Bought a 2019 Winnebago 2019 and traded our Jayco super c. Manager looked at our trade in and was picking it apart then said I was upside down on what I owed yeah right. They put a price on our trade in at 110k gave us 72k so we got the shaft of the trade in value. There is just so much I could say but I will say one thing don't buy at Camping World in *********** ******* **************. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE that is all i am saying

Found our perfect camper. They didn't budge on price, but added in a $100 gift card. It was a Sunday, not much could be done in terms of financing, but got preliminary numbers at zero down. We were told to put $500 down to reserve it, sign on Monday, and we could choose to either have that $500 refunded, or for down payment, we made it very clear we wanted to put zero down. We also needed them to install a brake controller; they quoted around $250 and said we could roll that into the loan. We gave them $500. They called Monday, said the service ***** had to check everything and we could pick it up the next day. Tuesday comes, we are told that $500 is not refundable, it was already included in the financing as a down payment, the brake controller was now going to cost almost $400, and we had to pay for that out of pocket. We explained what our salesperson (who conveniently called off that day) had offered us, they said they dont know why he would tell us that. In attempt to rectify the situation, they offered an extra $50 gift card, and a discount on a warranty plan. I wasnt really satisfied with that, but I decided to let it go. We then got a 20 minute speech about "our" shopping cart full of accessories. We were led to believe it was included at no cost. We already own most things in the cart, but if it's free, great. Nope, $500. We asked about the "included" backup camera, they said "look around for a monitor, if it's not there, you'll have to buy a new one," Shouldn't you have already checked it? They went to place the tag on and said theyd pull it around front. 30 min go by, I went to the front desk and asked if they knew what could be taking so long. One of them went to check, it had been pulled up to the side of the building out of view, as if we were just supposed to know it was there. After 3 hours there, and all the runarounds later, we got our camper. We couldn't have even backed out at any point, we would have been out $500 had to find another camper.

October 2022 I purchased an RV from ********* **** Camping World who communicated with the Camping World in ************ ********* and I made plans to fly ***** miles to go and pick it up. Upon arrival, not even 8hrs after driving it I stopped to fill up gas and checked the inside, all the lights stopped working in the coach it was dead in the water I tried the generator no good. I finally make my way to the Rochester Camping world and stay the night there. In the morning I take it in for them to look at it. The batteries are completely dead. Day 2 and I already have to buy new batteries and the generator doesnt work at all. The solenoid and battery module is also broken and Im told it could take a while for it to get fixed. Due to the fact that I just flew half way across the country to pick this up; I dont have anywhere to stay while its being fixed. I decide to hit the road again in hopes I can make it to my uncles house in ******* and can stay with him while its being fixed.Day 3 the check engine light comes on. I go to a **** shop and they tell me I need to replace my canister purge value.Fast forward exactly 6 weeks later I have wiped out all of my savings all my investments and my transmission has since overheated and I had to pay over -$8k to have it rebuilt. It is now March 7th and I have barely drove this vehicle for a TOTAL OF 3 WEEKS! The generator still is broken. I paid $250 to fix the solenoid and battery module which has now broken again.I have already reached out to corporate and communicated with the dealership and the best they said they can do is offer me a trade allowance that is -$15,600 less than I paid for it leaving me nearly -$24,000 in the hole. "If you're not happy, I'm not happy" -*************************** Well Im not happy but it appears your company doesn't seem to care.

Complaint. Purchased travel trailer from Camping World located in **********, **. which advertises DELIVERY.. Sales reps, general manager, DELIVERY TEAM (what a joke) all understood that trailer was to be delivered to a storage company in ****. After multiple conversations, calls, messages and attempts to contact ***** (delivery person-no response) to schedule delivery I continue to get the run around. Camping World doesn't give a rats a.. (sorry but frustrated) if trailer gets delivered as they got my money. Camping world shouldn't advertise delivery if they cant provide the service.

Bought a 2009 Winnebago Adventure 35A from this place, Some issues was found during the walk through and myself and the dealer came into a understanding that the dealer was taking care of all issues found, they kept my RV there for a few weeks and only took care of the tires of the long due list. And they only replace the tires because they are required by law to do it. SIX MONTHS HAS PASSED BY and I still can not get an answer from this place. Every time I called the person I previously had spoken is never available to take the call, including the branch manager (Caio).Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go near this place.

DO NOT BUY from camping world ************ (cannot speak for other regions).Purchasing and walk through experiences were great but once paperwork was signed it went all downhill.Come to find out my brand new camper was hit with their forklift at some point when it was in the purchased lot. Was never reported (a month in between my purchase/walkthrough and when I went to pick it up).I took the day off to pick it up and maintenance personnel came out to let me know at some point it was hit. I am unsure when or who but was old because their was a good amount of rust on the penetration. After a long back and forth with customer care the unit was repaired (welded a patch over it) which is fine but nothing was done for me for the down time or for the fact that a brand new unit was damaged on their property. The unit was then dropped off at my house with no review of the unit. Come to find more damage on the same side where the frame was hit. I have been reaching out to customer care for 3 weeks with no resolution. Not only has customer care been awful but the actual managers at the local site never reached out to me or came to talk to me when I originally found out about the damage. Absolutely terrible NEVER BUYING FROM CAMPING WORLD AGAIN

Bought a "NEW" 2022 Forest River Impression 270RK on November 26, 2022. I took it to **************, ** the first part of December 2022. The temperature dropped to 19 degrees f. The dang heater didn't work. The interior doors wouldn't close, the shelves in the pantry fell down - ALL OF THEM- with little weight on them at all,, the entrance door won't close when the steps are down, the glass on top of the stove got hot and shattered (THE "WARRANTY" WON'T COVER THIS PART), the blinds behind the stove broke, the tv in the living area doesn't connect to the sound bar, security bar for going up interior stairs almost fell off when I grabbed it, the vent over the stove doesn't pull smoke or heat 0ff the stove and runs very very slowly. This supposed to be a new unit. When I bought it, the kitchen window was missing, the dinette table was split down the middle, and the thermostat that controls the heat was missing. I guess they was parting it out to fix other rv's. I took the rv to Camper World ******* on January 5, 2023. As of today, February 17, 2023, the rv is still in the shop. I reached out to the manufacturer of the Forest River Impression 270RK in December ******************************* refund my money, or repair the unit. They agreed to repair the unit and would expedite the parts. I got a text today (17Feb2023) from Camper World ******* indicating the parts still haven't come in. I've made three payments on this unit, but only used it two weeks. I believe Camping World ******* deliberately sold me a piece of junk. I can't take it back and can't get no help on this piece of crap! I advise anybody and everybody DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH FOREST RIVER NOR CAMPING WORLD *******!!

Bought a NEW ‘22 ********* ******* from Camping World Denton in June of 2022. A month after purchasing we began having issues with the camper. Our hot water heater broke and water pump began leaking (these were issues we ended up fixing ourselves). After a few weeks our AC started acting up and would not blow any cold air. This was a big issue because it was the middle of Summer in Texas. We immediately called Camping Worlds service department to have a service tech come diagnose the problem. Before scheduling us they required a $260 diagnostic fee to send someone out. Someone was suppose to come out between 1 and 5 PM, but we received a call just before 3 PM the day of service stating no one was coming, but they already had our money. Later in November of 2022 we decided to start the process of selling our camper. We sent a formal email to Camping world on November 7th, 2022 to start the process of cancelling our extended warranty (this is how the finance manager said to start the process). On November 30th, 2022 we called to get an update and was told that nothing had been done with our formal request. That day we attempted to start the process again. On December 15th, 2022 we went into the location in hopes of receiving an update since everyone at the location seemed to be dodging our phone calls. We were then told we needed to fill out paperwork (which we did). Today (February 7th, 2023) we called to get an update and again our calls have been dodged. We finally called the extended warranty yo see if anything could be done on their end. They stated no requests have been seen on the account so we would have to wait until Camping World sent something over. It has been over 90 days since our first request, and almost 60 since submitting paperwork. I find it upsetting that again it looks like our information has been misplaced.
