My experience with this company is below any expectations I have ever experienced.I purchased an R V mid April , and within 72 hours the ** V, flooded with water coming up from every hole, the plumbing was not correct was the cause. I allowed them the opportunity to fix the problem but the damage still exists. And so does the plumbing problems.the list that I have goes on and on and for me to have been charged ****** is a nightmare. This R V named (East To West) is a Lemon. Panel damaged in compartments, bed room, screen door not tracking correctly, restroom shelves crooked, kitchen drawer hard to open rear emergency screen is damaged restroom door hard to close. and just the other day my kitchen sink was stop up I called the Tech help line and the troubleshooting discovered that the kitchen sink gray line was connected to the black line which is the toilet the walk me through and relieved the stop every time I have called them they have helped me and I thank them very much in the little over-2 months since I purchased this R V I have call these Technician they answered my calls and I have call plenty. Gander I cannot say the same dont allow their spotless floors and very clean bathrooms fool you I know that I have been took I exhausted all my remedies with the company to know avail. I do not want this **************** , It is A LEMON. Respectfully submitted

Camping World's poor service strikes another customer. Ordered a propane hose that feeds our trailers heating, refrigerator and stove top. Order placed June 3 and we leave tomorrow June 20 without this hose. Took CW until June 12 to create a label for FED-EX who picked up the package on the 13th and they now have missed their delivery date. Two companies I hope I never have to deal with again. Camping World and FED_EX.

We purchased a trailer in June 2022 at the location in ******** *******. The sales experience was flawless, everything went great. Within the first few trips with the trailer minor issues came up. Trim falling, black tank flush not working, stripped screws, etc. For the bigger items we waited till later in the season to take it in. In Nov I called to get an appt for service. First available was Jan 6th 2023 (~8weeks). We took the appt. About 3 weeks later I called to follow-up as we had a trip planned for my sons birthday. The technician hadn't even looked at the trailer! We called repeatedly, and finally were told it would be looked at next week. Late Feb we were told it was complete. My husband went to get it and the black tank flush still hadn't been fixed, as well as a few other items on the list. Finally got it back Mid-March, 4+ months from when I called for the appointment. After that experience and reading reviews, we decided to cancel the extended warranty. I have been calling since 5/19, left 5 messages and not received one call back. They hook you on the sale, but the service and follow-up care is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I will continue to call until this is resolved.

My husband and I Went to this place to get an RV. We are very very cautious about running our credit. They pressured ** and said it will only be ran one time. We sign the form for them to run our credit and then she (*******) came back into the room and said we were approved. My credit being 700. She then says down payment would be **** and then came back 20 mins later and said another **** is needed with a payment of ****** camper was originally posted for ******. We paid the down payment. She had us decorate a sold sign with our last name and said that we will be contacted from service when to pick up after they clean it up. Needless to say its now June 16th and we have been going thru h*** with them. They ran out credit 5 additional times, called ** and said that they have two banks and 1 bank wants an additional **** from ** in order to keep a **** percent rate. And the other said our interest rate would go up to ***** percent. We negotiated the additional **** to just doing **** more down and had to send them the disability forms from where my husband was on disability before he returned back to work. And now I call the next day after I submitted the Edd disability proof of income during his down time of not working and the rude manager in finance basically told me that they never had a bank to approve us. Do not waste your time with them. They lie way to much and do not have customer service at all I would rather go pay cash somewhere else than to deal with they a**

I purchased a trailer at camping world for ******. When signing papers they add all the things one don't need at inflationary prices that one don't need with little detail or cost it is lead to believe it is included with buying from CW. Costing thousands of dollars extra. Then I receive a trailer dirty and not properly serviced checked or clean and left in parking lot to connect and repair alone. They also promised upgraded mattresses that the did not include. They said they was sorry and wanted to send me a $500 gift card to their store..wow.. I spent 2 days cleaning and preparing the trailer so I could use it. My advice with anyone don't do business

Disappointed with quality with (new) rv's. They look all outdated coming apart and on top of that the sales manager (***********************) is the worse when it came to his job he's ignorant and thinks he knows it all. His racist literally comes out of his pores. All their trailers have a lot of defects and they shut ur mouth by saying they'll fix it. We walked in hoping to have a Good experience but I didn't. I didn't let that get to me. Do not shop here.

My husband and I went to Camping World in ************* and left completely disgusted. They told my husband, a black male, that before they showed him anything, he had to come inside and fill out some paperwork and that it was policy. When my husband asked if the paperwork was to verify he had money, their response was, Pretty much. My husband asked to see the policy and all of a sudden, their comment was retracted. Completely disrespectful and utterly disgusted. I left a star solely because in order to complete the review it requires you to click a star

MICE infestation!I bought a brand-new ** at Camping World because of my wife and daughter's allergies. Of course, a few months later experienced some minor mechanical problems and brought it back to be repaired because it was within the warranty period. Unfortunately, due to a supply chain problem, it was not possible to complete the service until the parts were delivered.Later came to get the ** trailer once the service completed and the gentleman was in a hurry to fix it to my truck. I noticed green moldy residue all over the **; air pressure on the ** was off and uneven. Upon further inspection realize this ** Trailer was used and taken off-road with all the mud at the bottom of it. I asked the gentleman to show me inside before attaching it to my truck since the ** appear to have been used or taken off road. Upon entering the **, I found MICE drops everywhere and smelled so badly. The gentlemen walked away without saying a word and gather with three other employees with no comment.I was so shocked by the situation and customer next to me advised not to take it home. Later received an email stating my ** is ready for pickup and the mice was an act of nature.

Camping World, *************, *****, will never receive a positive review from me. The salesman assigned to me, *******, showed me travel trailers. I fell in love with a ***************** 17RK. Paperwork completed, I'm told, only a deposit is needed. Down payment is paid! ******* has me post a SOLD sign on the little travel trailer & takes my photo as I'm doing so. My name is listed as the buyer. 1st Red Flag: ******* calls Good *** & puts me on the phone with the representative saying the creditor requires insurance for the little travel trailer. I asked ******* if this was normal and he assured me that it was. Excited, I trade in my small sedan for an SUV capable of pulling the little travel trailer. I give my landlord a move out date. I pay a deposit to the ** park where the little travel trailer will set. My pickup date arrives and I return to Camping World in *************, ***** only to learn that my salesman has quit and I'm pushed off on another salesman, *******. Not only am I in disbelief but I'm told my financing hasn't worked out. Total dismay follows! As of this moment, ******* has not contacted me to let me know he isn't working my ** sale. The sales manager has yet to contact me regarding the financing concerns. How unprofessional is that? At this time, I am homeless and living out of a tent! I file this complaint with the Better Business Bureau in hopes that this business, Camping World, in *************, ***** is never again allowed to display such heinous behavior with a future customer.
