    I have been trying to reach them online and by phone and it is IMPOSSIBLE! An email will not go through nor will a phone call. This has gone on for days. The controls stopped working after three months. The same experience as the others have reported. TRASH!

    I bought a Queen size Heated Blanket about 8 months ago. I keep getting E when plugged in. It doesn't work at all. I have tried calling for over 3 week now and can't even get through to someone. This is terrible money lost. I just want Biddeford to honor its warranty. They don't even deserve a Star (1)

    The customer service number ********************** publishes isn't valid. There is a voice mail that says call back during normal business hours **** est. I called on a Monday at 3pm. I then tried other numbers offered and either no one answered or the vmail was full. I tried to submit something on their website and the website doesn't work either. I received an error message that my submission didn't go through to try again later. I am not sure they are even in business. Had 2 of their electric blankets and one lasted a couple weeks, the other about 2 months.

    ******* ********* to connect to, Biddeford's phone has been disconnected. no response to email posted on their web site. I was requested to retturn controllers for a thow and blanket that did on work along with both items,, I was told they would correst the problem or send new throw and blanket this was a month ago, have not received items or heard frorn Biddeford,

    I bought a blanket in January 2023, but it broke after a few uses. Maybe 3? Then I bought another one in November of 2023. This one lasted until January **** before just shutting off. **************** number printed on material is inaccurate. Another one for the trash. Save your money.

    I purchased a queen size Biddeford blanket from Kohls on 11/20/23. In early January **** the controller would not come on. Did some troubleshooting and Im sure its the controller. Call numerous times to the Biddeford customer service phone number and also emailed them with no response. Finally thought to take it back to Kohls and they gave me a full refund. What good is a five year warranty if you cannot get a hold of customer service. Beware

    Been trying to contact Biddeford Blankets, ***********, ********, regarding a warranty issue. No one is answering their phones. No one is responding to emails. Very Frustrating!!! If they have not gone out of business they will shortly if they don't improve customer service>
