While my family and I were looking at upgrading our current camper. We decided to go to camping world **********. We looked through many different options before we found drugs and drug paraphernalia in a camper that was shown to us. When I showed the sales Representative who was with us he was surprised. He did say he was shocked that an employee was so bold to smoke drugs in campers that they are trying to sell and also that he may know who it could be. I followed up with Im glad I found it and not my child who was also with us looking at campers. I sent photos of what I found through the communications texting thread camping world set up. After we were asked to see what a trade in would look like and what kind of deal we could get. They quoted us 20k$ dollars for our camper thats worth 40k$ basically a slap in the face price to get us out. I would recommend you do not go here, and find a different RV dealer.

Everything out of their mouths was a lie. Empty promises and bad salesman in general. I will never buy or recommend them to anyone. Seriously, there are enough complaints that something should be done about this. Added 7k of extra warranties that we werent aware of. So far upside down in this camper that well never be able to sale it. Horrible business.

Not only will I never buy another travel trailer from this location, but I will absolutely do all that is necessary to make sure others are aware of what they are getting in to when purchasing a unit from this location. I drove 8 hours from *************, ******* to ******** to purchase a used Cherokee Wolf Pup. I felt confident in doing so from a reputable dealer that assured that all areas of operation have been inspected and the unit is ready for sale...so here is what was either checked or looked over, or completely neglected and signed off on anyway.1. My unit is eating batteries. They said that they put a brand new battery in the unit, and over one night parked at home, the voltage read 10.8v and wouldn't hold a charge from solar. Maybe they threw a battery in the same day I bought it and let it ride. When I called (three days after purchasing), I was told verbatim "this is why we ask you multiple times to buy an extended warranty" Hey. I get it... but I have owned this unit for 72 hours and this is why *** exists in most reputable dealers.3. Tire blew out on the way home (which happens, I get it) - only I was assured of a tire quality check when I asked before I drove 8 hours to buy the unit, and I realized the unit had mismatched tires, and the one that blew must have been the original tire.4. Before I installed the brand new tires I've had mounted, I went to lube the bearings and found that the axle had been replaced in 2024 at the ******** location. That's fine. A new axle isn't a red flag.. only (see photos) the trailer brake wiring job that they did is considerably dangerous and that absolutely should not have passed QA standards literally anywhere. I have a mobile mechanic coming out to fix this issue ****. No wonder I have a "trailer brake wiring fault" message on my vehicle when towing and trailer brakes are non-existent. Again... HOW did this pass inspection.

We purchased a camper from camping world, we was somewhat tricked with their financing way of doing business. Later we had issues with said camper and was charged astronomical amount for things on our invoice. I called to try and get answers, the answers was all sketchy. Just be ware of Camping World if thinking of buying from them.

amping World OKC (*********************************************************) has ripped me off for the last time. They charged me for new faucets for the kitchen sink and bathroom/shower that was not replaced along with labor for the parts that we did not ask them to replace. They winterized my water heater without telling me that they had done so and when we picked up the ** and went directly to the ******* to get it set up the water heater did not work. The anode that they took out was not replaced (which was needed) and because they did not tell me it was winterized the heating element went bad, causing us to have to call a mobile ** repair to come fix ($350.00).When we discussed this with the service agent, the service manager and the General Manager we were told that they replaced all the new faucets (which were not done as the old ones are still there) and that we had told them to winterize the water heater when we did not. We have had to call multiple times to talk to managers, have visited the store multiple times and were told that they are not going to take responsibility for the work that they said was done which was not. This experience was horrible, the customer service was horrible and this company has now ripped us off for over a $1000.00. I would not recommend ever using Camping World and would give them a 0/5 stars if I could.

In July I contacted Camping World to buy my camper. They gave me a quote, but then convinced me to consign my unit instead, with the understanding that if it hadn't sold in 3 months, I would be able to get another offer to buy it from me instead. I have now been calling them daily to get said quote. I will occasionally reach someone in the consignment department who tells me they have to check with someone else for the inspection and will call me back the same day. I have yet to receive a call back from anyone. They now have my camper, along with my title and a power of attorney they made me sign in order to put it on consignment. I feel like they have stolen my camper at this point and are giving me the runaround. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS!!

This parts department has been the worst experience Ive ever experienced. It took almost a month to get a tub I ordered. They did tell me that because of holiday season it could take 2-3 weeks so that part I understood somewhat! The reason for my bad review is, I called several times to see if they could track it and for the first couple of weeks I could not get anyone to respond my calls. Finally someone else from another store started to help me with an attitude and very condescending. Next when we finally get a tracking number I see that it has been delivered and no one still has called me, so I send them an email because they will not call you back and the *** tells me that he received it. So the next day I take a 1 hour drive to pick up my tub that I have been waiting for, and the *** tells me that he cant give it to me because he has not received it in, why wouldnt he tell me this when he told me he received it. So I come back the next day to pick it up and theres a new *** at the counter and he tells me that there is a $525.05 charge for shipping! (They did tell me there was going to be around $200 shipping charge). The last thing was about the worst (after the *** overcharged me) he told me to drive my truck closer to building so we could load the tub to my truck. When I go back inside to get tub, the man had disappeared and no one was there to help me load my tub. I waited about 2-3 minutes to see if hed come back and I had to carry it out and no one even helped me to open the ******* the way this was a 2024 ******* River 44 view destination trailer.
