      Quill's accounting department, and pretty much everyone I have talked to, have no idea what they are doing. Or it could also be that they just don't care. Both seem like they are logical explanations.Our business went from paying with a credit card, to having them invoice our account. We sent the first check and everything went okay. Then we tried to pay three separate invoices on one check that stated the invoice numbers. Instead of paying the invoices stated, they just came up with some random theory of what needed to be paid. We had a credit memo on our account because we never received a product we ordered. I had to wait until Quill checked with the shipping company to make sure I wasn't lying. We finally received that credit after two months. This credit was used in the check where accounting didn't input correctly.I have emailed, called, and chatted online to several different representatives. One of the reps forwarded me to someone else after a 20 minute conversation and then I had to explain myself all over again. I got different answers each time. I had to ask to speak with a supervisor multiple times because my original request was ignored. Oh did I mention that they gave me different answers each time? They said, "we refunded you that money on the credit card". Guess what, there was no refund on our statement! Hence why we used that credit as part of paying for open invoices from a check.Anyways, they wanted to argue with me, not help, not even try to help, just tell me how things were, and was provided several different types of answers (even from the same rep!). Eventually I received an email that "A credit was issued in the value of $ ****** to the credit card ending in 77 originally used on this order. The credit was submitted to **** on 5/18/2023 and I expect it to appear on the statement in the following 2-5 business days." So what they said was they never gave me the credit and are just now doing it. Terrible company, DO NOT SHOP AT QUILL!

      Hi, I've signed up with these guys and been with them for close to 6 months now and now when I get laid off I submit a claim and give them everything they want in paper work and all. They tell me i have to wait 30 days before they can review my claim before payment. This IS NOT RIGHT! I NEED THAT MONEY TO PAY MY MORTGAGE ON TIME BUT THEY DON'T CARE. The 30 day hold is to see if you go back to work in those 30days and if so they don't have to pay out the claim. NOT ROGHT AT ALL. I RECOMMEND BEFORE SINGING UP THINK TWICE.

      I just found quill. Placed a small order for school around 10 am. Never got a confirmation email. Checked my bank account, no draft or pend. Around 3pm, I received an email stating that I needed to call because they required "prepayment for my order". What? I put in my credit card information in order to place the order. It made zero sense. So, I started a live chat and the customer service representative first told me there was no order placed but when I stated I received an email, they backpedaled. Then she said we have two orders. I explained I did not place a second order, but only had items in the cart. Then they apologized and realized it was just the cart they looked at. She asked if I wanted to place the order. I said "No. I want to know why I was told I needed prepayment when I input my payment and it placed an order." She said "You didn't enter the security code. Please enter it." Are you serious? Who is running this company? You can't even place an order without all the credit card info because red notifications go up (I forgot initially and entered it again.) I would steer far away from this company. They didn't even answer my question just lied and lied and lied or made excuses. Terrible.

      WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I have closed our account and gone back to Staples. They use the exact same warehouse as Staples and I get my orders the next day as promised from Staples. Not from Quill!!! Takes about two weeks to finally get my order after they try to deliver to our BUSINESS after 6 pm!!! Who does that?? It's a BUSINESS!!! Worst customer service ever on top of everything else. Can't imagine how they are still in business... As others have stated, save yourself the stress and headache and go with Staples!!!

      We have had an account for about a year and today I looked in our bank account and saw a charge for *****. I have not ordered anything for months and I have always paid with a card so there would not be an open balance on anything. I tried calling and chatting and all they say is that they don't see it on their account and I should get a call back from their accounts receivable department. I still have not been called.

      Wow, was not able to leave a full review due to the following system error "Review contains what appears to be confidential information like a phone number or account number or social security number. Remove any personal identifiable information from your review." Out of the blue I received a bill for $70.03. Never ordered anything. Scam. The bill stated that one of my invoices is seriously overdue and if I don't send the entire balance it may be turned over to a third-party collection agency. To my knowledge I have never ordered anything from Quill.com. The letter was signed not by a person but by the ****************** There was no indication of when or what I ordered. Hope this helps others.

      I started ordering from QUILL around March of this year without issues. However my company has for a few months had a financial hardship which Ive continually expiained to this company. They continually harass me almost every other day with an email and call. I am aware I still have a small balance and have continually explained why I still have a balance. Once I pay this off which should be soon I will sever all ties with this company because its unprofessional to harass someone this much. I will not order again from this company and will close my account once the invoice has been paid.

      What can I say this is the worst company i have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Not only did they ship the wrong product twice, but then they did not know what the product was, followed by an endless stream of mistakes on my account , and then my having to dispute the charges since they kept telling me they had corrected them and credited me back on my card, which they had not, so i ended up getting *********** on the phone with them and then to make it more interesting they began BLAMING *********** for their mistakes!!! so *********** laughed and ended up doing a chargeback on them, and now 2 months later they continue to get the accounting wrong, I have 23 pages of documentation of my experience with this sad excuse of a company. I have dealt with scammers from ***** that were more competent than this complete joke of a company. Please save your selves, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! you do not want to go through the endless stream of stupidity that I have had to and continue to endure to this very day!!!

      We have been ordering from Quill long before I can here 5 years ago.We placed an order in Feb. 2023 in the amount of $66.19. We paid that invoice and another one at the same time. With one check. We received a past due notice for the $66.19. I called and they said it was not delivered yet. Even when I told them it was. They said it may not be processed yet. I received a credit check in the mail for $66.19 in April. I called and was told we paid that amount twice and that is why we received the check. A duplicate payment.in May I received an invoice for $45.63. We had not ordered anything, so I called to inquire what this was for. They said we made 2 payments on the same day, and we had a rolling credit on the account. We did not know what this was for. We called and talked to numerous people about the $45.63. They said that was all we had on the account. So, we paid it, thinking the account would now be $0.Late in May I received a late notice on the $66.19. When I looked on our account on ******. All that was on our balance was the $45.63. The $66.19 was not due on the account. In June I checked on the account. There were 2 invoices due on the account. The one invoice we had just sent the check for the total amount just a week before. The $66.19 was back on our account.One associate sent me a printout of what invoices we paid on the account recently. 2 invoices that were on our account didn't belong to us. Therefore, when I asked for the invoices, we did not receive that were on our account. I was told they couldn't send them to me because they were not ours. It is now July, and I am still going back and forth with them. I have requested they credit our account for that invoice. Because we have already paid the invoice. They are the ones that have goofed up the account with another company. I just get the run around. And told they will have a manager call me back. We don't get that call.
