      *** product batteries are garbage. The equipment may work better with better quality batteries. The batteries overheat quickly and fail. Leaving the equipment unusable. Waited for over 2 hours on hold before actually speaking with a customer service representative. They couldn't care less about the battery issues. Their suggestion was to purchase another $350 *** battery. Save yourself some headaches, do not purchase these products!!!

      Purchased EGO string trimmer, battery and charger at Lowes. Issue with battery (not charging) began after 30 day return policy at Lowes. Went through EGO **************** which was one of the more inefficient processes encountered. They eventually sent a new battery which would not charge. Repeated warranty claim process. 2nd battery sent which also would not charge. Each time i was sent a replacement battery was probably a **** day process. Grass does not stop growing. Now just want money back since they are not resolving. Was just in que with EGO customer service for ************************************************************************************ on hold to find someone that was. 10 minutes later, person was deemed not available and had to leave my number for a call back. I suspect that a month from now i will still not have a working unit and will be out the $300+ i paid for the unit.

      Bought a brand new Ego blower from Amazon and it didn't last three months. Ego would not back the warrenty. I am extremely disappointed in this company and this product. This was a waste of $300. I would not recommend anyone buy this product.

      DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS - THEY ARE GARBAGE - BREAK AFTER A YEAR. Bought an Ego lawnmower, and after 10 mows (literally 10 mows) the mower would not start. I have called customer service 5 times, requested a call back number, and left several messages for two weeks and have not heard back -- what an absolute disgrace! Warranties mean nothing if they don't actually let you file a claim. Buyer beware, never ever buy an ego!

      **************** *****. I've been waiting for a warranty part for my trimmer for over 3 months. I keep getting the run around. And when I call, it takes me hours before I can get ahold of anyone. No one never calls me back.

      Terrible customer service. I purchased a trimer and charger and the charger does not work. Have made repeated calls to Ego and all I get are 30+ min hold times. I have also tried the option of pressing 1 for a call back...no one calls back. Ego also doesn't offer a address, email or "chat" feature. Have been a user of Ego products for 10+ years and customer service used to be great. Now you can't even reach a customer service person. A company is only as good as the service they provide after the sale. Ego fails big time. Do not buy as they do not support the customer after the sale.

      Mower is at repair shop as of today for three months. They can not get parts for repair. Upon speaking to Ego rep. they stated that warranty is still only as stated even though mower is repair for so far three months.

      I tried to reach Ego Power Plus tools customer service yesterday. I was on hold for about 6 minutes and decided to use their call-back feature. I was never called back. I tried again today to reach Ego Power Plus tools customer service. I was on hold for 30 minutes. I tried their call-back feature with the same result. I have not received a call-back. From my experience, there is no customer service personnel, only a phone system that puts a caller on hold and never calls back.

      DO NOT BUY Z6 ZERO TURN MOWER! They have issues with the battery box. We bought our mower new and didn't even get to use it before the battery box quit. Aside from that headache, dealing with their customer service has been the worst experience by far. Although they agreed it fell under warranty and worked with us to get the repair done, we have now been without our mower for nearly 3 months! Countless miscommunications and stories that don't add up. Our mower spent weeks in transit between the repair shop and ****** TWICE because the repair shop didn't have the battery charger (which we were not instructed to send ours). *** ordered the charger to send to the repair shop one week after they discovered the issue then it took a couple weeks for them to receive that just to diagnose the issue. Then turn around to order the battery box which was back ordered because they have so many mowers in need of the same repair! Meanwhile, these wait times were not communicated to me. Each time I spoke with customer service, they first had to "find" the mower because they weren't sure if it was at the repair shop or if it was at ****** again. One of these times it was actually lost! It took me requesting a manager and about 2 days of her time to even locate it. Once they had everything they needed then they seemed to figure out the issue, just to make it seem like the part was on its way and ready for a quick repair. Not the case. I have spent nearly $1000 in lawn care in the meantime without our mower. *** has agreed to pay for those expenses but I can only imagine the issues we may face there. We used to love EGO products and purchased a few before this mess, but we will never purchase EGO products again.

      Zero rating!They never answer or call back!!!!!Your call is very important to us and we are doing everything we can to expedite your call is NONSENSE, there is no intention of calling back! Ive now called for 3 DAYS trying to contact this company for battery warranty claim. My next call is to my state consumer affairs bureau. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
