      Location: ***************************************** I took my side by side there to get the oil changed, they changed the oil and then the motor shut down on me and it didn&#**;t have any oil in it. I got it back home, called them and they told me to bring it in. They said I needed a new motor. I told them that they owe me a new motor because they did the oil change and they said that they have no record of the oil change. I bought it in 2021 and only has 900 miles on it. The only reason they did the oil change was because they said I had a warranty on it. I picked up the side by side on Saturday and now I can&#**;t use it. I would like to give me the money back on my side by side or have someone else put in a new motor for me.

      Customer brought the machine in for an oil change. Oil was drained, Filter was removed and replaced. The oil was replaced. Customer picked up the unit. Several weeks later, the customer returned the unit to the store because it would not start. When the mechanic assessed the unit for repairs, he removed the seat to check the oil. He immediately observed a large amount of oil on the engine pan. He further assessed the engine front seal was leaking profusely. Upon checking the oil, the crankcase had 20ounces of oil in it. It holds 64. There was no oil seen on the dipstick. These engines use slingers to lubricate the piston pins and cylinder wall. Once the oil level falls below a certain point, the cylinder begins to score, and the compression rings begin to seize.

      The engine had oil in it when it left here. It had to because:
      1. it would not have had 20 ounces in it when the customer returned it and,
      2. These engines won't last driving them a **** with NO oil.


      We believe the *** was driven in 4X4 Mode while driving on a paved surface, (the customer told us the failure occurred while engaged in a road trip with friends on a paved road). 
      The customer drove the side by side in four-wheel drive on the highway which you are not to do.
      In doing so, broke the seal on the engine thus losing the oil out of the motor and transmission. He needs a new engine which will cost about $5000.00.The store spoke to his wife and quoted her on the replacement for the motor.

      On 9/18/2024 I went to rural king on ****** freeway in halls, I noticed that the item was significantly cheaper on **********, so I checked rural kings website to check the price match terms and conditions, it specifically state that they do price match ******. I approached the counter asking about the price match, was very rudely stopped by the manager ********* who stated they do not price match ****** and will only price match stores within 30 miles of the business location which is very FALSE according to their website, a confrontation occurred and I decided to take my business elsewhere.

      Good Morning, per our price match policy physical stores do price match other physical stores. Since ****** is not a physical store the store management has the right to deny the price match. IF it could be verified ************************** would be able to do the price match but they would need the item and a link to the item on **********.       Placed an online order for fencing, t posts, and some wooden beams. I contacted customer support to request a discount and was denied. I then requested they ship the order, and they denied. Weeks went by and my order was never ready, I contacted support who told me to continue waiting as it would be ready soon. I drove 3 hours to the store, who said they did not have the order and it was canceled 2 weeks earlier. I have contacted support numerous times and have not gotten my refund

      I already did the section once and there was a glitch so I'll try to do this again real king piled up their inventory too high which made it all over it fell into my fence and it broke my fence I have attempted for over a year to come to some kind of agreement which I spoke with three different people I know the first one her name was ***** which was very rude I can't remember the second *********** name I spoke to and this gentleman I'm speaking to now or lack thereof his first name is ******* he did a respond however he told me that he would get back to me by the beginning of the next week and I have heard nothing I have emailed several times telling him that I've been more than patient and understanding but now I'm going to seek other means not only this but they try to accuse us of stealing from them and that is slander I have seen people run through my yard and the man had two brand new chainsaws one any chance there was a white truck parked in my driveway waiting on the guy I tried to get the license plate number but they jumped into quick and peeled out. Not only are they guilty of defamation of character they are also guilty of cursing at my fiance and there is a witness which is a local police officer was there when they manager cursed at him they even admitted that they were pointing their cameras in my backyard and that's really against the law. They tried to tell my fiance that he was banned from the property and that he could not go through the parking lot even well the parking lot isn't just Rural King's parking lot it's in a little shopping center it's just ridiculous the employees are rude they act like you're bothering them or disturbing them when you ask for help just yesterday I was in there and I took my support dog with me and she had an accident in the store no one came to help no one came to help clean up nobody handed me anything to clean it up. really concerned me was nobody stood over the wet spot to where somebody wouldn't come by and slip

      We appreciate ******'s comments and concerns and they will be passed on to the store. We always strive to make sure our customers have a great experience in our stores and that they are always treated like more than a customer but as friends, family, and neighbors.  

      ******'s complaints regarding her fence are known and our claims department has been working diligently to resolve her concerns. A new fence was installed in the Spring and it was believed this resolved ******'s concerns. ****** brought her current complaint on June 22, 2024, and Rural King's ***************** responded in less than 24 hours. Unfortunately, ****** was not able to respond for two weeks, and it was believed her concerns was resolved.  When she responded after two weeks to renew her claim, her concerns were made a priority, but the delay has required concurrent work. Rural King has been working to investigate ******* concerns since she raised them a month ago and we are happy to continue working with ****** to hear her concerns and work towards a fair resolution.

      the attached photos it is showing the "new fence". They attached it to my broken fence. It is using my support poles but the fence seems to be to there benefit as opposed to addressing my broken fence. I can also provide more photos if needed. These would include objects protruding though my fence into my yard. Also included could be, an example of how high and poorly stacked the inventory has been observed. I would also like to address the comment" treating customers more than customers but like family or..more than customers, but like family or friends". I can understand that is what to company wants. However I am here telling you that is very far from the truth when it comes to your ******, ******** location. May! suggest you send someone from your company to do a little secret shopping to prove my allegations. I just know from my management experiences, this is something the company needs to know about. So they can address and correct the issue. This begin done prevents more customers from having adone prevents more customers from having a bad experience. Bad experiences do not offen lead to a repeat customers. I have faith that the company will do right by me and correct the issue of my broken fence. I gave lived here for 10 years and have put up with my share of loud employees, foul language and all sorts of debris coming into my yard. However this I can not just let it slid. It is my safety, my dogs safety and it's the right thing to do. I have had a difficult tome in cell phone providers causing several phone numberthat the company will do right by me and correct the issue of my broken fence. I gave lived here for 10 years and have put up with my share of loud employees, foul language and all sorts of debris coming into my yard. However this I can not just let it slid. It is my safety, my dogs safety and it's the right thing to do.       I applied for a cash back credit card from Rural King. I have paid my bill every month since I got the card. I went to the store to use my cash back rewards and they told me they cant issue any rewards unless authorized by ************** I have called ************* numerous times and they dont know what I am talking about. This is some kind of scam between the two companies. I have stopped using my credit card from Rural King now because they are a dishonest company but I still want my cash back rewards. Please help me solve this problem. THANK YOU

      Good afternoon, this customer has two rewards accounts. They were merged on 4/1/24. The *** card does not have cashback as a reward. Purchases earn points that are turned into a $5 reward once 500 points have been earned. RFCU card did have a cash-back offer for purchases (could get gift cards or use them to pay on the statement.) The customer has used the *** card and earned points at the Rural King store. *******************************************  ********************************************** ***********************************************************************. The customer did call and these concerns were addressed. An email will be sent to him as well since we did provide all this feedback to the ***/RFCU liaison.

      Their answer is not correct. This credit card IS a cash back card. It is supposed to give 5% on Rural King purchases. 3%b on gas purchases and 1% on all else. I have the papers to prove this. That person that sent that reply does not know what they are talking about. This is a scam!!

      Took my tractor in for service and a head unit display issue, toom them 2 and a half month to finish the work on the tractor. I called multiple times aking when it would be ready. They respond with "the part we got was the wrong part, we have to try something else." So finally Aug,25, 2024 I called and asked if my tractor was ready the ast store manager didn't have a clue. Finally got a call back and hr later with " it's ready your bill is 1700$." I said "excuse me, I took the tractor in for a 1st service Maintenance & to diagnose my heads up display.." I have a 2 year fully machine warranty. That includes parts an labor as stated in there warranty agreement. I have a screen shot and highlighted the agreement.

      Not once in the 2 and a half months they had the tractor have they contacted me in regards to the tractor nor sent me an estimate on how much anything would cost to fix the tractor. August second 2024, i spoke to ***** and he Said nothing I did to the tractor had anything to do with the ***** display screen going out. (I added wires to the 12v plug in the arm rest) . I spoke with rural king August 24th 2024 and ******* the assistant store manage said they would call me by 5pm on August 27th and still have not received a call from anyone in management it's now 4:33pm. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

      Our store manager has been in contact with ******************.  It has been determined that the store team should have communicated more clearly with ****************** on the costs associated with his tractors repair.  Since they repaired it without briefing him on the cost of doing so the store team has decided to absorb the cost of the repairs.  Complete the 50Hr scheduled maintenance on his tractor and only charge him for that service.

      On August 3, 2024, I was at Rural King in *********************. The electricity went out while we were shopping. Understandably it was quite hectic cashing out without electricity. I am 81 years old and received loading assistance from the staff at Rural King. When the boys were done loading my items in my truck, one of them pushed the empty shopping cart into the other carts, but the cart did not make it to the other cart and instead ran into the fender of my truck. The acting manager wrote out a report of this incident. Someone from Rural King called and said she was working on the damage report and asked if we could get 2 estimates, and we agreed. I asked her where to send the estimate, and she said we had to send it to our insurance company. I told her I did not want to get my insurance involved because it would count against me for a claim. I felt because it wasnt my fault, I should not have to claim my insurance. She said it was because the accident was not their fault either she said because the staff was not negligent. The staff carelessly pushed the cart to the other carts but missed the carts and hit my truck.I think the company should stand behind this claim and not make us go to our insurance to get it fixed. I already have an estimate for the damage totaling $661.26.

      1) Bought tractor new in 12/2021 2) Used ** for summer 2022. Worked fine, only used a couple times through May, 2022. I left for work out of state 3) Summer 2023 ** stopped blowing cold air. Delivered the unit to *********************, they serviced the ** by adding freon 4) Summer 2024 I tried the ** in July when I came back for vacation. ** was not blowing cold air and compressor is locking up squealing belt 5) Summer 2024 we delivered the unit to RK in ******** again to get the same issue repaired. Now you state the technician cant work at that location, the mobile tech wants a $150 fee to pick up (from your location again) the unit, and you will not warranty this issue because it has been more than 24 months In summary, I only used ** for 1 month of use without any known issues before having issues with the unit. I believe this issue was a factory issue that was not found right away. Ive had the unit delivered to your location 2 times for the same issue. When I identified this issue, it was under warranty. Now the store will not cover this issue under warranty. When I discussed this issue with the Store Manager over the phone, he stated the store would not cover it and that store did not have the capability of making the repair at that location. I asked him to reply back to me in why its not covered in email. He did not... I sent him an email **************************************** requesting why this repair was not covered and what I think was a reasonable request for a path forward. It has been over 5 working days and I still have not gotten a reply or phone call. I don't believe they are making any kind of attempt to resolve my issue.

      I have received contact form Rural King to make the proper repairs. I do not wish to close the complaint until the repairs have been made. They said it may be 2-3 weeks before they can get to my repairs. I will accept their response after the repairs have been properly completed. Thank you.

      I dropped off my Husqvarna tiller to Rural Mibg July ***** th with ********* said they had a spare part off another tiller outside . They were gavinv trouble ordering pats from *********. ** insinuated his Tuesday/Wed gut **** would be the one looking at it I stopped by today to check and see when **** thought it May be ready. He said they were two weeks out and I told him, I had dropped it last Wed/Thur and he said he was not Iin that week.I told **** *** said he would use part from the one outdoors, **** said it wouldnt work. Long story ******************** told me to order the part. Total lack of communication here at my cost. **** said he was working tomorrow and mine was one of them. Had I known the used pat off another Jims was available, wasnt. I could have ordered one last Thursday. What is wrong with people, I just need my tiller Fixed and working . **** said he leaves notes for ***, but *** said he doesnt read them. Where is the team player and working for the Rural King reputation. I dont think I would buy another Husqvarna or any equipment from Rural King, which is where I purchased it from.Get it fixed pronto and knock off the games

      I ordered a New Air Pistol and when it arrived, it was not new, was dirty, had wear marks and the packaging was already opened and crushed. It was obviously a defective returned, used product. I filed a claim with Rural King and they told me when they get to it they will review the pictures I sent and notify me of their results.
