      My husband bought me the "Together For Always" Engraved Birthstone Family Ring. And it was bad. You couldn't read the names or see the colors. Don't but it. You'll regret it. My husband returned it and is still waiting for his refund.

      I am furious with ***************************. Against my advice, my husband ordered a ***** coin. Since then, we have been receiving more coins and some products we have never opened to send them back to Bradford Exchange for a refund. It is impossible to reach them. Now they are threatening to put us in debt collections. Our next step is to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Please, I advise anyone interested in buying Bradford Exchange to please do not.

      My mother ordered three items for Christmas for her grandkids. A few months later she gets a delivery for an item she DID NOT purchase. She never opened it and paid *** to return it. Then it happened AGAIN. My mom paid the invoice she was NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR. Now they continue to bill her even after she spoke with a representative. I've been on hold for 15 minutes trying to help her. Do not buy from this company.

      Please, please DO NOT risk ordering from this corrupt company. I ordered an item for my nearly 80-year-old elderly father who lives in a different state. He really wanted this item, so I purchased it for him for upcoming Father's Day. Unbeknownst to me, I had to uncheck a small box to avoid it being part of a subscription plan where they arbitrarily continue to send him items that are a part of the series, charging my card each time. He doesn't know how to return items etc and doesn't need the stress. I called in to them to cancel and they were extremely rude when I asked for a cancellation number, email proofing it was cancelled. The so-called customer service supervisor said I should receive a letter in the mail 7-10 days and that he would request from the back office if they could provide me with a cancellation email before then and that would take ***** hours. I asked why them why cannot they send me a cancellation email when they send me a ton of other emails wanting me to purchase items!? He said to use my order number for my cancellation number! What?? This company doesn't care about the customer when it's all said and done so be wary! Welcome to the world we are living in.... this company should not be in business with the reviews it has. Also, if you want to talk to a higher up supervisor, he will request it, and someone may call me back. WOW.

      If I could leave zero stars I would. Actually, if there was a possibility of leaving negative stars I would. My husband bought a Peanuts Musical Snow globe for me in early December of 2024. His original ETA was 12/13/24, as that came & went he checked his order status online which showed a new ETA of 1/29/25. He called Bradford Exchanges customer service to get more info and unfortunately dealt with someone who had no concern for the Christmas gifts delay and had no interest in helping my husband. Then January 29th comes and goes with no delivery and then we are given an ETA of sometime in March. Now we find out that the NEW delivery date is early June, and this is not through a BE employee reaching to inform us its again us reaching out to BE to find out about a Christmas gift purchase that was to be delivered in mid-December. This has been the worst experience dealing with customer service personnel who do not care about their customers or extending important information or assisting customers to get items they ordered. ********************** should be ashamed of themselves as a company. They pride themselves of being a company with values and for being a premier place to shop and for providing satisfying shopping experience(s) and excellent customer service. Our world is built upon online shopping now and this is how a company conducts itself? This is a sad and avoidable situation, and the customers are the ones who have to deal with the frustration and unmet promises. Good luck future customers.

      I ordered the Peace and ****** Silver Dollar Collection, paid in Full, and expected to receive the entire Collection. I received coin, then was told that I would receive One or Two coins Every Month or So. I have tried for an entire week calling with NO success. I have tried the email form Every Day, again, NO Response. I tried Chat and was told I had to call. I am being shipped Overseas very soon and needed the entire Collection Before I left. This is the ************* I have Ever dealt with.

      Do not order from here .i ordered a purse and returned it . Too expensive. I received a refund and no longer ordered anything else . 2 days ago I was charged ***** for something I did not order. When I desputed the charge I was told I was responsible . Im now out that amount . They fraudulently took money from me for nothing I ordered and did not owe any money to them . DO NOT ORDER

      Do not order from them. I ordered a ring online on 5/10 and paid in full with my credit card. They emailed me on 5/12 stating my order had been cancelled because I was either a new customer with no history with them or I had an outstanding balance. I have never placed an order so there is no way I have an outstanding balance. I called customer service on 5/13 and ***resentative placed a new order for me. I again paid in full with my credit card. Each time preauthorization went thru on my card. On 5/14 I received an email again stating my order had been cancelled for exact same reason, I called today, 5/15, and asked for explanation. The *** said my account was flagged because I either have an outstanding balance or I'm a new customer. I told her I have never ordered so there is no way I have an outstanding balance. She said it was flagged then because I'm a new customer. So, they cancel an order where they have already received authorization from my credit card company that I have funds available. I actually have thousands in credit available to cover their $100 ring. But, because I'm a new customer they won't process my order. The *** said I can order a 3rd time and she will call their credit processing department to tell them to let the charge go thru. No thanks. Apparently they don't want my business or any new business since they cancel orders just because it's your first time ordering. I will never try to order from them again.

      Complete misrepresentation and false advertisement. I received a notice in the mail to receive a free gift gold plated coin upon return of the slip. I had to place a sticker labeled "free gift to: (my name)" place it on the envelope and return to sender. Two weeks after receiving the "gift" i received a $60 invoice. When i called i was informed that I subscribed to receive monthly coins. No where in that notice did it ask for consent to subscribe to anything. When i called Bradford, they forced me to return the gift or pay the $60. *****************. They are out to commit fraud and misrepresentation to secure income. Complete sham. They need to be put out of business.

      If I could leave a 0 star I definitely would. Absolutely the worst customer service. My fiance ordered my mothers day gift weeks before and never got it in the mail but yet they took the money out of his account. Have tried reaching out numerous of times to the company with no response.
