      EGO customer service is all but non existent. When you can, a recording tells you your call is very important, their phone lines are very busy. After waiting 55 minutes on the phone, I decided to leave my number for a call back. Well its been 3 days and no call back, shocking right?. I have a blower that I paid nearly $300.00 for that work perfectly for 4 months. Then it started to shock me when I used it and then stopped working all together. Went to the store I purchased it from and was told they don't service them or the warranty. Had to take it to an authorized service center. So I did, that was 3 months ago. Called twice on the blower and was told "We are waiting for parts." Really? 3 months to get parts, ridiculous. Been calling EGO to just have them replace my blower, but yeah, you guessed it. Wait on Fricking hold for almost an hour, then leave my number AGAIN for them to call back, Did they call? ***** no! absolute BullS***.As far as Iam concerned EGO is JUNK, I will be sure to buy AMERICAN moving forward.

      The warranty service and customer service is extremely poor. I love my EGO products(Mower,Leaf Blower) but getting customer service to respond is very difficult. Warranty for a battery I purchased on Amazon was not honored by EGO after the battery failed before end of warranty period. When I finally got a call back from EGO they said the vendor on Amazon was not a certified dealer so they wouldnt honor warranty. Battery was registered on EGO website with serial number and model number. Service associate said it was indeed a EGO battery but still would not honor warranty. I see from reading many posts this is a common scam that EGO customers have complained about. Once my concerns were elevated I was told I would receive a call back but my phone rang once then customer service hung up and sent an email saying they hoped they resolved my issue- THEY DID NOT. The parent company of EGO (Chevron) better get their c*** together and honor their warranty in addition to find another service provider for the customer service department.

      Literally the biggest piece of s*** I have ever purchased. Can't even mow a half acre of flat ground without constantly changing the battery and having to go over multiple times.

      Powerload string trimmer is awesome. Had mine 3 years and love it. Have contacted customer service twice and was very impressed. Phone was answered quickly, rep was very polite, troubleshooting thorough and quick, issue resolved. Battery died within warranty, a replacement was sent and received in 5 business days. Will be purchasing more EGO products

      They give you warranty on the product, but if you lose the receipt, they will not cover your product at all and the customer service get aggressive and rude, the battery they wont last more than one here they go bad very quick specially in the heat

      I bought a string trimmer. A piece of the head of the trimmer broke while using it today. It literally flew off while trimming the grass. I call customer services several times. I have been hung up on and told I need to buy new parts. It is a year old! They refer you to a third party to get parts. I would never deal with this company again. I should have stuck with my gas trimmer.

      This is a tough review. I bought the self propelled mulching mower (Model #: LM2135SP) and the combo pack of blower and grass trimmer (Model #: ST1502LB). After solving the problem of a defective battery for the mower I have been extremely pleased with the mower and the blower. Everything is as advertised. Unfortunately the trimmer is a different story. It is lousy product in multiple ways. First in order to load it you have to have biceps of steel. You put the supplied line through the head of the trimmer and pull it so you have equidistant pieces hanging out. You then have to manually crank the head to get the line to be wound inside the head. That takes a lot arm strength and some time . I was ready to live with that except for the fact that the recommended (and supplied) line kept breaking and the only way to fix it is to take the head off, unwind the line and repeat the loading process again. The supplied line breaks frequently. One time, for a normal back yard that it took 20 minutes to trim with my corded trimmer, I spent 70 minutes with the Ego mostly doing the above. The other thing is it doesn't cut well. My corded trimmer, if I placed it on the ground it would scalp the grass all around. The Ego only cuts the grass if the grass is really high. I had to tilt the trimmer many different ways to try and get it to actually trim. Buying a trimmer in a combo pack, I knew I wasn't getting the top of the line but this is ridiculous. I am back to using my corded trimmer while trying to find a really good battery operated grass trimmer.

      Don't buy the mowers. Garbage. First one stopped working for electrical issues. Now the wheel falls of the second one and they refuse to send a replacement wheel. Small yard maybe 50 mows total in less than 2 years. **************** telling ME to be logical! Never had this happen with a mower before. That's my logic. Do what's right, that's my logic. So if you're reading this be "logical" and buy something else. The blower and weed eater have been fine so far but based upon this experience I'm moving to other products.

      No customer service. Will NEVER buy from them sgain. Boke after 5 months andhad me send it to lowes to get fixed. I have now paid a lawn guy ****** to cut my lawn 3 times. **************** told me about her car and how it was in the shop for 3 months. That is how it is she said. ********
