      I purchased 3 products on 11/4/22 totaling $32.06. Receipt number ***** and cashier number *****. I wrote a check for $32.06 and the cashier said that the check didn't process and asked if I could write another check. I wrote a second check and it was approved using TeleCheck Trace ID **********************. The next day I was making a deposit to my checking and I saw that there were two checks to Rural King for $32.06 each. I contacted my bank and explained the situation and they cancelled the first check that Rural King said did not process. On 12/5 the bank credited my account $32.06 for the cancelled check. On December 12th I received a notice from TRS recovery service that I had an unpaid balance at Rural King for $32.06. I contacted Rural King and told them they charged me twice for one purchase. They said I still owed them $32.06. I called TRS recovery service and explained the issue and they said I still owed them $32.06. I am fed up with Rural King and TRC and need your help.

      On December 1st i placed a order with rkguns, i was sent a order confirmation for a item that was listed as IN STOCK, i called many times to check on my order and was told everything was fine and it was processing and i should have by Christmas as i saved up to by myself this item and after confirmation bought accessories for it. **************************************************************************** stock, after sending my confirmation of shipping. When i contacted customer service i was told they dont know if the items they sell and state on the website are in stock until its ready to be shipped, how is that possible. I believe they sent my order to someone else. The item i orderd was in stock when i orderd it, so the item was in stock when i purchased it and they fulfilled it to someone else over a week later. It make no sense to run a business selling items that they claim they dont know they have sending order confirmation and shipping confirmation just to cancel it weeks later. This is very bad business edict and is not acceptable and I'm sure im not the only one who they have done this to, when i asked about the accessories i bought for the item i believed i was receiving i was told to *********** them. Oder confirmation is a confirmation of the the item being purchased not a maybe maybe not. And i will NEVER order anything from RKGUNS again, If this is how they run their business. If this item was not in stock they had over a week to inform me, as i called many timesbto check on this order, most recent was monday and before that friday and each time i was told everything was good and i would have this before Christmas, so what happend to it? Somone else is receiving it instead of me. ****** learned and for now on i will order with someone else who knows what merchandise they have, not might have.

      I ordered an item that was in stock on Rural Kings website. They canceled my order 5 days later saying that the item is not available. They should not be advertising products that they don’t have.

      Ordered a weapon from RKGuns on October 18, 2022. This is a store to store transfer. It's been over a month...and still nothing. If they don't have a product, they shouldn't even advertise it for sale.

      The problem with this company they are putting out e mail with items on sale. When you order them they are always out of stock. I know I have ordered from them 3 times and each time within 4 to 5 days I get a cancelation. Something I feel needs to be done. To me this is false advertising

      November 7, 2022 I purchased a hay feeder from Rural King, Carbondale Illinois. While loading the hay feeder onto my truck the left rear tail light was broken. It cost $250 to replace. A damage report was completed at the store at the time. Rural King states that since I signed a loading ticket at the time of purchase they are not liable for the damage to my truck. Signing the loading ticket is part of the check out process in the store. No one explains that you are signing a waiver of damage.

      lifestyle. We value our customers and appreciate they come to us to provide
      them with equipment to complete the toughest jobs. Loading tickets provide
      notice to our customers that loading heavy equipment and the like can result in
      damage to trailers and vehicles.  This damage is not common and is not a
      result of any negligence, but may simply occur loading large and/or heavy
      equipment. As in *** *****’ load-out, the damage was just a result of the
      loader and *** ***** loading a large item in several sections. At Rural King we
      strive to treat every customer like our close family, friends, and neighbors
      and encourage *** *****, if he is unsatisfied, to contact the adjuster pursuant
      to the letter he received.

      My problem is I have purchased a tractor with various implements on 7/26/22 i received all but one implement, a 66 inch hydraulic snowblade item number ******** prices 2849.99 as of the time of this complaint i have recieved no implement and no answer as to why i have not received it yet. The only response ive recieved is we've sent an email and then i hear nothing back.

      I originally placed my order on 10/08/2022 I received an email on 10/20/2022 stating my order was shipped to the warehouse on 10/27/2022 I received another email stating my order was to the store contacted the store to find out they don’t receive orders on Sunday I should try back on a later date but it clearly states when you place a order 7 to 10 business days my order was suppose to be delivered on 10/30/2022 I haven’t heard anything about my order I have paid in full and now I can’t my product and in order to do a refund I will be charged shipping cost for a item they don’t have in stock

      This company is fraudulently advertising and they refused to cancel my order prior to it being shipped, after I had made repeated request to have it cancelled. And they are now requiring me to PAY to ship it back to them if I want to return it. I purchased the item from the business' website over other companies because it advertised it "ships in 1-2 business days." I needed the item quickly which is why I chose this particular company over say, ******. After two business days I completed multiple communications to the company asking that they cancel my order because they have not shipped the item so that I could order it from some where else. Instead, I receive an email (eight days later) stating they have shipped my item.

      It is a false statement that Royal King has provided, that is, they are saying they had shipped the item by the time I had requested to cancel.  I placed the order on 10/20/22.  Because the item, which was adverstised as "ships 1-2 business days," had not shipped in that time period, I requested to cancel the order on 10/26/22.  Checking again on 10/27/22, the item still hadn't shipped (see attached docs).  So, by them stating that the item had shipped when I had requested it to be canceled is completly false.

      I own a Rural King 24 tractor that I purchased about 3 years ago. It had a brush hog and a loader attachments on it at time of purchase. A neighbor showed my husband his identical tractor last spring that had a mower deck on it and how much he liked it. So my husband, after waiting for a shipment purchased a mower deck four my tractor. When attempting to place said mower deck to tractor realized there were special brackets needed to do said attachment. He returned to rural king and explained what he needed and was told they would have to be ordered, we have made several trips to our store, were told at one point they were on back order, finally after approx 5 months received a set of brackets, only to get home and find out they were the wrong ones. They were ones to fit a Rural King 25 tractor. Upon returning those brackets being told they were not sure when they would get them in. It’s been another month now and we still cannot get the needed parts. I have asked if they could get the parts from another store or take the parts from one of the other tractors they already have but no help, I just want to be able to use this mower deck that we purchased. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I love Rural King and spend a lot of money at this store. Please help
