      100% Worst, someone should file a class action lawsuit against the company. Literally every interaction makes my product worse than before. Zero Stars

      We put money down to just hold a camper, they could not address the questions I had about financial terms in a timely manner. Four days after we were suppost to pick it up we finally got a response. In the mean time we changed our minds about buying a camper from them. They then told us that they woul only give us credit twards another camer and not give us our hold money back. I thought they were a better company than this. ****** learned. Will never go back if that is how they do business

      What a bunch of fast talkers. They get you all pumped up then when you leave they never return phone calls after numerous messages left. We STILL haven't heard if we are approved for an R.V. and it's been 1 month. Not professional at all. Very disappointed.

      I purchased the camper in April. The lift for the pop up did not work at pickup. I left and came back and the lift did not work. They said it was fixed again. I brought it out to the campground and it wouldnt open. I brought it back. It was fixed, I got it up and then paid a mechanic to take it down. The last straw was dropping it at the dealership, then saying it was fixed, it not working, me sitting there for 7 hours, then damaging the slides and then me leaving and driving 2 hours for it to short out and run the motor until the cable ripped out and the motor crushed before I was able to rip the electric apart. Now the dealership wants me to take an $8,000 plus the cost of 4 trips ruined this summer, gas and probably 30 plus hours driving this camper back and forth for them to not only not fix it but REALLY break every single thing that they touched.

      First of all, I went out to Camping World to get my camper fixed, which was the air. The technician looks at the air he gets on top of the camper takes the hood off of the air conditioner. Looks at the air and immediately seen what the problem was so am I if Im a first time home well not home by her but if Im a first time RV buyer and the lines and everything are all bent up like theyve been hit against stuff or whatever whats the problem with that so by the lines being bent up, they have restriction getting Freon to the system so first thing they found out that that was the problem. I spoke to one of the sales **** that sold me the camper I told him everything he said let me get off the phone and talk to my manager **** so he talked to **** had well. **** called over to the service manager , *** called him and then *** called me and I just laid it all out there the services theyre horrible. You cant get anything done is like no one can tell the right foot from the left. Its just not right and how can you do people like that? You know I bought a brand new camper and Im having all these problems I dont understand. Im the owner of the camper . So needless to say I took my camper from Camping World out to Park city to blue compass and so far they are doing a phenomenal job. I feel very good about blue compass but I couldnt believe Camping World did what they did after the relationship that I have built with this company Have always been you take care of me. I take care of you and I stand behind that you know I was working with ******* and you know all she could do is give me the information that she had. She dont make the information so I just want her to know that Im not upset with her. She didnt do it, but they told me in order for them to look at my camper. My camper have to be there on their campground for a minimum of 14 days before a technician would even touch it , I told the warranty lady and she said what are you serious that cant be true

      I made several attempts to have a tow installed on my vehicle I paid a deposit over two weeks ago. And have made several calls to get help in scheduling the work All I get is we will call you back but they never do. This morning I made another call and spoke to ***** who still cant give me any insight on when my work will be done. Is there anyone who can help me.

      Sold my RV to ** and was told they offered me 85k but since there issues the offer was 72k and then when I accepted that offer it went up the ladder for further approval. Then the offer was 65k because they were going to replace all issues. But that did not happened buyer bought it with repairs. So they lied to me and to buyer. Buyer told me he bought it under consignment for 95k and the seller was not going to fix anything. So when selling or buying at Camping World don't believe anything they are saying. I also have paperwork on our transaction and Management still said it was word against theirs and pretty much called me a liar

      I KNOW why they have an F rating from the BBB. I bought a used RV from them. There was no mattress in it. They promise a new mattress in them. They tried to install a mattress that was too large and got huffy when I refused it because they couldn't resell it and would have to custom order one. Too bad, order it. FOUR phone calls later I finally got a guy to order one. Two days after I signed the papers the coach batteries failed and a check engine light came on. It also had no antifreeze in it! SERIOUSLY?!Two months after purchase I still don't have the license plates. They've issued 2 temporary tags, which is the max NM allows. After 4 phone calls the woman who answered LIED and said "someone called you the other day to verify your address." Nope. Not one incoming call from ABQ. SUPPOSEDLY I will have my license plates in a week. I will NEVER darken the door of this company in any state for any reason EVER.
