Between ***** January 2025 I purchased 18 total chickens and mine and my families intent for these chickens is to buy specifically egg laying chickens, all of the breeds we picked from them would have made that possible. But due to the lack of simple labeling and someone telling me they think it looks like that breed and the failing to label each bin and even the bins that were labeled with names written on paper I ended up with 6+ meat birds that I would have never picked out in the first place so due to their false advertising in the store I have birds that I dont want to raise for meat but will die early on anyways and I cant stop it Im stuck with them and rural king wont do anything about itBusiness Response

Livestock or live animals. Due to health and safety concerns, Rural King does not accept the return of livestock animals, including, but not limited to, animals such as rabbits, ducks, or poultry. After a livestock animal has left the Rural King location, the animal will not be allowed back on site. However, customers have a ******* reporting ****** from the time of purchase to notify the local Store Manager of any potential issue with the sale. Upon sufficient evidence, the Store Manager(s), in their sole discretion, may supply a replacement livestock animal or refund the original purchase price. I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:
This does not solve the problem we bought chickens from them with the intent of buying egg laying chickens not meat chickens if they dont want to let me return them then atleast give me a refund due to the failure on their part of falsely advertising and selling me chickens that I have to either ********* between 6-8 weeks or let them live and die from natural causes and still loose out on them because I did not want to buy meat chickens I wanted egg layers and the bin they were in was labeled for a bird that is better at laying eggs rather than meat they falsely advertised their bins and caused us to buy meat birds when we thought they were a different breed

I did not consult the store because they replaced a dead chick a few days before and said that when I went there to get a replacement chick that once you leave the store there are no returns for any live animals so I didnt think they would do anything about itBusiness Response

My tractor was taken in to have a service . After a week they called and said it was done . I picked it up and when my husband got home ( otr driver) he and my son went to unload it and noticed the cap to the hydraulics was not on and missing . When he called the store one of the managers profusely apologized . Discussing her mechanic as a bully and not real good . The next day when we called to see when we could bring it back we were notified they wouldnt be doing anything to rectify this at all because they had pictures of the tractor when it was picked up and all was well . Fast forward to the weekend when we took it to a tractor dealer ( a certified actual mechanic ) we found out they not only did not replace the cap but there was no hydraulic oil in it at all , the engine oil had not been changed however on my receipt it clearly states it was . Who knows what damage I did driving it the short distance I did with the shoddy unprofessional work they attempted . I will admit to not being nice but I saved for this tractor for several years . Its hard to see 18 k go and circle the drain . Ive asked for information about places to go other than to ******* but no one will help me . **************** is of zero help IF you can get them to answer the phone . We bought a shotgun with a pump from them. A couple days later we tried to use it and pumped it down to three shells and nothing happened and said it had defects. We saw the managers, they were outside smoking. and they asked how they could help us. They said that it was shipped out and be back in 30 days. We went back and they employee said that it is sitting in the back and had not been shipped out. I was excited, angry!
We would like our money refunded to us for the pump shotgun.

Good afternoon, after following up with the store, the repair has been completed and the customer can pick up the firearm. The will not be a refund issued due to firearm sales are final. I placed an order with Rural King for a large delivery. The order was marked delivered by Fed Ex but I never received the package. I first contacted Rural King and the customer service agent said that they would simply mark the package missing and I would be able to have my items refunded. Later that week I received an email from customer service saying that they were not able to refund me because the parcel was marked delivered by ******. I was given a letter from Rural King to claim the missing package from *** Ex. *** Ex denied the claim due to the fact that 12 items were delivered to the address and my parcel was apparently on the trailer to be delivered. In numerous conversations with the receiver whom Is a school - where Fed Ex delivers each day in the same place - there was no record of my parcel ****** delivered. I returned to the phone again with Rurl **** for the 4th or 5th time and explained my situation and what *** Ex had said and the reason for denying my claim. The customer service agent at ********************** said they were unable to work with me because it was marked delivered. I explained that this was my first time working with Rural King as a vendor and explained that I am an artist and the lost package was my stock for the winter for my work. It was supposed to be delivered on Dec 11. Rural King said they would push my issue to higher up but I have not heard back from them. I am asking Rural King to refund me for my order so I can continue with my art work. I was hoping this would be resolved before the new year. I was hopeful to do business with them but now they are not willing to work with me. I have been trying to resolve this issue since 12/12 and it is now 12/31. I am simply asking for a refund from them for my purchase and I hope to use them as a supplier again.Customer Answer

I am following up on my original claim. I have made numerous more attempts with the vendor to resolve my issue and explained that in my original call about the missing packing I was told that I was going to be refunded for the loss. Then the following week I was told I was not going to be refunded due to it being marked delivered by ******. As explained in my earlier information *** Ex refused take responsibility for the loss of the package because it was marked delivered . All I am asking of the vendor is to refund me for the $329 that was lost due to my goods not arriving. This is simply good customer service. I have asked to speak to upper management about my loss as the agent I was working with said she was not qualified to refund me and she said she would work on it and that was two weeks ago. They are simply ignoring me now and my requests. At this point I would not recommend working with them as they do not stand by their customer.

In February I spent close to $30,000 on an rk25 tractor with r1 tires on it,loader, mower, tiller, grapple, forks. In May I purchased a set of turf tires for $1400.00 so I wouldnt tear up my yard mowing. After receiving them the end of May I put them on. Used my tractor roughly 4 hr. Or 4 times mowing my yard. My right rear tire started spinning on the rim. Contacted RK equipment manager that I purchased tractor from. Sent him video of issues. He said if I needed to contact Titan equipment where tires were from. After weeks of trying to reach someone with information I was told that is an RK issue. Short story for the last 6 months I've received garbage information, with ZERO upcome!!! I have been extremely patient with this. Basically I spent $1400 for wheels I can't use. I am wanting a very extensive discount and a new wheel delivered to me. Rural King has yet to try to reach out to make things right. They commented on my review and asked for information. I immediately followed up with them with more information. And yet again have heard nothing back. **************** is garbage. I have tried to go out to Mr. ******** location to resolve this issue and he refused to allow me onto the property, he stated that he wanted to speak with **** who is a previous salesman from the store location, that is no longer employed with us. **** is now the STORE MANAGER. As I was told he was promoted according to the new Equipment manager ***** at the Washington location.
I received a call at 10:07 stating he (the driver) was on his way to deliver my tire/wheel and pick up the other wheel. I told him that's not going to happen because i wasn't home. He then got attitude with me about not letting him deliver it. I told him when **** (the Store MANAGER) calls me AS REQUESTED and settles the complaint, we can then reschedule. AT NO TIME PREVIOUS DID THEY CALL and ask availability or request times to show up. I am not currently at home and i will not have them show up without me being here. as they don't have access to pick up the other wheel.
I HAVE REQUESTED multiple times to have the store manager call me! With no response.
**** with RK equipment complaint department reached out to me this morning at 8am . I discussed with him the issues. He stated he also had calls and emails to the Washington store and hasn't received a response either.
After the issue with delivery driver I spoke with **** again to inform him of what happened. He said he is still looking into it as nobody got back to him and he wasn't aware of their attempted delivery.

Went in to purchase a firearm from the gun counter, after spending 2 hours waiting for the employee to get my paperwork done and another 45 minutes after I paid for the gun for a manager to come review my paperwork so they could hand me the gun, I had to walk out without my gun due to a wedding rehearsal. After letting the employee know I had to leave and would be back, he handed me my ID and Concealed License and said okay. When I returned 2 hours later the night manager *** proceeded to tell me that they had my gun but lost my background check paperwork, paperwork that has my SSN and PII that he could not located. Hopefully my information didnt end up in the wrong hands. He then proceeds to get an attitude with me for refusing to do a second background check when I had already paid for and completed the first one that is electronic and good for 30 days and told me to leave and get a refund for the gun I already paid for or do another background check cause he lost my first one. Mr ***** was given the opportunity to get his firearm he had done his 4473 paperwork then left the building and didn't communicate that he was leaving and would be back in a little while so since we didn't know where he went his paperwork was printed as a night job and since it was printed as a night job in order to get his firearm he is required to redo the 4473 paperwork and we had to redo the background check at that time when I let him know he would have to redo the paperwork he stated he will not do it again as he already had done it once I tried explaining it to him and he kept saying he had already done it and after a little bit of him and his wife angrily speaking to me at the gun counter he requested a refund for the firearm and we provided one to him as requested, regarding the lost background check paperwork we never printed the background check paperwork because he left the building so there was no paperwork to be lost and at no time did I state we lost the background check paperwork.-ASM at store 74Initial Complaint

Myself and my neighbor bought RK tractors from pikeville rural king and now can not get filters to service our tractor. Hauled tractor to pikeville rk they didn't change the filter but invoiced they did they do not have not and can not get those filters to do the service. So charged for service filter change with no part number filter in stock to change on my tractor. My neighbor ***** b we'll call wants to service himself and that's when we learn no rural king store in the area has that part number in stock and never have except the ******* ******* store which only has 3 and have only had for less than a month.Business Response
