      I've had an absolutely awful experience purchasing a Dometic fridge ($1650) from these folks. Fridge shipped without a panel, which makes no sense to begin with. Had I known this ahead of time, I'd have kept my old fridge panel. I sucked it up and paid $150 for a new panel from them, and when it came in the mail i saw that it does not fit. They will not accept it as a return, or provide ANY assistance on getting it cut to fit. They take zero responsibility, told me to call Dometic, which I did, they said that Camping World shouldn't be selling this as a related product because it doesn't fit. **********, *** hardware, local lumber yard will not cut acrylic. Apparently I need to spend another few hundred dollars on tools to do this... just to get a cover on my fridge. ************ I see a warning on the product page in bold text, "NOTE: Door panel (item ******) is sold separately and will requiring trimming to fit custom dimensions.", that was NOT there previously (*********** verifies this). So they've made an effort to cover their tracks (and deleted my negative review on the product page) but provide zero acknowledgement or assistance in making this right.I will never purchase from CampingWorld again, and I'd advise anyone reading this to shop elsewhere - they don't care about their customers.

      Despicable Business Practices! No integrity at all! They will take advantage of anyone they possibly can. The service department and finance department is full of people that do not tell you the truth about anything. Countless weeks of our unit being in service and literally getting nothing done to it. In the course of a year and a half, while our unit was in for service, they damaged our awning, they damaged a tire and wheel and then tried to blame it on us. They damaged our pantry door; had it in 3 times for the same leak and they never could get it right! There is literally no integrity in this particular business. We cancelled our extended warranty after going to another dealer and trading the unit purchased at **. They are telling me that it takes 8-10 weeks to get our money. This is simply another way that they show their lack of respect for the customer. ******, do not do business with this company!!

      This is the worst company out here they are misleading on every single thing they do or tell you I can’t get my 2022 Montana high country fixed unless I pay it’s two years old it needs a new roof

      I went there to purchase a RV for the family the sales process was OK but when the manager Sean Keib got involved our experience went from sugar to s***. Stay away from this place the RV hold mold in it... horrible experience

      So, I bought a camper when ** was price gouging in 2022. Now, I want to trade but I'm so upside down that I can't trade and get a decent price.I went to the Hanover store and was told they could get me out of my camper and into a new one. I got my credit checked, which was over 800, got approved, and signed and initialed the agreed payment. This all happened on a Saturday. They told me to bring in my camper.I emptied my camper, washed it from top to bottom, removed the plate and sway kit, and uninsured it. After all these, I found out that the deal was never set in stone. The payment was much higher than agreed upon. They ran my credit 6 more times to get this deal, something I didn't agree to, which has now negatively affected my credit.I received a call from a sales *** who said there is nothing they can do; the payment was 100 dollars more than agreed upon. I was then told to come to get my camper. I feel like I was seriously misled and taken advantage of. Now, due to the prices charged during Covid, I am stuck with a camper.Campers are so cheap now that I can never trade ***** family was very upset to hear that ** took advantage of us. I wish ** could rectify this situation and give us what we were promised.

      Dishonest and misleading. I was selling my lightly used travel trailer and was given a cash trade-in value by a company representative. After arriving, the sales team offered me $2,500 less than the lowest estimate provided by the corporate office the day before and they were not willing to budge. A big waste of my time and I'll never deal with them again.

      I would NOT give them ONE star, but I had to in order to write a review. This IS THE WORST camping dealer to deal with. They DO NOT return calls, or emails. They have had our camping for 3 weeks, due to the ** leaking, mind you this is a BRAND NEW camper, and this is the second time it's been there for the same issue. I'm about to tell them to keep the **** thing. This has been a nightmare from the word go. Jasmine is the service manager if that's what you want to call her. She is horrible... this company has no customer relation skills. So do your self a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM CAMPING WORLD IN **********.

      We went to the *******, PA ** show and purchased a new **. Or so we thought. Because we are full-time **'s they didn't want to use or address, which is an ** Park. They said we needed to provide an address that represented a home. Which we made clear we didn't have. After 3 days of negotiations we did provide an address that is our daughter which is located in another state. They stated we just needed to show a bill that goes to that address. Yesterday we received a call that we would now need to have a drivers license showing that address. We never intended for the ** to be registered in another state and we did not want to change our license to our daughters address. This would actually be fraud. So we cancelled the order today for the new **. Camping World asking people to provide false information is a huge issue. We definitely didn't want to be party to theses actions. It is extremely disappointing to lose the new **. Lenders need to be aware of what Camping World is doing. Lots of people these days are living in **'s so we are not sure what why this would be an issue.

      This place is absolutely atrocious. They sell inferior products. Their sales people are dishonest. Their technicians are incompetant and their warranty is almost worthless. We purchased a brand new travel trailer a year ago. There have been non stop problems since we drove it off the lot. The managers could not be any more useless and non-responsive. They will do everything in their power not to replace things. Then when they say they've fixed something the problem seems to be made worse and chances are you'll have a new problem to deal with. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

      We bought a trailer from camping world Temecula ca paid it off July 3. going on 4 months They still have not given us a title said they dont know where it is. Cant use our trailer. Cant go camping every time I call I get nowhere.
