      Deceptive business practices regarding the so-called collection offerings and what you believe you are receiving with your order! Awful/nonexistent customer service. Its online tracking and account information is useless!

      I want to report a fraudulent ****************** I got from The ************************* May 2025, I got a package containing a Star Wars Galactic Pin, which I never ordered. Shortly after, I received an invoice requesting payment for this item. This shipment was completely unsolicited and unauthorized. I had previously subscribed to receive products from this company but officially canceled my subscription on March 8, 2022. I have retained the ****** cancellation confirmation email as proof. Since that date, I had not received any products from the company until this recent, unexpected delivery. I am concerned that this may constitute deceptive or fraudulent business practices, possibly including mail fraud or unauthorized billing. I did not request this item, and I will not pay for it. I reached out to their customer service team and told them about this on 06/23/25. The staff told me that the order made from a ***** ***** $2 Bill account which I never heard. I asked him to provide me information of that account such as email address/order confirmation, he did not answer me. He told me he will send me a return label to my email(I had the chat transcript) He told me he will only cancel the invoice if he got their item back. However, I never get that email with a return label from them either in my inbox, spam, or archived email. What concerns me most is this: How was an order placed and processed in my name without requiring payment information upfront? How is it possible that a company can send a package to someone without verifying that the customer actually made a purchase? It appears that this company is intentionally sending products to individuals without their consent, then issuing invoices after the fact in an attempt to force payment. This practice is deceptive, unethical, and potentially unlawful. It places the burden on innocent recipients to either pay for items they did not request or take extra steps to dispute them. This kind of conduct is, in my view, a scam.

      ****! They are not selling you an individual item, they are selling you a SUBSCRIPTION. My grandmother (who is currently dying in hospice) paid $70 for them to mail me an "In God's Hands" praying hands figurine. I was shocked at the high price for a cheap piece of plastic with chipped lettering. I was even more shocked when two more arrived over the following months. I realized she had been tricked into signing up for a monthly subscription she absolutely cannot afford. When I checked the webpage for the item, there is NO indication of how many figurines are in the "series." This means that they will keep mailing them to me for who knows how many months and she will continue to be charged $70 for each one. I am horrified that this company takes advantage of the elderly. My grandmother wanted me to have something special to remember her by because she knows she will not be with me much longer. I'm livid that someone would do something so cruel to a vulnerable person. The Bradford Exchange knows exactly what they are doing and intentionally targets older people who are more likely to misunderstand what they are signing up for. My grandmother is within weeks, possibly days of passing away. She and my family do not need this right now. What a horrible, horrible business.

      Terrible customer service! Placed an order online, then charged return customer prices without authorization, then to top it off my checks printed wrong! When I submitted pictures of the check! Totally unacceptable and terribly disappointing! I will not be returning!

      I placed an order on 06/13/2025. The lady who took my order was in the ***********. She gave me no confirmation of my order. I checked my credit card and it said it was pending. So I figured it was on its way. I have excellent credit so there should have been no problem. Today 06/20/2025 I called and there is no record of my order. I checked my credit card and there's no charge. Now I'm skeptical of reordering. You're losing a lot of customers.

      Placed an order on June 5th. Received an email stating my item has shipped on June 11th via ****. Attempted to track package and **** says the tracking number was invalid. Called several numbers and could not talk to a live person. All automated contact says the item has shipped. Filled out online contact form and as expected, no response from Bradford. First and only order for me. Will not recommend this company to everyone I know.

      Take care when dealing with Bradford Exchange because:On May 2, 2025, a registered letter was sent to Bradford Exchange stating I did not want any more ****** J. ***** ********* Elect Col Series (45 and 47 president), the 20th century silver dollar series or any other coins or mailing. I asked that my name be removed from all mailing lists.On May 6, I wrote Bradford Exchange to the attention of **** ***** and enclosed a check for $295.86, the balance owed by me according to my records.?On May 27, a check with my name as payee was received from Bradford Exchange for $61.54.On June 13, a past due notice was received stating my account was seriously delinquent and was sent to the credit department because I owe Bradford $******** an effort to clear this by telephone, I spent one hour and 15 minutes holding before speaking to a live person, ****. He stated that the past due notice was for a coin mailed to me in February and it was a commemorative ***** coin. I did not receive this coin. **** stated the coin was not returned to Bradford; therefore, I owed the $61.54. If the coin was not delivered to my post office box which is my mailing address of record and I do not have it; how can I be responsible for paying for a coin not receive? I am not accustomed to receiving past due notices and credit department referrals. Resolving problems with Bradford has taken up much to much of my valuable time. In order to terminate our relationship and against my principles, I sent them a check for $61.54 on June 17, for a coin I did not receive, to close my account and end my relationship with ************************** I wait to see if this worked.

      I purchased three (3) ****** Tabletop Christmas Tree items from a seller named MICMALD-87 for each of my 3 married children as a Christmas present. I purchased them using **** (Order Date Dec. 10, 2024; Order # ************** and paid for them using my existing ****** account. That seller has since been identified to me (by Bradford Exchange) as a fraud. Although I did receive the three items that I purchased in "good faith", I have since been asked by Bradford Exchange to pay for each of them at its current price and then expects me to request an **** reimbursement for the difference in price. As far as I am concerned, I received exactly what I ordered, for the price that I agreed to pay, and through "no fault of my own" I got in the middle of a fraudulent transaction which is ****'s problem to resolve with Bradford Exchange. I notified their Account Executive, ******* ****** multiple times during the past several months that I will not take any further action regarding this matter. Yet, I recently received a written notice from a "collection agency" named ******************, LP threatening me, and my credit rating!!!

      Very poor shipping. Bradford uses pittney ***** shipping. I ordered a necklace and it shipped may 21. It is July 10 and it shows in transit. Delivery said 5 to 7 days. My mom's bday gift will be late this year May 11. What a shame this company does not care about shipping service. Bradford says call pittney and pittney says call Bradford. I will never purchase from Bradford again. Unreliable and uncaring. Once they get your money no service at all. Sad.

      Horrible experience. Long time customer lost forever!!!! Tried to order Christmas gift for friends granddaughter. I messed up the first order but it came in 7 weeks. A long time but ok. Reordered item. It was sent to a PO Box I did not have for over 10 years! I was told in the phone I would have it in 3 days. That was in February. May 31st, after numerous emails, I cancelled the order. The delivery date kept being moved out 30 days and their response was your order is being specialized. You need nice gifts and quickly, go to Things Remembered. I was able to get a better product and within a week and a half!!!!
