      On March 10, 2022, my Forest River RV trailer was taken to Camping World (point of purchase) for warranty repairs. Warranty expired on March 19, 2022. We had been trying to get it in for the work beginning in November 2021. As the manufacturer warranty was set to expire mid March 2022, we really needed it to be in Camping Worlds service department for the claim. We were assured by service advisor ********************* that he would personally see the the trailer would be in the shop the day after it was dropped off, and the claim submitted before warranty expiration. On April 7, 2022, we sent an email to **** asking how things were progressing, and he said everything had been submitted to FR and they were still waiting for a response. On April 27,2022, **** sent us a text stating that FR denied the warranty claim, and for us to personally reach out to FR and try to have the claim validated. We did just that, and the representative I spoke with, *********************** customer relations for FR, stated that ********************** had in fact not filed a claim until April 8, 2022, just shy of a month later than we were told it was submitted. We as the owners had to do the job and have the claim validated, as *********************** approved it as goodwill for the customer. Since this the only communication and response we have had is on June 29, 2022, **** emailed stating that a wall panel had arrived and he was expecting the remaining items to show up either later that day, or possibly the next. We still do not have our trailer, and no idea the current condition. As of yesterday July 22, 2022 no work has been performed per ****, as he claims they are waiting on seam tape. I have called multiple times, and have not to date ever had a call returned. Emails are the only form of communication, and are few and far between.

      I do not have my trailer, and still no time frame as to when it will be completed. 5 months is unacceptable. According to their service department, parts have been in hand for over a month, minus seam tape  they somehow forgot they needed. 5 months seems to be a ridiculous time frame, as new trailers are being built. Where do they get parts for those if there is no inventory?

      We bought a brand new 2021 Heartland Mallard camper on 8/29/20. By 7/5/21 we had had several issues and we noticed Camping World of all the problems including not being able to use the living room slide because the siding was coming out of the track when it was scoped in/out, cracked bath tub, the black tank wash out was leaking, power cord no long functioned. At this point everything was covered under warranty. They couldnt get our camper in for repairs until 10/8/21. We dropped off that day as scheduled and they had our camper until approx 4/29/22. During this time they wanted to charge us $800 for a new tub stating that because it was no longer under warranty and it was our fault for not contacting Heartland directly. We ended up calling Heartland ourselves in April and they agreed to replace the tub and power cord. When we picked up the camper on 4/29, the slide had not been properly fixed and the same issue continued, bath tub not fixed, no new power cord, so we took it back around 5/7/22, they had it until 5/27/22 we were promised everything would be fixed. The slide had been repaired to an extent but the other side of the slide started having the same issue maybe they just switched parts around on our slide? Bath tub was still not fixed. The camper was taken back to camping world on 7/6/22 when they told us they had all the parts in and assured us they would have all the repairs completed quickly. At this time, a piece of the wall above the slide has also fallen off. We told them we needed it back by 7/22 and they said not a problem. We picked up the camper on 7/22/22 and none of the repairs have been completed- we continue to have the issue with the slide, bath tub is still cracked, and they didnt fix the wall piece that had fallen off. I have requested copies of work repair orders, but they will not send them to me.

      I bought a NEW R.V about 2 months ago. When I first looked at it, it was75,000 dollars and when I talked to them it went up to ******. I still went for it. When we went to pick it up the generator would not start so they kept it. They dropped it off at my daughters where we temperaily kept it. When at was time to move it the tires went flat.We contacted camping world and they told me to take it into get the tires filled. So we did. We went to move it and one tie was completely flat and the suspension in the back was low and dragged on the ground. We tried to contact camping world and they did not get back with us.Finally I got ahold of some one and they said they would leave **** a message to get back. I had to call again. I told her the problem and she said there was notthing they could do because they did not have a lift to fix it. It is a 2022 and we have a warranty and paid for an extension They told us when we bought it they would take care of all the problems except the wha effects the truck part. Now they want us to track down some services for it. I know someone who had problesm with theres and the company towed it and got it fixed. We should get the same service.WE have yet to enjoy it. Poor business practices. I looked at there reviews after seems thats the way they roll. I want them to take care of it right or my money back. Total ****** with taxes and warranty.

      I refinanced my trailer and got gap insurance with my new finance company and then I got an letter in the mail stating that I needed to call camping world to cancel my gap insurance and get a refund since its no longer financed with the original company. But when I called Sunday 7/17 I was told it would take a few days to get the document and **** weeks to get a refund. Now Ive called 4 times waited almost a full week just to get the document to even start this process and every time I call they say well tell them you called but they are really busy with new deals. So the longer it takes to get the document to them then Ill get even less back on my gap insurance since they are taking their sweet time.

When I spoke to ****** at camping world he said he would make sure it was back dated to when I first called July 13. So Im not accepting any respond until I have the refund check of my GAP insurance in my hand and is accurate.

      We took our RV for warranty work and repairs. We had several leaks, cosmetic adjustments, and a repair to the damaged landing gear. We dropped off on 3/14/22. Told priority problems(leaks) would be looked at immediately, damage assessed and we would receive a call about parts timeframe and repair estimates in a day or two. We were told space was limited so they would work quickly as they would need us to pick up our trailer as we waited for parts to arrive. We did not receive a call or update until we reached out and could finally track down the service advisor on 4/7/22. When we talked with them they had no recollection of the warranty work performed, had yet to assess the damage, and had not priced the parts or established a timeline for delivery of parts, not on hand. We informed them we would be picking up our trailer on 4/11. When we arrived, they could not provide us any proof of warranty work being done stating the issues were nonexistent. They offered no itemized work invoice, no billed invoice, or any **** we required to pay. This would make sense as they did not do any work to our trailer despite work being requested. On 7/18 we received a nondescript email requesting an amount of $74.50 for services performed. The lack of communication, the lack of integrity, and the disregard for customer timelines and needs are unprecedented. We live in our trailer and we were fortunate to be staying with family at the time. Had we not, we would have incurred incredible costs for lodging expenses. We hope if nothing else this serves as a warning to consumers to avoid this company and find products and services at an alternative company as Camping World does not consider customers critical to their business model. They're happy scamming people out of large sums of money because they feel they can get away with it with no consequences.

      I bought my camper back in 2021 and when we got it we discovered the fan and light above the stove did not work. We called gander to get it serviced since we had the warranty on it. We brought it in and they fixed the light but did not fix or put a fan in the rv above the stove. We called after getting the rv back and they said they would have to order the part and would give us a call once they got it in and we never received a phone call. I called one other time to see if they had it in and the Manger over that department was supposed to call but once again I got nothing. I was hesitant about buying from gander because they are sister company with camping world and I absolutely hate their customer service and have never had a good experience with them but the sales rep **** promised we would have the best service and they would make it happen but here we are almost a year later and still haven't heard anything.

      On August 28th 2021 my boyfriend and I took delivery of our 2021 Keystone ******* High Country 351BH. Within a few short months we started to have major problems (examples: mold in the camper, rip in slide roof, leaking shower, clothes freezing to closet walls, and poor insulation). We have been in contact with Camping World of West ******** since the problems started informing them of what was going on. On April 30th 2022 we brought our camper to Camping World of West ******** to have repairs done and have not seen the camper since. We have called weekly and have spoken to the Service Manager, ********************* and have gotten little to no updates on the repairs being made besides saying it is going in the shop in a couple days to start the repairs. On June 17th 2022, ********************* sent us a PDF with a promise date of June 25th 2022, that date was not fulfilled. Keystone denied fixing any of the mold issues stating it was our fault due to humidity issues when we had a dehumidifier rated for a ***** sq ft home running at all times and humidity levels were only at 30%. Keystone also denied fixing the slide roof rip (slide was not adjusted correctly from manufacturer) On July 10th 2022 I posted about our experience with both Keystone and Camping World **************** and the treatment that we were getting on social media. On July 11th 2022 ************************* (Camping World Corp.) reached out to me and wanted to know what was going on and how she could assist us in resolving the problem. At the end of our conversation, she told me she would be in contact with me in a couple of days with an update. However, I have not heard from her. I called ************************* on July 15th 2022 and left a voicemail. I called again on July 18th and left another voicemail with *************************. We are beyond frustrated with this whole experience to say the least.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I did walk through the unit however we noticed that things were not even looked at that were on the punch list to be fixed. Our shower is still leaking which resulted in the bathroom floor now being soft. Our kitchen sink is now also leaking and now have water damage to the island, we fixed the leak ourselves because camping world would have our unit for another 3 months and we don't know if it would even be completed properly. They did not look at the kitchen slide because if they did they would have noticed the other damage done to the slide, which my boyfriend and I found on the walk through and the service manager had  no idea the damage was there. We were told the tear on the roof was from a stick and it was our fault we fought back saying it was not from a stick. The service manager tried telling me he saw scratches on the unit from where the stick hit other places, it was caulking residue from the factory and I was able to take off with my finger. Now they have changed their story and are saying it is from the slide being unaligned. Again, not our fault. It came like that from the factory, if there was quality control at the factory they would have caught 90% of the problems we are facing today. One of our tanks is still not holding liquid when we were told that was fixed. They had to drop the underbelly to fix it and now our underbelly is sagging. Did they forget to do something? Lets not even talk about how a camping world employee scratched our camper and then tried to hide it by buffing it out and burnt our paint so now you really see it and it looks awful. Camping world never even informed us about it and when brought to light, they didn't respond. Some customer service this is. We have felt like nothing has been fixed properly and have been lied to the entire time. We got the run around for the entire three months they had our unit. we want answers and this unit to be fixed properly.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      All of the approved repairs were not fixed properly. Our shower that was fixed is still leaking and now the floor is soft. We made camping world of west ******** aware. We also made them aware that the bedroom slide was never adjusted after it was fixed and now it is destroying the trim. They refuse to send out a tech to make the repairs and want us to drive 2+ hours and drop it off at the dealership. That sounds fine and ***** but they had it for 3 months last time for what a couple things that should have taken a week but they had it for three months and lied through their teeth the entire time to us. They do not take their customers seriously nor do they fight for them to get their campers fixed. Instead they push it to the back of the lot and tell you week after week its going in the shop when they have no plan on bringing it in to fix it. They did not even inspect our kitchen slide to find out the real reason why there is damage to it.

      On June 22,2022 I went to *************** to pick up my brand new Heartland Pioneer **************. I had the tour to show me how to work everything and inspect. At this time everything worked. I did ask the mechanic if the tow hitch that they assured me was necessary was to low. He assured me it was fine and I could alter the truck. I said altering the truck will not happen I want the hitch changed if it's to low. Again he assured me it was fine. The first trip out that weekend the city water connection leaked almost ran, the string to curtain broke and the screen door didn't latch closed. I called when we got home the salesman ***** told me to contact Machelia. I emailed her no response. A week later again I contacted ***** for the issues and the fact I asked for my wiring harness (brand new) I had installed on truck be returned so I could return it. So finally a month later I got ahold of ***** in Service to repair the warranty work. I however live in ******* ** and wanted the work done at Fife Camping World. I was told they don't do warranty work, well I had specifically asked the salesman ***** if I could get all work done in Fife and was assured I could have all mechanical work Camping World in **** **. Now I'm literally very upset, this business upsold me, lied about where my RV could be repaired, has refused to return original parts I installed and has been the worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything.

      A 2016 Used Keystone 5th Wheel Recreational Vehicle was purchased at the dealership on January 23, 2020.Prior to closing several defects on the unit were noted and Dealership agreed to repair and/or replace the damaged or missing parts.Today, July 19, 2022 after nearly 7 months and after numerous telephone calls and repeated visits to the Dealership there is still several missing and damaged items that have not been replaced or repaired.We have been lied to, deceived and ignored by this Dealership including 2 salesmen, 2 managers a Service Consultant and the **************** of ***************************.

      We purchased a brand new *********************** April of 2022. The day we brought it home it was actually snowing so our camper was unable to be detailed. We were promised a detail at a later date. We took the camper out twice in around 90 degree heat. In Holiday World we had our air conditioner set at 55 degrees to get it cooled down. It never got below 82 degrees in our camper. That lasted for 5 days. Even in the evenings when it was cooler out it would go down a little in temp but early in the morning it would jump right back up to 82 degrees. There is an option for a second unit but we were not offered one. We were told that the one unit would be plenty to keep us cool. we brought it to Camping World ****** on June 11th and still don't have it back today. 7/19/2022. We went to get it yesterday after being told they did all they could do and that the temp was completely normal. They also said that the camper is only made to cool down 20 degrees from the outside temp. Not the temp of the inside of the camper but the temp of the air from what goes into the unit to what comes out of the unit. When we got there to pick it up the temp outside was 90 and the thermostat was set at 65. It was 83 inside the camper that was sitting plugged in for the last 5 weeks with the air running in the shade with no one going in and out of it. The staff informed me that I should know that kids shouldn't be running in and out of it. I don't care for the idea of people telling me what to say to my children. They are old enough to know better than that and no one was in and out of it when it was still at 83 degrees. Unbelievable. All I want is to take my family camping in a unit that we can be comfortable in and enjoy. When you pay ****** for something you expect it to be in working order and expect to not be treated like c*** or disrespectfully. We are still stuck with a extra hot camper that we cannot use that we paid an arm and a leg for. We want it made right!

      CWRV Sales confirmed that we have spoken to the manufacturer of ****************** RV and they have agreed to replace her A/C unit under warranty. To that end, we consider this matter closed.
