      I ordered 2 lanterns from them. They were both poorly crafted. One came with the glass top not attached to the base and glue all over the back of the glass. I just sent it back. The other came with the brass plate on the front not attached and the s**** holes were too big to s**** it in. Sent that back too but on this one, I'm asking for an exchange. Now, after reading the other reviews, I'm not optimistic about getting one that's intact. VERY disappointed in the quality of the items. I noticed they were both made in ***** so that *** be why the quality has deteriorated.

      I ordered 3 *********** coins. Everything was put on my credit card. I received the coins with the invoice box saying paid. I received a letter saying I had a balance owing. I called the Bradford exchange to explain the balance was paid. The man I talked to wanted proof, I sent him an email with a picture saying paid. Today I received two letters saying balance owing for the coins. I called back and asked to talk to a manager, I explained that everything was paid on my credit card and how I had already dealt with this before. She told me my credit card was declined, I told her it wasnt and if it was why was I getting coins from a set I was buying before and after I had ordered the Memorial coins. She insisted it was declined in September. I called CIBC MasterCard and asked them to check if my card was declined. On the date given, my card was not declined and the transaction from Bradford exchange went through, I looked at my statement for October and the charge was on my bill. I called back Bradford exchange, left my number for a call back. Have not received one. They are crooks or have very poor book keeping. I am glad I cancelled the set of coins I was receiving when I talked to the supervisor the first time. The set of coins I was getting are very nice, its a shame that the company is not.

      Poor Quality and lousy customer service! I bought an Elvis ******** that was described as Plated Gold. After wearing it 4 times, the ******** chain turned orange. When I sent **************** a photo with the complaint, they gave me the runaround and said I could pay them to clean it. They would not return the ********.

      Disingenuous is the adjective which jumps to mind: you order ONE item from them, and then they keep on sending you (or your chosen recipient) unauthorized items and charging you on a monthly basis. When you query this, they tell you it's a subscription service because the item you ordered happens to be part of a collection and they assume you want the whole collection mailed to you for the next 24 months?! But their original confirmation email for the order you placed for the single item does not advise about this "subscription service". Scam is what I would call it. Ridiculous way to try to make money. Appalling and distasteful practice.

      My stepfather ordered the *************************** Christmas tree and the reindeer broke off of the Santa and sleigh. When I tried to get a replacement they wouldnt do it. They wanted me to buy an entire new tree. A week later my daughter gives me a ring that she bought from the ******** exchange and it didnt fit it was very poorly made and I feel like they stole my daughters money. I cant even read the writing on the ring, it looked like a giant, scratch, and I had to get a magnifying glass to see it had my kids names. Also, its advertised as gold. Its actually gold plated with very cheap plating. I would never order from the Bradford Exchange and I never have. I just got gifts from them and theyre customer service is terrible and their products are so cheaply made, I dont recommend.

      Ordered the Home For The Holidays *************************** snow globe. When it first arrived the globe was damaged and the church lights werent lit so returned it they sent another one.That globe the church lights werent lit either but decided to keep anyway! Went to place it back in box being very careful and the star on top of the globe came off. Now Im wondering if the same globe I had sent to my Mother for Christmas last year was in the same shape!!!! How embarrassing. I will never buy anything for this company again.

      This company is a scam. They advertise sets of items which appear to have reasonable market prices. However, they then send you the set piece-meal and charge the initial price for every shipment. This is false advertising. They are little better than common criminals.

      I cancelled an order with them and they confirmed cancellation. They then charged me and shipped it AFTER receiving confirmation of cancellation and refunding to only recharge my card. This is unacceptable and if I dont hear back from them immediately I will be filing a chargeback with my bank. Very shady company.
