    I purchased a snowblower last January *****,. I used it once last year and it worked great. I took it out this january and started to snow blow my driveway and it worked for about 10 minutes and the blades stopped turning. I checked it and none of the shire pins where broken, but the whole blade mechanism was loose and could be shaken by hand. I sent an email explaining the situation. I received an email back requesting pictures. I sent that information to them three times and called three time. No one has contacted me , period. This company is irresponsible and I plan on pursuing any legal means I have

    Bought a two stage snow blower with a 2 year warranty. My unit broke the drive system in the second year and when I tried to contact Power Smart there was never a response. I tried to contact any service shops that would repair my unit and was told that no one in ******** will work on Power Smart equipment because there are no parts to be had. I tried to get a part from Power Smart but that is impossible there are none to be had had no person will ever call or email you back. They are still selling these units new and with a two year warranty which in my opinion is false representation if there are no parts to be had how can you expect to get a broken machine repaired warranty or not. The parent company ******** is in ***** and they offer no parts or help either. I think this Power Smart business should be shut down as they are in violation of the promised warranty and having no parts why are they open?

    I purchased my lawnmower in June 2023 and it stopped working the company has a 3 year manufacturer warranty but when I called the representative told me to fix it myself I am not looking for a new lawnmower I would just want them to send a technician to fix it they were rude and could careless horrible business

    NEVER BUY A POWERSMART TOOL. I PURCHASED A NEW LAWN***** FOR RESIDENTIAL USE AND USED IT A FEW TIMES. FIRST THE WHEELS FELL OFF AND I COULD NOT CONTACT ANYONE IN POWERSMART LEAVING SEVERAL MESSAGES AND TRYING TO CALL WITH A WAIT TIME OF OVER AN HOUR I FINALLY HUNG UP. TWICE. THEIR PRODUCT IS TOTAL JUNK WITH INFERIOR QUALITY. THE OTHER WEEK I WAS MOWING MY LAWN AFTER PURCHASING WHEELS FROM HARBR FREIGHT AND THE ***** STOPPED ROTATING. A SHAFT POSSIBLY JUST SNAPPED. CALLED AGAIN ANOTHER HOUR WAIT TIME AND AGAIN JUST HUNG UP. THESE *****S SUPPOSEDLY COME WITH A 3 YEAR WARRANTY. DO NOT BELIEVE THAT. THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE AND THEIVES. THE ***** IS ONLY 11 MONTHS OLD AND SHOWS AS NEW. BUT IT IS NOT EVEN WORTH PARTS AS THE PARTS ARE NO GOOD. THE ***** IS NOW NOT USABLE. I LEFT A ONE STAR RATING CAUSE I HAD TO. THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH A SINGLE STAR.

    I have tried to contact customer service either by phone or email and no one returns my calls. My lawnmower need to be repaired and all I wanted them to do was give me the name of the person I could take it to....Don't buy from this company!!!!!!!

    Very difficult to get in contact with customer service! Doesnt answer telephone or email! Tried to get a replacement for a lawnmower wheel without any success! Ordered a replacement but it was the wrong one. Returned it with the broken wheel but havent gotten a replacement or refund. Regret purchasing the lawnmower from this company!! Still trying, either I want the wheel or a refund!!

    Bought lawn mower. I have to get a very strong man to start it and it runs like c*** But only for 3x of use. The plastic wheel broke and there is no customer service. They have phone # but no answer and no replies on email. I had been trying for 6mo. Under warranty still. This company has to be shut down.

    I purchased a power smart self propel lawnmower in July 2023 used maybe 3 times and in sept 2023 the self propel stopped working Ive been trying to contact powersmart to talk to a live person to get the problem fixed and had no luck Ive been in communication via email only with what appears to be an automated system Ive submitted my phone number via email for someone to call me back and Im still waiting I need the repairs done asap because my grass grows pretty quick I spent my hard earned money on what I thought was going to be a good mower that Ill be able to use for the upkeep of my yard please help
