaint

I purchased the 80V 24'' Two-Stage Self Propelled Cordless Snow Blower **** in December 2022. I began using it in January 2023 and used it approximately 4 times. The battery life was extremely short but I was happy to have a snowblower and was patient. I went to use it for the first time in January ****, the self propel doesn't work anymore and it is nearly impossible to move. I was reading other people had trouble with the belt so I took the case off to check mine. In the enclosed case, I found a ***** s**** and a nut that had fallen off from somewhere inside the enclosed case. Quality control is clearly lacking for this company. I've emailed them but based on these responses, I am not hopefully the 2-year warranty will be honored. It was $669.90 so I am extremely upset. I hope these reviews lead to a lawsuit because it should be criminal the way they are selling poorly made products and ignoring requests for the warranty to be honored. I am hopeful there will be a lawsuit and I'll eventually get my large sum of money back, even if it's not likely.Initial Complaint

On June 15, 2023, I purchased a lawnmower online through ******** On June 30, 2023, it was delivered. In October, it stopped working, I reached out to ******* on Dec 15, 2023 and spoke with ******. She indicated that my 90 days warranty with ******* had expired and they could not refund or replace the item. She told me to reach out to PowerSmartUSA; the manufacturer. I called both numbers she gave me and no contact could be made. On December 26, 2023, I emailed PowerSmartUSA and never received a response. I had considered requesting a replacement but now, want a full refund of $357.21. This company has lousy customer service so for now, I would like them to send me a label to pick up this damaged item, Again, I want a refund of $357.21.Initial Complaint

I purchased a brand new PowerSmart 209CC lawn mower from ********* eCommerce site on April 1, 2023, for $190.72 Order#*******-77492818 I assembled the mower in late May 2023 but was unable to get it to start. The Owner's Manual states "DO NOT RETURN TO STORE". After three conversations with the manufacturer's ****************** which did not resolve the problem, I was instructed to take the mower to a local lawn mower repair shop to have a diagnostics run to determine the problem, the cost of $45 to be reimbursed by the manufacturer. The mower has a defective motor, as determined by ********************** on 06/13/2023.I emailed the company with all the items they require to process my refund: sales receipt, bank statement showing the transaction, and the diagnostics report.The company replied that they needed a diagnostic report! I resent all documents again. I have attempted to call the customer service number several times since sending the last email and cannot get through.Initial Complaint

I purchased a defective lawn mower, I was told a updated replacement was being sent out as they no longer make the model that is the highest and I have, they have another high end mower and will ship it to me.
