      EGO leaf blower model LB4800, battery not charging. Contacted customer service. Spoke with a representative by the name or *******. Proceeded with troubleshooting the defective item. Provided all the relevant details i.e., serial # of all components. Stated item was obtained 06/2019. Was told that I needed to sent a receipt for proof of purchase. I stated, no receipt available after more than 3 years, whom would keep records this long. Told cannot help, if receipt not provided and I just need to buy another battery or tool all in itself. Conversation was ended. Attached email sent requesting a receipt for an item that should be working under its proper storage and lifespan.

      A review of ******************** account was performed. According to our published warranty policy which can be viewed at https://egopowerplus.com/warranty-policy, our policy does indicate that when requesting warranty services the consumer must present the original dated purchase receipt. This receipt is needed to validate the purchase date of the item in order to ensure proper warranty timeline coverage is provided. Without this being provided the manufacturing date of ******************** tools represent that the warranty period on these items has expired. If **************** can provide his proof of purchase and we confirm his items are still within warranty we would be happy to assist with his warranty needs.

      As a returning customer, I purchased an EGO ******* string trimmer from ****** in ****, ** on 3/4/21. Straight out of the box I had issues with the trimmer line getting pulled in while using the unit. Over the next few months, I went back and forth with customer service several times and followed through with all of the troubleshooting steps which unfortunately did not resolve the issue. Finally, *** suggested I replace (at my own expense) the compression spring in the unit. I ordered the spring (code: EGO-**********) from Parts Warehouse (as per EGO support) but this did not fix the issue.I once again called EGO customer service on 9/16/22 and was told I would need to buy a new head unit, which was over $50. I escalated my case to a manager who granted a one time exception and had the head unit (EGO Power+ ********) mailed to me at their expense. This also did not resolve the issue.Ego finally relented and referred me to their local service center. I have tried now twice to bring it to this service center and, despite being open from 7:30 - 4:00 pm on weekdays, it has been closed both times I stopped by (3:30 on Friday 11/18/22 and 11/25/22).The warranty on this unit is 5 years and EGO is not standing behind their product. I have tried every troubleshooting method on about a dozen customer care calls, replaced two parts, and spent probably about a dozen hours with customer service on this. I am asking for is a replacement unit or a credit sent to me so I can exchange for a new unit.

      I l;ived in the ** for 5 years and recently returned to ********* (my home country) While in the ** I purchased a number of power equipment items (lawn mover and leaf blower) from Ego Power. Since I have returned to ********* one of the batteries failed while under warranty a 7.5 AH Battery that runs my lawn mower and leaf blower. Although EGO have acknowledged the battery is under warranty and can be replaced they refuse to send a new battery to me in ********* or do anything to help me with regard to replacement battery. EGO have operation in ********* and in fact their head office is only 10 miles from where I live, they could arrange a warranty replacement of the battery if they chose, for some reason they are unwilling to offer any solution. I have raised two tickets with their customer service team [ ******************************** ] and Case Number: ******** Date created: 11/14/2022 5:30 PM.Their response on both occasions was to refuse to help me, firstly they claimed the batteries are different in ********* and the US (untrue, they are the same SKU/Model number and can be used anywhere). Then they have said they will not send me a new battery or help with the supply of a new battery from ********* where they also operate. There are a number of solutions here but EGO refuse to help.I can be contacted ion ********* on *************** or via email if you need further information

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. It is a shame that I had to spend a number of hours resolving this but the ***************** has now indicated they will honor the warranty and supply a replacement battery.

      EGO MODEL # LM2102SPPower+ 21" Self-Propelled Mower with 7.5Ah battery and rapid charger Product:NLM04194922220X Charger:nch02194922220x Battery:nba06194922220x Purchased from Home Depot06 / 06 / 20 The mower is only 2 years & 4 months old. Self propelled stopped working. They want me to take to a service center. I am 76 year old, ******* veteran with disability. I have no way of taking to a service center and they provide no pickup service. EGO have a very NEGATIVE rating when you read what the BBB is saying about them I need them to replace the mower and pickup the none working water. I am in no position or shape to do it myself and I have no one to help **** will inform my service friends about how my issue was handled by *** and to stay away from purchasing EGO products.I need a replacement for this defective mower.

      I have purchased 2 outdoor power tools for landscaping from ****************** from this company... both of the batteries are the exact same- my first tool purchased in 2019 the battery just died about a year later- i bought a 2nd power tool (edger) in 2021...I would just use the same battery for both items... a few months later the same issue happened.. so now I have no working items/batteries- I called end of September and was told they would send a replacement for 1 b/c I had a proof of purchase... on Oct 5, I got an email saying the battery was out of ************ were going to send me a different battery, works the same but longer "work time"- I have called x4 time since.. now Im told that they cant send that battery and the battery I need is out of stock still.. its been over a month now.... I was also told it would be a maximum of "15 business days" which it is PAST... Im very upset NOTHING is being done for me.. I have 2 of their *************** cant do anything.. very frustrating & I cant do any of my yard work that I do x2 a month with a 2 batteries down (one that is less than 12 months old)- no one is ANY help at the company. Will NEVER purchase their products again & will also leave reviews about my terrible experience... Ive never dealt with such a helpless company with products that are clearly lacking quality!I will attach picture of email from 10/4/2022 that they were going to get a battery out asap

      Bought a EGO Zero Turn mower 07/09/2022 Used it once and went to use it again, would not start Finally got it to start, it had a mind of it's own start and stop, so took it to a recommended EGO shop the shop has it ever now and since first cut, they cannot find out what is wrong Many calls to shop and EGO want my money back summer over and grass soon will not need to be cut any more help

      The 7.5 ah batter was found to be defective for my mower in July. The company said I should receive a new battery in a few weeks at that point in time. I am still being told they dont have batteries for the warranty replacement. The company has viable mowers located in retail stores to replace mine, could refund my money, but still chooses to not resolve the warranty defect issue and I have no working mower.

      Chevron Stations ( ********, ** ) are putting their customers at HIGH RISK, DANGEROUS when you are at the pump, choose to receive your receipt, and then it is stated to GO INSIDE to get your receipt. This is a dangerous situation. In light of all the CARJACKING My daughter had to leave her car AFTER SHE LOCKED it and set the alarm, when she should have received the receipt right then and there.She often had to leave me, age 79 in the car when she had to go inside to get the receipt. I could be a victim of carjacking. You need to tell all your stations to make sure that the receipts are given right THEN AND THEIR What is going on?For $14.95 and 2.769G we could have been victims of a crime and hurt. You are already price gauging us.

      I visited **************** at *******************************************************************. I attempted to use their car wash. The credit card machine was broken and I was asked to go inside to pay. I paid for the Deluxe Wash, $11.00. Upon entering the car wash, the machine to enter my code into was so old and neglected I could barely see the screen to enter in my code to start the car wash. As I went through the wash, I noticed that there was no soap dispensed onto my car. My car never got clean. Please see pictures and receipt attached. I am asking that Chevron refund my money due to selling me a product that did not even include soap to clean my car.
