We purchased a 2018 Jayco White **** on 4/7/21. Within a few short months (i.e., ~3-4), we began experiencing structural/mechanical issues. One of which (e.g., rotted floor on the slide), given the extent, had to be present at the time purchase. Subsequently, the latter also wasn't identified during the 90-day **** when we transitioned the travel trailer to the Camping World *********, ** location to have the seals checked. We noticed the issue shortly thereafter.Long story short, the travel trailer has been in services of some short and Camping World's custody for nearly 1 or the 2 years we've had it. To make matters worse, the work has often been shotty at best and required re-work. We've shared our mechanical/maintenance concerns with both the management team of the location where we purchased the item from (i.e., Georgetown, **) and Camping World's corporate office. Disturbingly, they were less than helpful at best, and patronizing/condescending at worst. We contacted a personal property attorney who advised we had a solid case; however, our warranty agreement limited mediation to an arbitrator. Given my wife's a traveling lab scientist who requires use of the product (and myself an active-duty military service-member with two overseas combat tours), we've decided to keep the item for the time being but are actively looking to trade it soon. We'll never do business with Camping World again and humbly recommend that anyone who's considering doing so read/take heed of the reviews submitted. We ask that the Camping World senior leadership be made aware of this review. Insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results. The treatment we've received cannot be indicative of the image the company wants to portray. Thank you!

I wish I could give less than a one star rating. We truly regret buying our new 2022 dream camper from Camping World in West Hatfield ,MA. After deciding we wanted to purchase it, we pointed out to the salesman a few issues that we noticed needed to be addressed. We found that one of the window blinds was missing, the bottom door track on one of the bedrooms sliding doors was missing, the main door lock didn't actually lock the door, there were hand and fingerprint smears on the windows, countertop and table surfaces. The refrigerators and sinks were dirty. There was sawdust in different areas and metal shavings on and underneath the bunk bed mattress. The salesperson "ASSURED" us that prior to delivery the camper would be fully cleaned and polished, all mechanically inspected to make sure everything is working correctly. Approximately a week later we had it delivered directly to our campsite at a seasonal campground. That was at the end of the camping season. To our disappointment we found that absolutely nothing was done. It was delivered the same way we saw it on the lot at the dealership. Nothing was done. It took them a couple months to send me the missing blind and door track to my home. I asked for a refund of an over $900.00 prep fee since nothing was prepped, services "NOT" rendered. They would not refund us that fee. After a couple months they sent us gift card. A couple of months later when I went to use it, I learned it was invalid. Once again, I complained and have been emailing them for the past few months and still haven't received that either. We have not been able to use the camper yet. Camping season starts in a couple months, and I am afraid to think what else we might find knowing the dealership won't resolve any issues satisfactorily. Considering the how money we spent on this camper we did not expect to be treated this way. Buyer beware. I would never recommend anyone purchase a camper here. I'm still considering legal options.

Liars! I ordered an item in July 2022 from overtons.com and have yet to receive the item as of the end of March 2023. They sold me the item for nearly $2400, but never paid the vendor to ship the item to me. They have held my money for nearly 9 months and, there is no recourse for me other than to file a fraud claim with my credit card. They have lied about the item shipping. They have lied about the item being back ordered. I have verified with the vendor that the item has been in stock and available to ship whenever they felt like paying the bill. They have my money, but I do not have the item.

Bought a ******* camper from ***************** BRAND NEW. Financed WITH FULL WARRANTY FOR A YEAR. Upon taking home things immediately started going wrong. Ranging from screws on the outside popping out to the inside walls popping IN! Leaking ac unit into walls. The bathroom walls themselves dissolved after two showers! All problems notated and brought to their attention. They kept it for a month at least only to NOT fix the walls or the screws, or water leaking into walls. Saying not covered by wattanty? WTF? This was suppose to be BRAND NEW!!!! Things should not fall apart just moving it. Haven't even been able to LIVE in it. Looking to dump it. Sad when a payment is being made on it as well. These people should not be allowed to stay in business.

I took my new RV I purchased from Camping World to their store in Sherman, TX to have some flood damage repaired. I paid 2200 for freeze damage that had to be repaired. It was not winterized because I had no idea it would be there so long. (it was taken in before winter hit, and picked up after winter) They had it 7 months and only after I called the manufacturer to get a carpet issue resolved, (the wrong carpet had been sent to store but no one noticed it for 6 weeks and then said they were having a hard time getting the right carpet, so I called carpet manufacturer and they had it in a week) some reason the store couldn’t. Kevin, my service advisor lied on several occasions on why the carpet wasn’t there I got the unit back and my wife and I took it to near one of my job sites to live in. I woke one morning and water had accumulated underneath the floor and it was like walking on jello. I found the sources 1) the new faucet that was installed was leaking and the seal on the freshwater filter was also leaking. I eventually took it to another location in Denton, TX and Robert the manager seemed responsive but made no effort to make sure I was satisfied before I left. They are trying to say the leak is from not winterizing it. How the heck am I supposed to do that when you have it! Things were missing from the RV when I got it back from Sherman. I took EVERYTHING out before I took it to Denton. DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS PLACE!! They apparently do not warrant their warranty work! I could go on about other issues with the service dept. but I think you should have an idea of my displeasure with the whole experience with both locations and corporate office.

I paid a 1000$ deposit for a trailer. I ended up not buying and they have not refunded my money. I've called several times have not had my call returned. I signed no paperwork like a purchase agreement. Just a huge joke. Completely unprofessional and incompetent. To say the least

We flew & purchased our Brand ********** River ****************** home at Camp World in **** in May 2020 . Had it less than a year, while traveling to ********, The roof started leaking down the bathroom walls and behind the bed. Called Forest River directly as we couldnt find anyone that had time to look at it. Forest River extended the warranty to get home and take it to Camp World in ************ when they could get ** jn June 21 2021. The nightmare began. They said the window over the bed needed replaced, the wall in the bathroom needed replaced, In Aug 2021 They put in new window and did a horrible job on the wall in the bathroom. Said they couldnt find a leak on the roof, We refused to take it, They called 2 weeks later and said the ************ was burned out $600 to replace it. They fixed it, it wasnt the problem. They said it was the keyboard and wanted $500 more. Picked up the ** in Aug ********************************************* Bathroom wall again, Coming into the roof vents now. We drove straight to Camp World Again, Sept. 22. They continued to say they find any leaks in roof. Finally a *********** manager ran a Bubble test and found leaks on the roof, they said it needed a new roof, Forest River supplied them a Bew Roof. When they tore off the old roof it was full of mold. While fixing it they collapsed the entire roof. Had to ship the ** back to Forest River ******* **** miles added to replace the roof. When the ** was returned it had a completely different body that didnt look like what we had, Feb 20 2023. They had our ** in the shop longer than weve had it. Camp World was more interested in Cosmetics than finding the problem. My husband asked them to change the oil as they put almost **** extra miles on it. They charged him $200!. Complete incompetence. They wanted us to sign a nondisclosure waiver and give us $2000 Hush money. Forest River stood behind the product. We had the ** in our possession approx. 9 months out if 2 half yrs yes.

If I could give them a negative 10 I would. I had the ********** shop so some flood damage repairs. I took it out and after 5 months the faucet in the bathroom had a fitting that had not been tightened. It flooded my **. I was livid, so I took it to the camping world in ******, the service advisor ****** went in the unit and we discussed the leaking faucet, and as we are looking he pointed out some other things that had not been installed correctly. Everyone said we will get you taken care of. Today I met the Regional Manager, **** and we went in the ** and he proceeded to tell me that it was going to cost **** to repair it and that he felt they were not responsible for the bad workmanship since I was living in it. The original work was paid by my insurance company Gieco as nd they warranty the work.I will never enter another camping world and have dropped my Good *** membership. Beware

This is the second bad experience with Calera Camping World. When we purchased our unit we were not able to take it home on the day of purchase. The generator system was not working and the leveling system was not working. We had to leave the unit for another week and a half so that they could find out what the problem was. Our unit was parked on the service lot for three months because we brought it in to have our leveling system checked again (this level system was put on the unit by the service center), the bed over the driver seat was separating after we started driving, the water backed up in the outside kitchen (there was a switch that we should have used when using the sink we did not know about this from our walk-through ) and the stove top glass. These are the items that should have been serviced when we drop our motorhome off. We purchased this motorhome in June and by November the leveling system was not working again. We called the warranty company to troubleshoot, they were not able to help us. We contact the *** with our concerns and we receive a response from ************************* and she was supposed to help us remedy the solution and to get our motorhome back on the road. Didnt happen as she said. We finally got our motorhome back in March and was charged 3 diagnostic fees for the issues above and a warranty will not cover anything. There was no remedy to the solution and we are still very unhappy campers. whenever you use this Camping World make sure you receive everything in writing. Because when you go back they will tell you they didnt say this or they didnt say that. Make sure you get a Carfax on your unit that youre purchasing. The best that I can say about this Camping World is that ****** is the only standup guy there and he keeps his word if he tell you something. We asked them to buy it back and the came back with a low ball figure. Such a rip off BAD ****************
