Bought a Revel 44E Van one year ago. The awning didn't work so we brought it to IF (from *********) to get fixed. It's now ONE YEAR and 4 completed trips to IF to get this fixed and it's still not fixed. When I bought it they said I could take it to Pocatello (local) to get warranty work done but once I called Pocatello they said, no they don't work on these b/c they don't have a service person for them. I was SO excited to get this van and I love it other than the multiple trips (and yes for other problems) to IF to get it worked on. It's had issues with 2 recalls (one which took us 2-3 trips b/c they didn't have the parts to complete the recall and told us to go use it and they will call when the parts come in....even though the recall was to prevent a fire in the van. The inverter has had many problems too. When we got it no one could tell us about the battery, inverter, solar charger etc....they said we would need to read the mountain of information! I DON"T recommend them. IT's SAD they are even in business with this customer service. ** should step it up or close it down. Revel 4E should reconsider selling vans through them. I couldn't be more frustrated over this BIG purchase and the lack of support. I would give 1/2 or less of a star if that were an option.

Purchased $7k in extended warranties. One of the contracts was clearly in error - running concurrently with the manufacturer warranty. They will not correct the date.

I brought my trailer over to sell. They conceived me to do sell by cosignment and they would give me more money. So I did. I dropped it off and signed a 3 month contract. I never heard from them again. I called 8 months later and they said hadn't sold. I walked back in a year later and they said they priced it to high. So they asked me if I would take 10k for cosignment and i said that was the original amount they world give me if i sold it to them a year ago. So i asked them to give me a buy now price and they said it would be about 6k. I said ok we will do cosignment for 3 months again. Then months later a get a call from Camper world saying my trailer isn't selling and for me to just pick it up. I asked again what is the buy now price and they said less than 6k. So i came and picked up my trailer. While i was here i asked if i can get air on my tires, and they pointed to a tire shop.. i asked them where is my license plate, and they said that they don't know and wont do anything about it. Then my batteries were dead so i couldn't leave for a long time.

Bought a brand new 2024 Jayco Seneca XT, Class C and the engine lost power on our first trip and left us stranded. Had to get it towed from ************ to *************. Tow guy says there is all kinds of rusted out spots under the truck (brand new 2024). Driveshaft was all rusted out. One of the driveshaft bolts was able to be loosened by hand and another torqued so tight the tow guy almost couldnt break it loose. Not to mention the propane doesnt work, hot water heater doesnt work and the electric reclining chair/bed got stuck in the down position and wont go up. Starlink doesnt work and tv antenna wont rotate. It had a huge dent and scratch that was a pain to get them to schedule the fix (still isnt fixed, nothing mentioned is). Rusted out bottom in the generator compartment and battery compartment. *** doing the walkthrough knew less than me. Sales people were very pushy and worse than a car dealer. Mandatory lets go camping package cost $1,000 barely included anything. Would not recommend this dealer. ********* doesnt even begin to describe this situation.

Purchased a 2022 ************ 5th wheel in *******, ** on May 25, 2024. On our 2nd outing i was driving on I-95, clear day no wind and the roof blew off about 10 feet from the front. Got to camp ground and called Camping World in ******* to have it fixed. The Tech there told me that there is no way that should have happened and it would have to be a manufacturer defect. I called camping world back to schedule an appointment, but was told Camping World is not an authorized dealer for ************ and that I needed to call Beckleys RV Center in Thurmont Md. i called them and was told yes they are a authorized dealer, but they could not do the work because i did not buy from them. So i called Camping World back and requested the Service Manager to call me back. After a couple days without a call back i left her a second voice mail and still no call. Called the service advisor about my problem, who told me the same line that they were not authorized to which I asked why my ******* warranty wont pay for the repair and was told oh no that warranty does not cover the roof. Was told the warranty was a bumper to bumper warranty. Why is this company allowed to operate in the U.S.?

I bought a camper from the *********, ** location. When reviewing the extended warranty and choose to get it and pay for it upfront cash while financing the rest. A few weeks later after reading reviews I canceled. Then was told I wouldnt get the money back they were going to instead put it on the loan. I paid for the warranty upfront on top of my $15,000.00 down payment. Very disgusted with their fraudulent misrepresentation of the contract.

On August 13,2020 my wife and I purchased a new 2023 Holiday Rambler from Camping World located at ***************************** . During the purchase process we were offered and purchased an extended 6 year warrantee for $5,995.00. Within a year of the purchase, there were minor issues with the *** We had the repairs completed at another Camping World located *******, ** . That location was closer to where we lived and only a 1hr travel vs 2hrs to *********************. All items were repaired and should have been factory warrantee items. My wife and I recently traded in that RV for a 2023 Georgetown 34M at Camping World located at ********, **. We inquired about the warrantee we purchased from ********************* and were told from the finance manager, the policy we purchased in ********************* would be prorated. He said it would be best to wait a few weeks before filing for the refund, because by that time our loan from M&T Bank would be paid off and the company would send the check straight to us. At the time of the trade in, we purchased an additional policy for the new Georgetown. After a month of the trade in, I contacted the Uxbridge dealership and was told the finance manager does not work there anymore. I spoke to the new manager and after multiple calls and emails, they told me the refund had to be processed by the original dealership in *********************. Several calls and emails later, the paperwork was finally filed. I received and email with a form to sign stating the Customer Contract Info stating we would receive $2,265.57 after a $50.00 cancellation fee.I called and emailed the West ******** Dealership a few days ago and received a phone call from Camping Worlds **************** today stating there would be no refund because the amount of money due was used for previous warrantee work. That is an outright lie. There is no way anything repaired on that camper was past the original manufacture warrantee.

Terrible business. I called to sell my RV and they wanted me to tow it in for inspection. I didnt want to tow it and asked if they can do an inspection on my premise. They said they can but its frowned upon and scheduled it 5 days out, so I agreed to bring it in since I wanted to sell it faster. After bringing it in, one of their employees popped my truck tire while parking my RV in the inspection zone. I asked them if I will be compensated for it and they said yes it will be offset in the offer. After the inspection, they denied buying my RV saying the frame is bent. They wouldnt take it, yet Ive gotten 3 other offers on my *** If their standard for RV condition is so high, they shouldnt get the customer to lug their Rv to their shop, especially when their parking lot is FULL OF NAILS. Second, their employee parked my RV and was responsible for popping the tire on their premise. Refused to take responsibility after refusing the *** When I tried to reason with them, they were full of lies. One manager tried to lie that they dont offer mobile inspections when I literally had one scheduled. I wasted almost 4 hours on this trip and out over $150.

We traded Campers our used Forest River heritage ********************* in on a new forest river grey wolf . After we had our camper delivered to them and waiting to finish the deal they changed the offer for our trade in from $16500 to $6000 and claimed they found things wrong with the camper that they werent told about which was a lie we even showed them pictures ! Note $10500 different offer . Our opinion it was because we are an older retired couple and they tried to take advantage of us . We paid $500 down and $275 to get it moved and still will have to hire someone to take it back waiting on down payment they refused to reimburse our expense for moving camper .
